A fine hotel very clean good location has a family run feeling about It .We a family of six would definitely go back again.

My partner and I arrived on 1st January and we were greeted by a friendly receptionist (wearing a Santa hat) who helped with our check in promptly and in a friendly manner. The room we were in was both spacious and clean. The equipment in the room was enough to cater for all our needs. During our time in Portugal the weather was lovely during the day […] but did get a little chilly during the evening. This was not a problem as long as you wrap up a little. Or you can stay in and watch the TV (ITV & BBC channels were available!!) The only negative points I would say about the room is it smelled a little moisty (not over-powering though) and more sockets could be installed. But overall for the money I would definately go back. The hotel location is great. Even for this time of year there were many places within walking distance to eat and shop. There is a supermarket next door for anything you have forgotten to bring with you. We did not eat in the hotel (or sister hotels) so can not comment but both looked nice. The area around is steep in some areas so be warned if you have walking/breathing difficulties but nothing too strenuous (I will be taking my 73 year old Mum back next time with us). If you want to get to the lovely beaches go through Club Oura Praia Hotel (sister hotel just across the road) and use the lift as this will save your legs. Devamı

Pretty hotel not far away from centre of Albufeira and near the Oura beach. Lots of bars and restarant in the near.

As we where at the hotel out of season we expected it to be quite, the hotel was excellent although does require a 15 min walk or a bus to the old town. Room was very nice and clean with a view of the pool. Very handy for the strip.

We're seniors and just got back from 24 days at this hotel. The staff was pleasant and the hotel was well appointed, has a restaurant, cafe and free Wi-Fi in the lobby. We had a one bedroom apartment with a cooktop, microwave and fridge. There is a supermarket located on the street level of the hotel and numerous shops, restaurants and pubs in the area. We […] never got to the beach because it's not within easy walking distance and the old town of Albufeira is not close by. Cabs are available and there is regular bus service in front of the hotel. Very Nice place, the town is very much a touristy place. We were there off season but it was still a very nice place. The weather was not great but still enjoyable. I can see how this place would be very busy during the summer months.

The Oura Praia is ideally situated in the centre of the resort, surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. There is a good supermarket immediately below the hotel. The Rock Line Sports Bar is on the corner, below the hotel - fantastic, welcoming, friendly staff, and superb prices make this bar a great place to chill out of an afternoon / evening. This was our second visit to the Oura Praia Hotel and if anything it is even better than last time which was some years ago. It is in a fantastic location with all you need close by. There is a supermarket next door to the hotel. For anyone wanting lively nightlife the strip is only 10 minutes walk away but there are several busy restaurants and bars […] close by without being noisy. There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas although lack of securiity means they are often used by residents of other hotels which I imagine may be a problem in summer. The bus to the old town stops just round the corner and costs only 1.40 euros. With everything so close to hand it is perfect for a lazy relaxing holiday. Devamı

Nice appartment, especially the kitchen (well sized, stuffed with all we needed). Unfortunately there was mould smell in the bathroom, particularly in the morning (probably from some mould in the drains); wonder why this had to be, as it ruined the whole impression about the otherwise very nice appartment.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is well located and very convenient to the local supermarket for self catering visitors. The reception staff were very courteous and helpful. The room information regarding T.V stations, availability of towels for the pool, room cleaning service etc was poor and needed to be accessed at reception. The hotel itself was good : apartment was great for the three of us (separate bedroom, our daughter slept on a sofa bed in the living room) and had good facilities - fridge, hob cooker, microwave with grill function, and plenty of cooking implements. Really enjoyable stay, located beside a large supermarket for great convenience. In a quiet area but really close to a number of restaurants and pubs and also a 5 min walk to start of the main strip. 3 min walk down to the beach. Would return!!

Our only problem with the room was that it was not cleaned every day. This should be told to all guests at checkin time. The hotel is located in a good area with transit out side the hotel, there is a small supermarket just out side the hotel where you can get any thing you need for breakfast or lunch we had dinner out every evening.

The room was spacious, well equipted and very clean. Location was close to the strip and also walking distance to the old town. Parking was available and free of charge. Would definitely recommend this hotel which would be in the top 5 hotels we have stayed in whilst traveling Europe for the past 4 months.

We were there for only a night so we did not really used our very large room which was really an appartment with all commodities. 10 minutes walk from a very nice beach where you can start a walk that looks like no end...we had to sop at one point but it was not easy because the views from the cliffs were so great. At night there are some bars also […] 10 minutes away including one good one with a band and an entertaining staff (can't remember the name). What 's not to like except we were above the karaoke bar. That means when a guy sings Vanilla Ice's Ice Ice Baby, you can sing too. Other than that it a 4 star place.

Lovely hotel. Noisey tables and chairs when moved - others doing so kept us awake at night. Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Charge extra for eggs(other than scrambled) at breakfast and fruit juice not fresh but diluted.

Just back from this hotel. excellent position, very well equiped apartment. Found reception staff very welcoming and helpful. household staff always soluted us when we met in the corridor etc which I personally thought was nice. hotel waas near to beach when we figured out the shortcut through the CPO. Plenty of bars and restaurants near the hotel. […] great supermarket on ground floor.- also newspaper shop just outside. We have just returned from 10 nights in Oura Praia Hotel and we were absolutely delighted with our choice of hotel. The staff were very friendly, it was very clean, and had good facilities for our children aged 3 and 5 . The only criticism we would have would be that the hotel was quiet for the children at night time but this was compensated for in […] that we could go visit their sister hotel across the road for Kids Disco etc. The hotel is within walking distance of nice restaurants , shops etc and we would have no hesitation in recommending and returning next year. Good location but noisy because of Karaoke bar at street level therefore poolside is quieter. Convenient for taxis & buses just outside. Beware contact from "Guest Services" as they`re trying to sell timeshare dressed up as a holiday club. Out of order in an hotel IMO.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with everything you could need for a self-catering holiday (microwave, 2 hob rings, good sized fridge-freezer as well as tea towels, cutlery and equipment which were all perfectly clean). Een erg fijn hotel dicht bij diverse voorzieningen. Zeer prettig personeel en voor de liefhebber elke dag wel een geoorganiseerde activiteit. Het onderhoud van de kamer niet gemerkt, maar wel gedaan! Overbodig te melden dat personeel Engeld verstaat en spreekt.

Leider wurde zwischenzeitlich der Preis fuer die Appartements nicht unerheblich erhoeht. Fuer den Preis den ich bezahlt habe wuerde ich gleich sechs Sterne vergeben, zum jetzigen Preis waeren es aber auch noch vier. Fuer das jetztige Preisniveau (€25,--/Nacht) gibt es zu dieser Jahreszeit in und um Albuferia zumindest vergleichbare bzw. bessere Ang […] ebote. Devamı

Vi er en familie på 4, der har boet i en rigtig super lejlighed på Oura Praia Hotel. Der var 2 store soveværelser med balkon, lækkert badeværelse samt stort rum med stue og køkkenafdeling incl køleskab og fryser.Grundig rengøring og udskiftning af ALLE håndklæder, der bare så ud til at være brugt, om det så kun var en enkelt gang. Alt skinnede rent […] og pænt både inde og ude. Rigtig dejlig pool og gode liggestole og parasoller. Meget flinke og imødekommende personale i receptionen. Selvfølgelig lidt larm om aftenen fra de barer/restauranter, der lå i underetagen, men det hører jo ligesom med til stemningen ved at være sydpå :) :) :) :) :) Devamı

Apart hôtel sympathique, propre et bien situé avec super marché au rdc: pratique pour les courses jusqu'à 22h. Un bar karaoke sous la chambre qui pouvait faire craindre le pire mais le niveau sonore et l'isolation sont raisonnable donc sauf à avoir l'oreille très attentive, ne gêne pas. der blev kun ordnet værelser hver anden dag - og vi måtte have en lugtende skraldespand med madrester stående på terrassen i 30 graders varme. Virkede lidt nedslidt, tre stole til fire personer, manglende service i køkkenet, måtte selv hente toiletpapir i receptionen. Poolen var fin.

Flott hotell med veldig serviceinnstilt personale, men må huske på å hente ut lapp på døra for å få rommene rengjort. Det tok et par dager før vi oppdaget dette. Fikk rom mot øverste gata første natta, dette var et rom hvor vi hørte mye støy fra gata, biler og restauranter. Vi fikk heldigvis byttet rom natta etterpå uten problemer. Dette rommet var […] bedre. Et minus på hele hotellet syns jeg var dobbeltsengene. De var veldig harde og ubehagelige å ligge på!!! Ellers et supert hotell - godt fornøyd. Rolig bassengområde og fant alltid solsenger :-) god restaurant på bassengområdet. Anbefaler også massasjen de tilbyr - godt og billig. Alltid blide og hjelpsomme ansatte i resepesjonen. Devamı

Hotellet var ett typiskt lägenhetshotell på en turistort vid Medelhavet. Vi hade begärt att få ett rum med utsikt mot havet. Det fick vi men det betydde också att det hade balkong mot en ganska trafikerad rondell. Det störde inte oss så mkt. Satsa annars på att få balkong mot poolen. Det enda minuset var att rummet bara städades var annan dag. Vi var […] inte medvetna om det. När vi frågade i receptionen sa de att det bara var städning en gång i veckan. Vet fortfarande inte hur det skulle varit. Om man ledsnar på alla liknande matställen runt "the Strip" så rekommenderar vi att äta middag på Beach Café på den östra Oura stranden. Lugnt ställe med relativt mkt folk och trevlig personal. Romantiskt läge vid havet. Dessutom var det ganska billigt men ändå vällagad god mat. Devamı
