The hotel is not only conveniently located, it's affordable (even includes a really nice free breakfast) and has a great decor/atmosphere. The room was very comfortable and the hotel is pretty new - everything was nicely done and very clean. I'd definitely stay here again!

The hotel was nice, however, we had to switch rooms three times. The rooms smelled musty like mold and mildew. I gave up after we went to the 3rd room and just dealt with it, opened the window and asked them to bring me some air freshner, it helped some, but had to keep spraying to get the smell to stay away. The shower door did not shut properly, the […] pool was tiny and dirty, could not even swim when one other family came to pool because the other kids kept hitting my kids while swimming. The extra pillow for the sofa bed was dirty and had nasty marks on it. When I talked to the lady who brought the air freshner, she said that I should not stay on the first floor, which I think should not matter what floor you stay on, when you are paying to stay in the hotel it should be the same standard on all floors. This hotel is beautiful. clean and has very friendly staff. I will definitely return to this hotel.

bed was most comfortable I ever slept in at a motel

The look of the hotel is very modern and the rooms were very comfortable. This was a family trip to visit Hershey Park so we were travelling with children that were very excited about the indoor pool but it was a disappointment that it was very small (basically an oversized bathtub!) Grandparents were with us and they were looking forward to the continental […] breakfast which unfortunately was limited - no waffles and the cereal wasn't refilled when empty. This location is a pleasure to stay in. Recent renovations are beautiful and pleasantly unusual. The room was lovely, bed comfortable, WIFI easily accessible and hotel staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is a real treat; many choices and pleasant accommodations.

I liked the modern decore however the hotel over all seemed rather slapped together. we reserved 2 rooms the one room had a shower door that was glass and dangerously loose. The second room the bathroom door didn't want to stay shut and the top piece was falling off. We had a very nice room service lady and the staff was friendly I just think for the […] price we paid and considering the hotel is barely a year old it should be in better condition. Devamı

While it's a little out of the way it's close to downtown Harrisburg and the farmshow complex. Provides privacy and great comfort. Clean and beautifully decorated!!!!! Wonderfully comfy beds and awesome shower! Just in town for one night, but a nice hotel and virtually brand new. It has a kind of retro design to it, which was unique. Very clean, everyone was friendly, and a good experience. I'm a tall guy and while I've never complained about small showers, I have to point out that out room had a very large shower that was a nice surprise. I was totally surprised by this Hotel. First thing was that it was a very cold day and the room was a little too cold and taking too long to warm up. I did complain and was immediately moved to another room across the hall; which made it convenient to move our things. After that little bit of inconvenience the new room was very comfortable and warm […] enough for our overnight stay. We were returning home to Ohio from NYC and stopped for the night here--a great new hotel. Spacious rooms, very comfy beds, we used the fold out sofa (I was traveling with 2 kids) and we all slept well. The location is nice, near a few decent restaurants. Wifi throughout, and a great breakfast. The staff was really very nice too and when I asked about […] places to eat, I didn't get blank stares or a recommendation for fast food. We stayed 4 nights at the Springhill suites and were treated very well. They provided us with typed directions better than our GPS to points of interest . Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again.

This place is great. It is very new and clean. We definitely recommend staying here!

Hotel was in a secluded, but easily accessible location. The staff had a warm greeting for us, as they checked us in very efficiently. They were very gracious during our entire stay. Helping with tips and directions. The hotel's new design is gorgeous. The decor speaks smooth fluidity. It quite relaxing. Rooms make good use of space and have everything […] one could need. Note: first floor's rooms are spacious with the high ceilings. Bed was comfy with down comforters and of lots of pillows. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even extended it an extra night. The hotel suite was visually appealing;however,the bed was not the most comfortable.The suite was very clean and spacious.The bathroom was very modern and nice.The breakfast was very good,there was a lot to choose from .I would stay again:)

This hotel is in a very convenient location to surrounding attractions. The only drawback to our room was the frosted glass doors to the toilet and shower area. They did not provide very good privacy.

Four friends and I stayed in two adjoining rooms during the spring Carlisle Car Show. We arrived late (around 1 am) for check-in and had no difficulties. The room was clean (hotel is new I believe last fall). Room was nice, oddly retro in decor, but nice. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The walk-in shower was nice but leaked onto the floor […] due to an ill fitting seal. Did not like the full frosted glass door to the shower or toilet areas, when occupied the light entered the sleeping area of the room in the middle of the night. If you are not a HEAVY sleeper I would suggest asking for a room on the main entrance side of the building. On the back side, where our room was, the upper level rooms are eye level with I81 and at times it seemed like the trucks were right outside the window at all hours of the night. The location is convenient to the highway, but oddly close to it. The continental breakfast is average at best. We found the boiled eggs an odd way to serve them and the sausage were less than appetizing. If all you desire in the morning is cereal, fruit, or a cup of coffee you are in luck. If you are looking for BREAKFAST plan on going out. Cable TV very limited in channel selection would like to see more choices for viewing. Overall, a nice place, I would stay again, just not on the I81 side of the building. Devamı

We loved the new modern style of this hotel. The rooms were very spacious, like having a mini suite. Many upgrades..microwave, frig, separate shower room from toilet. Complimentary breakfast had everything from yogurt to homemade waffles. Free internet access with printer in lobby with coffee/tea available in lobby as well. Staff all friendly.

Not much of a "suite". More like a large, narrow room with a nice divider. The room is much smaller than other suite hotels. I consider a suite two rooms separated by a door. Not here. Hotel is new and fashionable. Not child friendly - no tubs. If you have a child that needs a tub, go somewhere else. The bathroom is divided into two separate rooms which […] is nice. Shower and nice large sink area, and another toilet room with corner sink. Only problem is both rooms have glass sliding doors that offer little privacy - visual or audio. Unless you are staying with someone you are very intimate with, you might get to know them a little more than you want. It is a new hotel (opened Oct 09), so everything is very clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff is still working out issues. No maps of local area. Free breakfast, but be prepared to wait and wait. They are trying to do too much with too little. Noticed our shower leaked all over the floor and onto carpet. Was going to tell front desk but heard another guest complain of same thing. Front desk cleak said, "Yeah, we know. All of the showers are doing it. We're working on it." Hotel is not going to stay nice long. So stay soon. Over all it is a nice hotel, but designed for to be visually appealing, but design is not practical and will be dated and worn very quickly. Devamı
