"Great hotel stay"
The Hotel was lovely. King size bed with a living area that had a screen that blocked the bed so it actually felt like a seperate room. Everything was in good condition. They even have a kitchen open all night with a variety of foods. Wonderful. Staff was very friendly. I am very picky about hotels and this tops the list.

A terrific, suite style hotel . Very clean and modern, with excellent facilities. Others commented on the sink outside the bathroom, but I love that since 2 can get ready at the same time in the morning. A car is a requirement since it is in a new area, still under construction. This hotel appears brand new. Room clean and fresh. Nice shower. But it has window AC. Room was quiet even right next to highway. If you are traveling in i75 and need place to rest, this is it. Pay little extra and stay here instead of those "Inn" brands. Oh, and rowdy spring breakers take note, people staying here are traveling and would like to sleep. My husband specially loved the infrastructure in the room ... access to Internet and how it is convenient designed. The breakfast in site was very convenient. The people in the front desk excellent!!!

I love this hotel.
The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Very update decor. We did have difficulty finding it because the street did not show up on our GPS and the area is all under road construction. Difficult to get to, but worth the effort.
"Hotel for families...but noisy"
Room was comfortable and roomy for families but very noisy because of thin walls and noisy water pipes. The noise will keep you up if you're a light sleeper. They offered no protein except carbohydrates at their complimentary breakfast. Overall I give it a 3 star hotel
"Hyatt Fort Myers- the perfect weekend getaway"
This hotel was perfect for my wife and myself; the amenities are awesome. The room was classy and clean (smelled good too!). The bed was soooo comfortable. It was even separated a bit from the living area by a beatiful screen. You can watch the large plasma t.v. from both areas. Please check it out, it was simply beautiful.

I was planning to do some sightseeing in fort myers for the july 4th weekend and I wanted a hotel that was relatively new near fort myers. I found this hotel to be good room quality. Pros: clean and new. near the interstate. friendly and helpful staff. Relatively inexpensive. Cons: Everything is a driving distance. Too much road construction near the […] hotel and fort myers. Wished they had a bigger breakfast selection instead of charging for eggs, etc. I recommend this hotel for people who have access to a car and who don't mind the drive to see things. If you are in fort myers, check out the edison and ford museum and the beaches. Those are main attractions and you can probably cover most of Ft myers on 3 day weekend scenario. Devamı

"Good place"
Minor issues. Closet door was off the tracks and had to have staff fix it so I could open the door. In room coffee maker didn't work well and there was no creamer/sugar set up. Free coffee downstairs was fine though. Other than that, nice stay. Hotel is fairly new and was well worth the cost per night.

This is a new hotel the layout of our room was excellent and very comfortable. The room had a large flat screen with a panel that accommodated a variety of media devices. Internet access worked well. Easy access to the highway. We were visiting relatives in the area and this room was a great value. If you're traveling on business or need a place to […] stay this would be a great choice. The hotel is one of the few commercial buildings in the area so you will need a car to get to restaurants or shopping. "The Best Bang for your BUCK!"
I am very skeptical about Hyatt since I work for the Marriott. I was aiming to get a Marriott Courtyard room but due to circumstances I wasn't able to get one there. I was blown away about how HUGE the room was, the CLEANLINESS of the room, the food was OUTSTANDING and reasonable, and the bed was so comfortable! "Nice Place - Need Access to a Car"
The hotel was really nice; very clean and looked almost brand new. You need a car to really check out the Fort Myers area though as it was kind of in the middle of nowhere (there was a gas station just outside). There was a mall not too far (less than 3 minutes) from it that had some restaurants and such, but there was only a fenced-in condo community […] on the drive there, so it wasn't something you would walk. The highway and main street were right outside, so it was easy to get to, but it's too new for a GOS to know where it was. We only saw 4 staffers on our 2 day stay and no one talked to us; there was a self check-in/out kiosk for check in/out. The continental breakfast was nice. Devamı

This was a great hotel. The staff were friendly, the facility was wonderfull. The only issue and it was not a real problem was the concsruction on the nearest major street. This made getting on and off I-75 difficult. we never heard and of the construction and the detours were clearly marked. If you need to stay in this area, this hotel is a great one […] to visit. "Slightly smaller room but typical Hyatt quality"
Three stars is not adequate; this is at least a 3.5 star hotel. I stayed at other more expensive hotels, maybe with larger rooms but not as new and clean. This hotel seems to be in brand new condition and we stayed in the regular king. A selling point was the large couch, to invite a relative over. Also, it had a 46" flat screen with a great variety […] of TV channels, easy to use guide and external video connectors. There were no vending machines present in April 2011, so be prepared to pay a little more at the service desk. The king bed was very comfortable. The toilet and the shower (no tub) were behind a separate door. There was a computer table, mini-frig, free wifi, clock radio and continental breakfast. The hotel is locating in a mixed slightly upscale residential/business area, but far enough from the highway noise. There was some construction in the area, so it was difficult to find - remember to get the hotel phone number written down before your travel. The provided map did not show enough detail and the street would not display on an older GPS. So, you might want to use Google maps or Mapquest, etc. before your trip. If I ever return to the area, I definitely plan to stay here again, as long as the cost remains about the same. The front desk person was very pleasant and helpful even though we arrived around 4 AM. The shower area could use a brighter florescent light but it was adequate. Devamı

"Horrible"
I had room 213 and could not sleep one single minute. There are many air conditioner machinery in front of the window making noises all night long. Avoid the rooms near the air conditioner machinery!
Loved the hotel, the decor and the service. Road construction near the entrance and the resulting traffic was a pain, but hopefully that will be cleared up in the future. Nice new hotel. Large rooms, comfortable beds. Sink outside bathroom was not desirable for privacy. Hotel does not have a formal dining room, but offers a limited menu in the Lobby area. This lack of dining could be a problem because the Hotel is not located close to ANYTHING! Located adjacent to RTE 75, but not right off the off ramp. The closest restaurants […] are about a mile away in a shopping center, or about 5 miles south on 75. Overall a good value for the money if you do not mind traveling to find dining or site seeing opportunities. Devamı

"Hyatt Place Ft Meyers Fl"
Great concept, one gets most of the "Hyatt" extras without paying for them. Only problem: property was built with a planned commerical community! The "Slowdown" must have stopped all other building, looks like the hotel is in the middle of something that is not there yet. One needs own car to stay here(Unless you eat on site) Also most GPS systems can […] not find the address. Just by exit 138 off of I-75. Stil would recomend,great buy for the area. Devamı
"Great stay in Fort Myers."
The lobby is large and welcoming. The staff was friendly. The room was excellent. Almost 2 rooms with sectional couch. Large 42" flat screen tv. Everything about the place was quality and very reasonable. I wish weekend breakfast started before 7. Very comfortable beds too.
"Great new hotel"
The hotel is as pictured and is new and in excellent condition. It is a bit hard to get to but worth it. When you get off 75 turn right after the gas station and then another right and follow the road around. If you go past the gas station and turn right and follow the road, there is a entire new shopping area with all the chain stores.
