This is an awesome hotel for travellers to Kansai Airport. The shuttle bus is free of charge with frequent runs back and forth to the airport/hotel , a saving of about 30$ vs. a taxi. The staff are very courteous and friendly, the rooms spacious, comfortable and clean and the location to Rinkutown and train station are very convenient. A skywalk connects […] you to the outlets and the ferris wheel nearby, for a great view of the city. There is also a buffet breakfast at the hotel which includes excellent japanese and western foods. This hotel is a great place to stay if you have an early flight. The hotel provides a shuttle services and the front desk makes the reservation for the shuttle at the time of check in. Hotel can be accessed directly from Rinkutown JR stop (last stop before Kansai airport). Hotel is new, rooms larger than Japanese business hotel and very comfortable. The friendly staff, quiet/clean room, and complimentary shuttle made this the ideal location to stay the night before an early flight out of Kansai Airport.

One night stay on way back to UK. Clean room and facilities; comfortable bed. Staff really helpful and courteous. Shop on second floor useful for snacks, goods, stamps etc. Self service restaurant offered a variety of good food - eat as much as you like for a set price. It is good to provide free shuttle bus to Kansai airport, but limited service, only 1 time per hour. Free internet access by cable in room, and wifi at lobby are also provided. It is good to stay, esp. you want to shop at Ringu outlet.

The hotel was 5 mins walk away from the subway,10 mins walk to the Outlet Factory. The service of the hotel was not as friendly as i felt as they might be a lot of transiting guests checking in & out. Therefore service was not as great compare to Universal Port Hotel. Very good location to the Rinku town Station and outlet.

Very convenient hotel, especially for an early morning flight. Transportation to-from hotel provided twice per hour. Only takes about 12 minutes. Only drawback is the fact that the hotel does not have a bar/ lounge area. Convenience store is available.

Location is perfect with the free airport shuttle and the train station collocated. 24 hour convenience store is a useful addition. Exactly what we needed for a transit hotel.

I have stayed here a number of times on my way to and from Japan. The location with the free shuttle bus to Kansai international airport is very convenient. Prices are reasonable, it is within walking distance of the outlet shopping mall, and the train station.

The hotel is convenient for overnight traveler for an overnight stay. It close to a train station for those who travels on train in Japan.

This is a great hotel for the late night arrival to Kansai airport. With airport pickup the hotel provides small functional rooms, a great value breakfast for 1000yen and all conveniences in room. We thought we got excellent value for money and would use again if arriving late into Kansai or indeed if leaving early.

This is a great hotel for getting up early and catching a flight back home to the states when you have an early flight. Our room was clean and comfortable, just a tad shabby with a stained couch. Very convenient shuttle service that starts at 5:33am and takes you to Osaka Kansai Airport within 10 minutes. Be aware that if you have your heavy check in […] luggage pre shipped to the airport via Kurow Nekko baggage services that the counter does not open until 6:30am. If you are overnighting at KIX and just need a place to sleep before heading back to the airport the following morning, this is a very good choice. The shuttle bus is handy and the staff is nice. Room is tiny but clean.

The hotel is excellent for several reasons. The rooms were good size for a western hotel in Japan. Comfortable, reasonable, and speedy shuttle bus service to Kansai Airport. If you're planning to explore Osaka, this hotel isn't for you, but if you're looking for somewhere to crash before flying out, this is the place for you.

I don't speak Japanese and I needed to stay in Japan overnight for a connecting flight and this hotel was perfect. The free shuttle bus stops at N8 which is just outside the airport (be sure to download the shuttle bus time table from their website). It took 10min to get to the hotel from the airport. The bed and room was clean and either I was too […] tired or something else, but I could not hear any planes while I slept - so I had a good night sleep. I went for the cheapest room, but in the morning you can get a full buffet breakfast for YEN1000 and that's enough to fill me up for the day. And I caught the same free shuttle bus back to the airport when I was ready. I didn't realise it at the time (too tired I guess), but about 5-10min walk from the hotel is a large entertainment complex (where the ferris wheel is). If I have to do an overnighter again in Kansai I will probably check it out. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who needs to say overnight at Kansai, Devamı

We were given a room with cigerrette smell, so as the common corridor. We have mentioned many times that we'll have headache with cigerrette smell and re-check with reception if our room is a non-smoking room, the answer is affirmative. The room is actually located at non-smkoing floor but the room is still with cigerrette smell.

I came in late to Kansai and needed a hotel close to the airport for one night, before continuing my travels. This place is perfect. They have a shuttle bus, free internet in the rooms (wire), and a convenience store in the hotel that is open 24/7.

Convenient location. Polite staff speaks understandable English. Good breakfast buffet.

The location close to the airport makes this hotel most suitable for short stays before and after a flight. It provides a free-of-charge shuttle service to the ariport which commutes twice an hour.

It was very closed to Rinku-town station. It is comfortable to go there because hotel's name is on the guide sign. And the hotel provided free shuttle bus to Kansai Airport. Thanks to free shuttle bus, I saved transportation charge.

早朝の国際線利用の前泊に利用しました。空港との間には30分から1時間おきに無料のシャトルバスが出ています。部屋は広いわけではなく、普通のビジネスホテル並みですが、トランジットで寝るだけなら可もなく不可もなく、普通にいいホテルだと思いました。

以前も利用したことがあります。　夜ホテルに着くし、交通・治安が心配でした。「はるか」や「くろしお」で行っても「日根野」で便利に乗り換えられることを今回知りました。　空港への無料リムジンバスは大変嬉しい配慮です。　部屋もとてもきれい清潔で安心、安価にできました。　これからも是非利用したいです。

Hotel très bien placé par rapport à l'aeroport d'Osaka avec une navette gratuite (15min) qui nous y amène. Au 2eme étage on trouve même un accès intérieur à un petit supermarché qui répond à toutes les commodités. Je le conseille pour éviter le stress d'un départ en avion tôt dans la matinée.

Très bonne impression. La chambre est propre et sans bruit. Idéal pour une ou plusieures nuits car très bien située, près de l'aéroport. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner donc on ne peut pas juger cet aspect là. Le personnel est sympatique et serviable.Rien à redire. Siisti, mukava hotelli. Aikaisen lennon vuoksi valintakriteerinämme olivat lentokentän läheisyys ja kuljetus hotellilta kentälle, mikä sujuikin mutkattomasti.

Bien situé , aéroport kansai a proximité , idéal pour un vol tot le matin. Rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Les environs , style la défense, sont sans intérets.

此家酒店就在Rinku-Town 車站旁邊, 酒店又有SHUTTLE BUS. 酒店附近也有SHOPPING MALL. 大堂也有FREE WIFI. 挺不錯的酒店!
