The location is awesome. it is right on the nevskiy prospekt, just next to the mayakovskaya metro station. a good choice for both bussiness and sightseeing trips. room was clean, breakfast were ok. the staff was very friendly. View of room no.7 is amazing. ask for it.

"Good location, poor concierge"
Nice boutique styled hotel but you do pay for the design as the rates are not cheap. Location wise, it's 10mins stroll tothe nearest metro and 30mins walk to Cathedral of Spilled Blood and other sites. Concierge is the hotel's disappointment. They won't help you book tickets and directed us to a travel agency that's nearby. But in reality, it took […] us 30 mins walk to find it closed on Sunday despite her assurance that it's opened on Sunday! Devamı

"Great service, Unique Property"
The Sonya Hotel is very indicative of the Radisson BLU brand-- very stylish, modern, and unique. THe rooms are each a little different; mine had a literary theme. THe breakfast buffet was very nice. The staff was fantastic, and remembered everything about me during my stay. They helped me several times, and went above and beyond what I would normally […] have asked. The front desk staff speaks English fluently, so that shouldn't be an issue for American travelers or others who are not Russophones. THe location is extremely convenient for those needing to be nearby many diplomatic posts, and is only a 15-20-minute walk from the Hermitage and many of St. Peterburg's other main tourist attractions. My only complaint about the hotel is that the free wi-fi service did not for some reason work in my room. THe moment I stepped out from the room, it worked perfectly, so I mostly used it in the restaurant. They allowed me to stay there even after it had closed, which was nice. Also, and this is no fault of the hotel, taxi service outside was outrageously expensive. Make sure you walk or use public transportation to access nearby attractions! Devamı

"Stylish and clean but service could be improved"
Overall very happy with stay, facilities were stylish and clean and location reasonable. Reception desk speed and processes need improvement (longer and more complex check-in and check-out than normally, some mistakes on the bill and normally 3 people were needed for any matter - 2 standing behind and observing although other people waited for service...). […] Due to some strange confusion about rooms, a few of our stored (we didn't get the rooms at arrival at 10 am) bags were lost for 20 minutes when we return the first evening but the bellboy found them relatively quickly. Less expensive than most; a bit out of the historical district but very managable. I think this is a good choice for mid-range travelers.

Helt ok för att stanna ett par nätter. Även fall det var nyrenoverat var det ganska slitet. Vårt rum Låset till toaletten sönder. Extra avgifter tillkommer när man checkar in. Frukosten var helt OK
"Fordeler og ulemper"
Dette er et pent hotell som ligger godt plassert i byen. Rommene er fine, men vi fikk et rom hvor air conditionen var ødelagt, slik at det ble veldig varmt på rommet om natten selv om vi hadde skrudd ned temperaturen. Resepsjonsarbeiderne er vennlige og gir gjerne råd, men de visste for eksempel ikke hvor busser og trikker gikk i byen. Det var heller […] ikke helt heldig at de satte opp transport til flyplassen på en annen dag enn vi bestilte (dagen etter at vi reiste). "Hotel Raddison St.Petersburg"
Rent og ryddig hotell med god service. Rommene kan virke litt mørke på grunn av det design og fargelegging som er valgt. Veldig gode senger. Sovnet som en stein nesten før jeg traff puten. God service og hyggelig betjening. God frokosttjeneste. Ligger ikke helt i sentrum av gamlebyen, ca 1 km å gå inn til Nevski, men også mye interessant å se også i […] nabolaget. Et generelt problem, vannet i dusjnisjen som for øvrig var stor og god, rant ut av dusjnisjen og samlet seg i en dam rundt toilettet ut forbi dusjdøren. Siisti, hiljainen ja mukava huone, hyvä palvelu, ravintolaa voi myös suositella. Sopivan kävelymatkan päässä Suomen asemalta. Voi hyvin suositella junamatkalaisille.

"hotel Sonya is a really original and beatiful if"
If you search for an original hotel furnished and equiped under desirner's supervision - Sonya is the right choice. But! Be careful with the kind of a room (I 've changed one) and take into account that you need a taxi to get to a center!

Hotelli on uusi ja korkeatasoinen. Taksikuski ei tiennyt hotellista, joten kesti vähän että se löytyi. Kyltit kadulle ovat lähes huomaamattomat. "Reval Hotel Sonya St. Petersburg-Holiday excursion"
Hotel location is good: by walking distance from Finland train station and historic city. Hotel it self is located near busy venue but windows were sound proofing dampened everything silent. Room was modern design and spacious. Room was clean and kept in good condition all times. Staff was helpfull and skilled. Hotel restaurant was quite expensive […] though we didn't use it.
