Excellent all the way around. From the first initial greetings they know how to make you feel welcome and relaxed.

Diriomione is lovely and in a great location on Lae Garda. Hotel it self is lovely with thermal pool facilities. We took the half board option which was great and all meals were very good. This hotels location is stunning. The facilities are great, staff helpful, views spectacular, pool great. Restaurant has amazing lake view. Would recommend this hotel to anyone - our kids loved it too.

The location cannot be beat. However, the lake views are not fantastic and the beds are very hard--not uncommon in Europe, so might be OK for some. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

We booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary, it is in a great location right on the lake front in the centre of town next to the ferry dock. We had dinner in the hotel restaraunt and were made to feel really special by the excellent staff who even gave us a cake to celebrate! Th only downside I would say is that the pool is thermally heated from the spa so it is a bit warm when you are looking to cool down from the sun. Devamı

Romanticismo e cortesia.

В период нашего проживания (Декабрь) был закрыт собственный термальный комплекс отеля. Клиентам ежедневно выдавали бесплатные ваучеры в термальный комплекс "Аквария", где бассейнов и услуг значительно больше. Ваучер включает талоны на напитки и питание.

Hotel ben posizionato e che gode di una buona struttura generale, personalmente ho alloggiato in una stanza buona nel complesso, unica pecca il bagno che avendo qualche anno avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, molto bella la zona della colazione che da direttamente sul lago. Il servizio dei camerieri durante la colazione è stato secondo me scadente, […] sia per il servizio (chiedere le stesse cose 2 o 3 volte prima di essere serviti, sbadati ), sia per il parlare tra di loro a voce alta (con scherzi), che danneggiava l´atmosfera di tranquillità e relax che immagino la struttura voglia ricercare, stesso problema alla reception dove la cortesia è stata massima e l´accoglienza ottima, tuttavia gridare i propri dati al telefono e altre informazioni personali (vedi trattamenti ) a voce troppo alta non è proprio professionale e discreto. Very nice hotel with great therme, but rather unpolite staff, not doing their best to serve, but their best to impose restrictions; It should be the other way around. For instance, we had made a reservation for table in their resturant a month in advance, but the waiter said no such reservation existed, and that anyway the halfboard guest were first […] priority... At least, after some arguments we were given a table but what a battle.... Secondly, I was given a room with no lake view, and very small, despite the rather costly price and well in advance reservation, Thirdly, late check-out, was given very restrictedly, from 11 am to 12 am. Malheureusement, je ne recommenderai pas cet hotel car nous n'avons pas dormi 2 nuits de suite a cause du bruit dans la chambre au dessus de nous. Nous avons partagé les insomnies de nos voisins!!!! Le petit déjeuner est tres quelconque et le prix bien trop elevé pour le confort général. Seul bon point., la situation et l'acces au termes.

Terrasse Zimmer und Terrasse Restaurant schmutzig.Frühstücksbuffet ärmlich, Servicepersonal Frühstück uninteressiert. Klimaanlage Zimmer ohne Funktion. Radio Zimmer ohne Funktion. Schwimmbad und Sauna ungepflegt.
