place was clean, modern, room was smaller size, but not too bad for NYC. Free breakfast (waffles, pastries, microwave eggs/bacon/sausage sandwiches). Very close to times square.

Not what I expected from a Marriott hotel. Bad plumbing requiring constant plunging, they always shut my heat off so room was freezing; no refrigerator in room, and no restaurant or room service; failed to refill toilet tissue, kleenex, or leave clean washcloths..... will not stay there again.

Smallish room -- bed took up most of the room, but it was clean, nice room. Fine for a business overnight.

Excelent reception, very close to Times square if you're planning on walking. Parking available nearby ($30 per day). The rooms where small but it had a clean and very comfortable bed.

Not bad. Just a couple of blocks from the 34th Stree subways, decent room with comfortable bed, staff is extremely friendly and courteous and the breakfast there was not that bad-actually had hot food. will come back again

This is an excellent hotel that is well located with respect to tourist sites in Manhatten. It is also modern and well appointed with friendly and helpful management and staff. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is tiny (very narrow) and in a nondescript location with few amenities. However, it is within walking distance of Penn Station and the subway, and the rooms are very clean. The free continental breakfast is totally unimpressive and unappetizing. Our room was tiny but the bed was comfortable.

Very clean environment with a courteous staff. Modern appointments but was not able to get wifi in room. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice clean hotel right in the heart of it all midtown NYC. The rooms are small for the price, as is the way in NYC, but clean enough. Breakfasts are buffet style, with a reasonable variety of food both freshly prepared and prepackaed available. Only microwave food was on offer if you wanted a hot breakfast. Plastic cutlery and crockery was all that […] was on offer. We stayed there on two seperate occasions during our stateside tour. The first for one night, the second for thee. During the second stay we were asked to relocate to a sister Fairfield Inn on W 28th St a few blocks away as there was a problem with the plumbing on floor of our intended room. We were told that the 2 nights during which we were relocated would be refunded. Also a courtesy car was made available to help us transit between the two locations. As it turned out, the W 28th St location was newer and slightly roomier than the W 37th St hotel, so we were equally comfortable there. Good location to all the usual attractions. We stayed at this hotel from Apr 14th - Apr 17 2011. The room was really small, but exceptionally clean, modern and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast is good and the staff very accomodating. The staff at the front desk were excellent. The Mgr gave us a card with the Hotel's phone # to call back in case we got lost during our walk to Times Square […] ! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, even though we arrived late. Daniel the doorman was very helpful and pleasant, as were the front desk staff. Hotel and room were spotless. Heater WAS noisy, but it helped us to sleep - and it wasn't until we walked into the hallway that we could hear that there was a noisy family with small children next door […] - never a peep from them when we were in the room. Continental breakfast was fine for a continental breakfast. Free Internet access - nice! Location was perfect for our needs. Devamı

We were very happy with our stay at the Fairfield inn- the location was very convenient to the places we wanted to see and the room was great for the price.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel. The room was clean, but not very large. Good King Size bed, but space for storing clothes and especially the bags was small or missing. Wifi in the lobby worked well, so did the LAN connection on the room (cable). Breakfast was ok and included, by Northeuropean standards the content a little odd, but enough to get you […] satisfied til lunch. Location very good. Close to Penn Station for train connections and 5th Av. for the shopping tours. Empire state 5 min walk. Subway also 5 min walk down on 34th st. Employees at the hotel very nice and serviceminded. Negative was the air condition unit on the room - very noisy and it took some time to get used to it. Why on earth not use some kind of central cooling/heating is a very good question! Price - reasonable for a Manhattan hotel in this category. Devamı

Este hotel foi uma ótima escolha, muito bem localizado, perto do metro, do Empire State, da Time Square, da Macys, enfim tudo andando a pé. O quarto é pequeno, mas super aconchegante, limpo, banheiro sem banheira, perfeito! O pessoal da recepção também é super prestativo e o café da manhã superou as expectativas por ser nos EUA. esta muy cerca del times square, que es donde todo pasa.Salimos mucho a recorrer a pie desde el hotel, todo está cerca. El desayuno es muy bueno, la gente que atiende es amable y siempre me tocó alguien que sabía español. La pieza es pequeña, pero suficiente para dos.

Vriendelijke medewerkers, zeer behulpzaam. Echter groot minpunt: het ontbijt , geen normaal bestek, alles van plastic, en karton, zeer lastig om te gebruiken. Voor die prijs teleurstellend, hopelijk kan dit eens veranderd worden.

Отдыхал с 11.04.11 по 18.04.11 Остался полность доволен гостиницой: -хорошое расположение - чистые номера - бесплатный инет - вкусные завтраки Всем советую остановиться в этой гостинице. Пересмотрел много вариантов и остановился на этом. Не жалею!!

Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel très bien situé pour visiter New York. Le service et le personnel sont irréprochables. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables et la literie est exceptionnelle. Il manque un mini frigo. Propreté remarquable et le calme est assuré. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Nous avions vue sur L'Empire State Building. […] Proche des stations de métro et de Times Square, idéal pour se déplacer facilement. Cet hôtel est bien pratique, pas besoin de parcourir des kilomètres de couloirs, l'agencement est bien pensé, l'accueil est très chaleureux. Devamı

"Petit" hotel(18 etages/6 ch par etage) a 5 mn de Times Sq a pied d'ou partent les bus a touristes(mieux que metro ou on ne voit rien) Excellents acceuil et petit dej . Bien tenu et propre .
