The flaws included having to stand on the bed in order to set the fan/temperature control, badly chipped paint on the window next to the bed, a burned out reading light bulb, no breakfast before at least 8 AM, very thin bath towels and no complimentary shampoo. WAS NICE FOR THE PRICE , BUT COULD USE BETTER SEATING IN THE ROOM . ALSO INTERNET NOT ACCESABLE FREE WIRELESS THEY SAY. ITHINK NOT. BUT ALL IN ALL I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

We recently went to Cape Cod to visit a friend & go sightseeing. We stayed one Friday night, chose this hotel because they had a late checkout option. We booked thru hotels.com, but were told to pay the late checkout fee directly at the hotel. The Hotel Desk Clerk, said we could NOT checkout late, even for the fee, because then he would lose out on […] renting Saturday night. The hotel was empty, maybe 10% occupancy, so that did'nt make sense to me. I will not stay there again because of this. Devamı

We traveled to the Cape for the first time for a weekend trip from Boston. The Brentwood surpassed our expectations of a Motel. We stayed in a Townhouse and had ample space for both couples in the party. Would recommend this place highly. We will return and stay at the Brentwood.

THE MANAGER IN CHARGE IS VERY NICE. WE HAD STAYED THERE BEFORE. IT WAS COMFORTABLE BUT NOT TOP QUALITY AS FAR AS THE ROOM WAS CONCERNED. IT WAS GOOD FOR THE PURPOSE WE NEEDED IT FOR WHICH WAS VISITING RELATIVES IN THE AREA. WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN IF NEEDED.

Convenient. Very friendly staff. But don't expect any concierge services. They couldn't even provide a phone number for a taxi (one feels that they don't intend to be difficult, they simply don't consider knowing or providing such info part of their job). There IS WiFi, you just have to ask. Beds and bath were clean, but the place needs some maintenance […] and curtains/blinds, windows could use a wash. Pool was clean and UNheated. had a room with double beds that were too short for my husband and I asked to switch our room and they did with no problem. With in walking distance to food, mini golf, drug store.

I would stay there again. The staff was very pleasant, the room nice and clean but could use an update; especially the bathroom.

Motels on the Cape are usually expensive in the height of the season, but this one was reasonable and convenient, and you did not have a 2-night minimum stay.

We found out stay at the Brentwood to be very comfortable. The staff were very efficient with our requests. The rooms were with outdated furnishings, but everything overall was to our satisfaction. The location made it easy for us to access all our destinations with ease. We would definitely make reservations there again. Great deal for the money.

I reserved this room with some trepidation after reading the reviews. I was favorable impressed. The room was big, the beds were hard but OK and the motel was clean. There was a nice indoor pool and it is close to good restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

Immediately after checking in, the owner of the motel peered in the windows of the room when the curtains were not drawn and proceeded to knock and lie about his reasons for coming into our room. The room was depressing with a dirty carpet which you did not want to put bare feet on and beds which were beyond horrific. We stayed at one of the townhouses. It was painted resently and the bathroom was clean, but the couch in the living area was beat up and dirty! I didn't even want to sit there. The a/c was in the 1st floor and there was no a/c in the upstairs where the bedroom was. I don't think I will stay here again. I payed a lot of $$$ b/c it was an emergency visit […] to the Cape, but next time I hope I have more time to research more and get a better rate at a better hotel. Devamı

The 2 best things about this property: the price and the front office personnel --- the woman who was there could not have been more helpful. The property is run down, the room we had was very basic but clean. There were small holes in much of the bedding - not really a problem, but it felt a little like a youth hostel rather than a real motel. Location […] is fine - near many restaurants, not far from the Cape Cod shore. Price and personnel are what 'save' this property and recommend it. Devamı

Don't have high expectations and you'll be fine.

I was working at the Cape and this hotel was fine for what I wanted.

Very nice people running the place. Clean, a little run down but you get what you pay for. I was expecting hell on earth when I read the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The area is great, right in the middle of Main road. I would stay here again!

Thought the Brentwood in S. Yarmouth gave good value for the money. It is older, but looked recently updated/painted and was very clean. Right on Rt 28, so convenient, but not scenic. Mattresses were firm, but good. Slept well. Bring your own towels - that was the only down-side. Really thin scratchy towels. This hotel is kind of old but is good compare with some other hotels in the area for the same price. The indoor pool was good.

We were pleasantly surprised considering how inexpensive our room was. The premises, room and pool area were clean and well maintained. Room was quite large and included a fridge. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning. Friendly staff. Our friends staying at a hotel up the road paid twice our rate! I would stay there again.

It is what it is - I knew I was getting it for a bargain, so I didn't expect much. I was pleasantly surprised that it was as cozy as it was. Definitely not the Four Seasons, but the price is so reasonable that I would stay again. This hotel was about as expected from reading previous reviews that the beds were comfortable and it was clean enough. However, I couldn't get past the musty smell that seemed to be coming from the building itself. The bedding and curtains were very old and unsightly and didn't match. The hotel accepted dogs, so we were willing to lower our standards, […] but it would have been nice to have a comfortable chair to sit on and breathe some fresher air. The pool and hot tub were old, but very clean and well maintained, as were the grounds and parking lot. It is obvious that some effort is taken to make things nice, but new comforters for the beds and somehow airing the place out would do wonders. Also, if you are planning to stay there, don't necessarily expect the pretty blue Cape Cod facade. That was there, but they stuck us way off in a dingy corner on the back of the building, even though we seemed to be the only guests staying there for much of the time. Devamı

Très beau Motel, confort intérieur irréprochable, je pourrai y passer quelques jours en famille avec enfants. Rapport qualité prix normal.
