The hotel is located in a great place for seeing all of the sites. It is clean and they provide a great Turkish breakfast on the rooftop. Great value

The Atlantis Hotel staff did everything to make us feel safe and taken care of during our stay. The breakfast was lovely, and we were not even charged when an adaptor went missing in our room. This hotel is located minutes from the Blue Mosque, the Topkapi Palace, and the Hagia Sophie. What a bargain!

This hotel should not be given a 3 star rating. It had its pros a cons but I would definitely not stay there again. PROS: -Location was amazing! Safe and close to everything -Some staff were friendly and helpfull (depending on the staff member) -Breakfast was simple yet tasty CONS: -Beds and pillows were EXTREMELY uncomfortable -They don't have an […] elevator (Had to carry our heavy luggage up and down stairs) -Rooms are very small; we had previously requested a room with one king size bed but apparently there is no such thing as king size beds in turkey. When we checked in they put us in a tiny room with 3 beds. It was so crowded, and after a 12 hour flight having to sleep on those beds was torture. 4 days later they said we had to move to another room because they needed our room for other guests...just like that, not even an apology. -The Wifi only works in the lobby and on the 1st floor, if you move any higher it doesn't work. When I called front desk all they said was: "it's working here, I don't know why it isn't working for you" -There were a few things in the hotel description that turned out not to be true. For example; in the hotel description it said there was a safe in the room yet there wasn't one, we had to use the front desk safe which was a little cabinet they locked with a key and not an actual safe. -Make sure you reserve the hotel shuttle in advance and give them your arrival time and flight number because it only comes upon reservation, otherwise you'll have to take a cab or airport shuttle which often scam people with their prices. In spite of the older building, no lift, and slightly dingy atmosphere, we totally appreciated our stay here. The room was small, but everything worked just fine, including the all important a/c. It was hard to locate, being behind the main street, down a little side street, but the locals could not have been nicer in trying to help us. We had no trouble […] getting the Metro from the airport, transferring to Tram 1, thus saving money. The location is fabulous, right in the heart of the wonderful Sultanhamet area, near the Blue Mosque, Ayasophia, and near other attractions. The hotel manager was most helpful. We were extremely grateful for their honesty and efforts to contact us when we forgot a passport there! Devamı

my stay at Atlantis was a pleasant one. The hotel location is perfect for sight seeing and visiting the historical sites (within walking distance). It is not a fancy hotel but worth the money. Hotel staff were very nice, specially Hourieh, the lady that made breakfast for us. She is a sweet lady. I would take advantage of the tours. What a wonderful place to stay!! I couldn't fault them on anything and it was exactly what we were looking for. Centrally located, wonderful informative staff and surrounded by a number of local shops so we didn't have to go far to. In the middle of the old city „Sultanahmed“, where every tourist attraction is in your nearness even the famous ones, you have the best possibility for sight seeing, shopping and even dining. With the central location of the hotel you have almost everything around you, even the tram station is only a 1 minute walk from the hotel. Although the room was […] a little bit small for 4 persons (1x Queen size bed and 2x single beds), but it was very clean and this is what actually maters. One of the plus points in the hotel is the breakfast buffet and not to forget the very friendly and polite staff starting from the reception till terrace. Very good service and hotel room - the room was bigger than expected, and although there is no view from the hotel, the breakfast on the rooftop terrace is lovely. The service is fabulous - my husband needed a shave and the gentleman at the front desk actually walked us to the closes barber to make sure we knew where to go! Definitely worth the mon […] ey. El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación inmejorable, muy cerca de Santa Sofía, la Mezquita Azul y el Palacio de Topkapi. En los alrededores hay una gran variedad de restaurantes. Es un hotel modesto, de habitaciones sencillas, y con un desayuno buffet correcto. Hotellets personal var jättebra och trevliga! Det enda negativa jag kan säga om hotellet är att det är ganska lyhört mot gatan där det ligger ganska många restauranger. Det var inget vi hade ont av, men om man är ljudkänslig på nätterna kanske man ska välja ett annat område. Hotellet ligger mitt i turistkvarteren så det är nära till de stora sevärdheterna […] och spårvagnshållplatsen ligger på gatan bredvid. Devamı

Jag och min väninna bodde på Atlantis hotell under 4 nätter. i juni 2011. Läget är perfekt i mysiga lugna gamla stan. Nära till alla sevärdheter såsom Hagia Sofia, Blå mosken, Topiki palatset och Grand Bazar. Även spårvagnen ligger ett par minuter bort så ni tar er lätt till andra stadsdelar också. Rummen är helt ok, bra storlek men av lägre standard. […] Frukostterassen ligger på taket och har både inom- och utomhus del. Vi satt och solade oss här varje frukost - helt underbart! Personalen pratar sådär engelska men är mkt hjälpsamma. Hotellet är oerhört prisvärt, man får verkligen mer än man betalar för - så vi rekommenderar det varmt. Devamı

This hotel gives us good access to popular spots in Istanbul. As I stayed there only for 2 nights, I visited most of them.

Hotellet ligger meget centralt til alle seværdigheder. Betjeningen er meget venlig og meget hjælpsom. Hotellet er meget slidt men rent. Det svarer til 2 stjerner i Frankrig. Morgenmaden er kedelig og kaffen udrikkelig. Hotellet er absolut anbefalingsværdigt, hvis man ønsker et centralt hotel, og ikke går op i hotelstandard. Men rejs ikke i februar, […] Istanbul er meget kold!! Devamı

Das Hotel Atlantis ist zentral gelegen, die Blaue Moschee ist vis-a-vis, weitere Sehenswuerdigkeiten sind in der Naehe. Die Tramstation ist 1 Minute entfernt. Die Zimmer sind einfach, und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich, der Service angenehm. Das Fruehstucksbuffet ist top, fuer jedermann etwas.

Alles gut, sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Angenehmes Personal und gute Lage.
