This place is amazing! It's worth every penny. We tried the pool, the spa, room service, and the lobby restaurant and everything was great. The pool is a great size for laps, and the glass ceiling made it feel like you were outside (not like a typical indoor pool). The Ritz in White Plains does not disappoint. The check-in service was accommodating and helpful. The lobby and hallways are new, well-designed, and comfortable. We visit the White Plains / metro NYC area at least once a month and always stay at the Ritz. There is just no comparison. Kevin, one of the men at the door, is by far one of the most amazing people. He remembers everything and is so accomodating.

This is the place you want to go for a special treat and don't mind paying for it. We enjoyed the spa, restaurants, and surrounding area. The staff is superbly trainined and vigilent to your every need. Of course, service and luxury like this come at a price, but for the right occasion it's worth it.

My kids and I stayed a week at this Ritz. The location had so much to offer for us to do. The staff were welcoming and accommodating to our every need. We will be back.

There is a reason they call it the Ritz. The staff was exceptional. We were attending our son's graduation from a nearby university and had the celebratory dinner at "42" in the hotel. It was one of the top 10 dining experiences we have had. Exquisite food and attentive service. Treat yourself and stay here.

Good hotel though I never received the promissed receive of ekstra hotel expences on my email as promissed in the reception at check out. Therefore I can not get a refund from my company. Otherwise the hotel seems perfect.
