I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The location is very good, staffs are very friendly and the room is big. Everything is fine except one thing - there are a lot of mosquitoes inside my room when i first entered to the room. They sent me a insecticide to spray the mosquitoes but i hope for a better service, like change to a new room. They should made […] sure every room free from mosquitoes before allow guest to stay in. Good hotel which I can recommend. However, be warned that the staff is nice but very young and bit inexperienced which shows here and there. We had booked two same category rooms. However, when we arrived only one room on the specified category was available. Second room given was from a lower category (street side and level) but this was not mentioned […] when signing in. Back at the reception, the first answer was that we have to accept that without reduction of the price or pay the difference for an upgrade. Only after number of discussions, and with the decision of the hotel manager, this was solved by given us the upgrade without extra cost. Furthermore, note that the room categories can be confusing as those are linked both to the room facilities as well as to the building. For example, pool side rooms are called suites even if they are the same standards as the superior rooms in the second building across the street. Devamı

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel could use a paint job in the lobby, it seems a bit shabby. The staff was helpful and courteous. The location is very central and it feels safe.

The location is perfect. Although it locates next to the Pub Street, it is quiet. The hotel staff are nice. However the toilet door in my room could not be closed. They fixed it the next day. The room is a little bit old.

Excellent location (close to pub street and close to night market, not noisy). Swimming pool to relax at end of day. Wifi connection not always 100% Ok.

The location of hotel is the best. It is very near to PUB street, Old Market, Central Market and Night Market. The rooms are spacious too. The service is okay except for the check-in and check-out service. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel at 7 plus in the evening. Our 3 rooms were not ready at all. The reason being the previous guests […] were late in checking out. We had to go for dinner and return later. On our departure date, as our flight is 4.45pm, we requested for room extension till 2.30pm. The reception agreed extension till 1 pm only citing hotel policy. We had to remind them that they are not consistent in their policy as they have allowed the previous guests to do so and delayed our check-in. Finally after much negotiation, they agreed to extend one room till 2.30pm for us. Other than this incident, the hotel is good and we would stay in Steung hotel if we visit Siem Reap again. Devamı

The location is great! Just steps away from pub street and the market as well as a supermarket right beside. Nice heritage looking hotel with spacious rooms. Bed was too hard though, like the floor.

The staff are very polite and friendly and the rooms are large (We stayed in the Deluxe room). The room furnishings and television could do with an upgrade but for the price it was more than acceptable. Our room had double glazed doors so the street noise was non-existent. To top this hotel off is its location being only 100 metres to Pub Street (where all the tourists eat and drink). We were charmed on arrival at this French Colonial hotel. It is very visually appealing, and the rooms were comfortable, cool and very clean. Our plug in the bathroom sink broke and was fixed promptly, and all queries dealt with in the same way. Breakfast was a good sized buffet with Asian and Western choices. It's location is pretty much perfect- close […] to the Old Markets and Night Markets, Pub Street literally around the corner for dining and next door to a beautiful Temple. We had a night in a 5 star hotel on our last night in SR but missed the immediacy and personal feel of the Steung. We thoroughly recommend this little gem. Devamı

this hotel is a very great hotel...with 5 mins walking distance you can reach night market,supermarket,pub street,all type of restaurant....very convinience!!! hotel staff very nice and hotel condition good.

Travel a lot & can say that this Hotel was very good value for what we paid, In fact it compared in service & location up to one of the best we have stayed at. Breakfast was very basic but good food & as much as you could eat.

We arrived at Siem Reap early in the morning and left our baggages with the hotel. First impression of the staff were good, gentle and polite. These traits carry throughout our 3 days stay with them. Most staff speak english. The room is spacious and very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Wireless access and 100 over channel of TV stations were […] bonus.Toiletries and towers were replenished daily. The breakfast spread was very good. On the second day, we have to go out early at 5.30am, missing the breadfast, later when we came back, one of the staff asked how we like our breakfast and when we told him that we missed it, he said we can inform them of our early excursion and they will prepare the breadfast box for us to take along, even at 5 am.... I think this is great service... next time we will do that. The location of the hotel is ideal as we just need to cross the road and access to the Old Market and Night Market and all the restuarants. Overall, we are very statisfied with our stay at Steung Siem Reap and will not hesitate to recommend our friends and associates to stay there. Devamı

This hotel could not have been better located: right near pub street, yet, around the corner so quiet and not too much hassle at the door. Rooms were a bit older, but large, and spotlessly clean. Hotel is in an ideal location for restaurants and bars, and not noisy either. Not five star but if you want to experience Siem Reap and not just the temples, stay here.

lopper i hovedbygningen og i bygningen på den anden side af gaden. De ignorede at vi ville flytte værelse og at der var lopper, når v i fortalte det. Sengen var placeret midt på gulvet i værelset, så de vidste i forvejen at der var lopper. Til sidst fik vi et andet værelse, der var også lopper! 清潔でいいホテルでした。 オールドマーケットのすぐ近くで、マッサージ店やレストランも多く、買い物などで困ることがありません。 トイレも水洗でシャワーの湯量も豊富です。 通りを挟んで別館があり、最初はそちらでの予約となっていたようですが、友人と同じ本館に変更してくれました。 朝の10時頃に到着しましたが、チェックインして部屋に荷物を置くこともできました。 次行くことがあれば、泊まりたいと思います。

가장 좋은 가격과 좋은 위치가 장점인 호텔인것 같다. 다만 욕조에 목욕물을 받아서 반신욕을 할때 물이 뜨겁지 않았다. 그리고 조식도 맛은 괜찮았지만 가짓수가 작았으며 수영장도 좀 작았다. 하지만 위 모든 단점들을 좋은 위치, 좋은 가격그리고 친철한 종업원들이라는 장점이 덮는다. 2개의 동으로 나뉘어 있어서 수영장 이용이 필요한 사람은 Delux가 있는 동에 묶는 것이 좋을 것이다. 하지만 예약시 이를 확인할 방법이 없는것이 아쉽다.

オールドマーケットやパブストリートから非常に近く、夜出歩いてもすぐにホテルに戻れるのでとても便利でした。ホテルのスタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで親切でした。内装はアンティーク調で落ち着いていて、清潔感もあり快適でした。朝食はいわゆるホテルのビュッフェスタイルのもので、メニューは毎日変わり映えはしませんが、品ぞろえも悪くないです。

가까운 거리에 시장, 펍스트리트 등이 있어서 접근성이 편했습니다. 호텔 시설도 깔끔했고, 직원들도 친절했구요. 다만 우기에 가서 거리가 물에 잠기는 점은 아쉽네요. 도로가 물에 잠겼을 때는 어쩔 수 없이 뚝뚝을 이용했습니다. 우기에 가시게 된다면 조금 외곽에 있는 호텔을 이용하시기를 추천합니다.

씨엡림의 중앙시장에서 가까워서 호텔주위에 음식점도 많고, 저녁에 나가면 Bar나 야시장도 가까워서 걸어갈 수 있어요. 호텔 서비스도 좋고, 아침밥도 괜찮고, 수영장도 이용할 수 있어서 좋아요. 앙코르와트는 호텔앞에 줄지어 있는 뚝뚝이 타고가면 한15분 정도 걸려요. 뚝뚝이 예약하느냐구 프론트에서 전화 해달라고 했는데 친절하게 잘 해줘서 편하게 예약할 수 있었어요. 호텔에서 공항까지 셔틀버스가 없어서 뚝뚝이 타고 갔는데 5$줬어요. 참고하세요.

the most comfortable point is distance between the pub street and the hotel. but, hotel turn down & house keeping is a lttle bit not good sometimes. forgot the face towel and body towel sometimes. the bell boy too friendly to feel repulsion. still the whole hotel services not bad anyway.

浴槽に亀裂があり部屋を変えてくれるように話すが、部屋が満室で翌日に変更してもらう。亀裂はわかっているはずで修理もしないホテルが信じられない。 スタッフは概ね感じが良かった

Vi boede tre nætter på Steung Siemreap hotel, som er et helt udmærket hotel til prisen. Store nydelige værelser og badeværelse med kar. Hotellet gør ikke det store indtryk, men det ligger helt centralt i byen - dog væk fra den værste larm. Morgenmaden ok. Personalet er venligt, men har svært ved at give svar eller hjælpe pga. et ringe engelsk.

un peu vieillot( meriterait un depoussierage surtout mobilier!) mais bien place et relativement calme si vous n avez pas les fenetres qui donnent sur la centrale de la climatisation( a l arriere). personnel parlant assez correctement l anglais. bonne situation dans la ville
