We were very impressed with the hotel and the room. Very modern decor and very comfortable. Evean a ceiling fan of all things. The only disappointment was the indoor pool was far too cold to enjoy. Hotel was great breakfast was good, rooms nice. the beds could have been softer (we are used to pillow top bed) the only downfall is the construction out in front of the hotel. it made it hard to get into parking lot. We used pool and hot tub both were well maintained and not over chlorinated.

There was some road construction, not bad but a little annoying. Nice hotel, very good hot breakfast, very clean. The pool was heated and this was 1 of the main resaons we picked this hotel. Needed a place for the kids to get out some energy. The pool could have been much warmer!

The only thing negative I could say about this hotel is, that it is on an exit ramp going the opposite direction from most nearby amenities. BUT..I found a short cut through another parking lot that my GPS didn't show and it was easy after that. Great staff, beautiful lobby, room was perfect plenty of pillows and plenty of electrical outlets. The internet […] was fast and the shower was hat and had great pressure! Booked this hotel at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised!!! Staff was very helpful (esp the b'fast staff). Hotel appears fairly new. Kids loved the indoor pool w/fountains and the hot tub! Free breakfast tasted better than most continental spreads but has the same general items (something for everyone). Very clean, beds were comfy and linens […] were new but soft. Bathroom sink is very tall---so for small kids or w/c level, sink would be way too high!!! Otherwise, very clean, modern design. Location is in the middle of construction off 635 right now so delays were intermittent. Find alternate street level routes. Fairly close to Galleria but not likely within walking distance. Walgreen's is next door. Is across from Valley View Mall. Several food options nearby, across the freeway, and of course those at Galleria. We booked as a family trip in January for the Cotton Bowl (Cowboys Stadium in Arlington) but didn't feel it was too far away to drive. Devamı

We travel to Dallas every Thanksgiving from Ohio. We always make sure to book a hotel with an indoor pool and breakfast. This hotel has both of these features and the decor from the room to the lobby was tremendous. The hotel is spotless and I am very particular about these types of things. the hotel was beautiful,clean and friendly. I guess my only complaint would be that I chose this hotel for the indoor pool and the pool was COLD, my two year old would not put more than her toes in. I hoped it would be a great way to burn off energy after a 18 hour car ride, it did not work out that way,the pool was of no use to us.

The hotel was gorgeous for the price. One of the nicest I have stayed in. Traveling for business I was very disappointed in internet connection. First room I was in my cell didn't work and I couldn't get decent signal to run SKYPE. Moved and the signal improved but kept getting kicked off. I would try again hoping that the issues were fixed. Loved the large rooms and queen beds. Breakfast wasn't the greatest, but the hotel was well worth it!

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the room was very spacious. The location was convenient for most of our outings.

Great hotel and location but I did fall in the lobby hallway of the hotel on Wednesday and still waiting to get a report from Malekeh to fill out. Just FYI.

Spacious hotel, great bargain. Only downside is the construction going on around the hotel that makes getting in and out of the parking lot challenging.

New facility, friendly staff. Rates are reasonable and the rooms are comfortable. Two thumbs up!

Check in and out was a breeze. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Room was comfortable but needed better lighting. Bathroom vanity with vessel sink was too high for me--I am 5 feet 4 inches tall. Hairdryer did not work and I could not get a new one on the weekend.

Superb staff; excellent room interiors and confotable sleeping accomodations; unbeatable location; doesn't get any better unless you upgrade to a Ritz.

Very friendly service and was checked in and out very quickly. Hotel was very clean, very nice, and would stay here again anytime I am in Dallas area.

Very nice and cozy room. All of hotel was recently remodeled and very nice. Did not visit the pool, but easy access to Loop 635 and right next door to the Galleria Mall.

one of the finest Holiday Inn Express hotel's I have ever stayed with and it was probably the most courteous.

Easy check-in and check-out. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Our room was very quiet and we loved the fact we had a choice of firm or soft pillows. It was convenient to the Galleria. We enjoyed our stay and will most definitely return! By the way, the cinnamon rolls were delicious!!!!

This Hotel does not have that great of reveiws but I took into account the fact that some people were being petty. The front desk lady assured me that when anyone requests, she changes the channel off CNN in the lobby. Its primarily a business hotel therefore CNN is what they usually have on. The Breakfast was that of a normal hotel. If you want 5 star […] go to a 5 star hotel. No one is ever going to agree of if a bed is too hard or too soft. We all have our own prefrences. The beds were adequate. Sinks were tall but you could ask for a step stool. I found this to be a GREAT hotel! Very swanky, clean, friendly, quiet! Pool was wonderful! Will stay here again! There were people using the computers so the desk lady was kind enough to pull up movie times for me. Very nice! Devamı

Quick business trip - this hotel was clean and nice. I'd stay there again.

We really enjoyed the hotel and the kids loved the indoor pool. Everything was very nice including the room, the breakfast, the pool, and location. The only thing we didn't like was how tall the sink was in the bathroom. My kids are 10 and 12 and the sink was up to their chest.

Breakfast food was not up to spec especially the hot food items.

Was there on business for a week. All week the wireless in my room was intermittent. I'd go from full strength to no service then back to full strength without ever moving. Informed staff and received multiple excuses but no solution besides working in the lobby.

Excellent Hotel, however the cleaning staff got confused and our room did not get cleaned. It was disappointing to come back from the state fair hot and sweaty only to find our room a mess!

OK, let me start by saying I have spent a lot of time in this hotel. Four weekends in a row. There are only two things wrong with this hotel. The sausage gravy needs a total makeover, and the TV in the lobby always seems to be on CNN. Other than bad gravy and liberal nonsense for breakfast this hotel is GREAT!

This was a great hotel. Brand new, super clean rooms, nice area, close to the highway and everywhere we wanted to go. When I booked it said there was no breakfast but there was a good spread the next morning. Nice, comfortable room, close to several eatting choices, quick access to the highway, quiet neighborhood and a great breakfast. I was traveling with 3 teenagers, who had no complaints about the breakfast choices offered. I'm sure that alone saved me $40 for breakfast. I will definitely stay again.

The hotel was very easy to find and very nice on the inside. It took a few minutes for anyone to realize we were standing at the front desk waiting to check in . When the general manager finally noticed us and got us all checked in, he handed me a reciept. I noticed it said our room had 2 queen beds and I mentioned that I thought I had requested a king […] bed. He looked at his computer and said "It says that you didn't have a preference." I couldn't remember for sure so we headed up to our room. As soon as we got there, I looked up my itinerary and it specifically said I requested a king bed. I did not appreciate being lied to, especially by the general manager. It worked out that we had seperate beds because the beds were like rocks and we tossed and turned all night. This is the first hotel that we have stayed at that has a ceiling fan in the room. My husband was in heaven! If only it had a mini fridge and microwave for our leftovers. The pool was great with fountains that changed colors (my kids loved that!). The breakfast was not very spectacular - eggs were spongy, biscuits a little hard, but we LOVED the cinnamon […] rolls! It was close to the highway for easy access, and the Galleria was a couple blocks away. We found a Chili's restaurant close. Will come back! Devamı
