Great hotel, friendly staff; but was a bit hard and only feathered pillows were available. Other than that, great stay!!!

Had a very pleasant stay. Hotel was convenient to shopping and airport.

Highly overpriced for the money and doesnt offer a free breakfast, very clean .Good location and staff very professional.

This is a very new hotel situated about 5 mins by shuttle from Ft Myers Airport. It is in tip top condition, the beds are very comfortable and there is a fridge and microwave + coffee maker in the room. Close by there are a variety of eating establishments all within range of the hotel shuttle (by request) but a little too far to walk unless you are […] pretty fit (1000metres). for an airport hotel, we were pleasantly surprised. Staff very friendly, always able to answer questions with a smile. Plus points - 1. quite simply the best bed I have every slept in - 2. great breakfast - 3. reliable shuttle service to gulf coast mall - 4. good sound proofing in room - 5. swimming pool and spa were not affected by the proximity to […] the road - 6. so easy to find from the airport - 7. very good value for money....... Always looking for deals to stay here. Very comfortable place to stay. Great location and minutes from the airport.

We stayed here the night before we flew out so location was perfect---seemed to be closest to the airport. We liked having room service--not that expensive. Flat screen TV was a plus because it was the first time we've had high definition in a hotel. I used the business center to print out our boarding passes. It was free and easy to use. Ive stayed there twice and will be staying there on my next visits. Pool was very warm and enjoyable. Most hotels in December you couldnt step foot into and outdoor pool. Rooms where very clean & the staff outstanding. They shuttled us anywhere we wanted to go.

You can't beat this hotel. Great airport location, great price, and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel is a great find and the shopping across the highway at the Gulf Coast Mall was great also. Make sure you get the coupons from the information kisok before you go to dinner at the mall and you'll save 20% off your entire bill at the Firepit.

Great location. High class, state of the art facility for a fair price! Great for families!!!

This is a great hotel to stay at. My step-daughter goes to FGCU and this is a perfect location. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I have stayed here once before and I would stay again in the future.

Friendly, efficient staff. Room was very nice with free internet service and good coffee. Equipped with a fridge and microwave. Very comfortable beds with firmness adjusting if desired. Close to 7-11 and Chick Fil A .., also a few blocks from I-75 so no road noise, but great location. Workout room well equipped; pleasurable experience.

Very nice hotel. Rooms clean and close to everything.

the only thing i did not like was the location. the surrounding area seemed to be in construction. however, the motel was wonderful. could not of had a better time.

Room had a musty smell that never went away.

Very good location. Tons of restaurants and shopping all around. Hotel overall was clean and nice. Only negative was that our room never really cooled down even after we turned down the thermostat. We had it set to 68 degrees and it never got cooler than 73.

I was in Ft. Meyers for a meeting and stayed two nights. The hotel seemed new and well designed. I usually stay at Courtyards, but I'll consider Hilton Garden Inns in the future. There was good technology and a businrss center. I didn't see the Gym - I went running out doors.

I booked a standard King room NON-SMOKING but at checkin, they told me that they only had smoking rooms left and not even the type of room I booked. They were overbooked because there was some high-school baseball team staying there. They said they could give me a double queen room. I told them I don't care if its a twin bed but just give me Non-smoking. […] Seriously, who still has smoking rooms anywhere?!?!?! She told us smoking was all they had but said she could upgrade us to the King suite but said she may get in trouble for it. It but she'll upgrade us. When I asked her why they still have smoking rooms, she went on to tell me; "because people like to smoke" with a tone and attitude. I did not appreciate that and all through this, I did not hear ONE apology for not having the room I booked. I will NEVER stay at this hotel and possibly any Hilton Garden Inn. It wasn't cheap either, I just figured with a Hilton name, it would be at least what the description said. I will also be putting in a call to Hilton corporate. Devamı

We needed a place to stay close to the airport because my in-laws have a place in Naples, and needed to catch an early flight the next morning. We decided to give this hotel a try, considering it had a free shuttle. It was perfect! We will for sure stay in this hotel again, when we have an early flight scheduled. Hotel was average, cafeteria food was terrible. Not much to do at this hotel but sleep and go.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann kostengünstig und wunderbar frühstücken mit allem, was man sich wünschen könnte. Leider ist die Pool Anlage nach Sonnenuntergang geschloßen. Das ist sehr schade, da man gerne nach einem langen Tag etwas im Whirlpool entspannen möchte.

Neueres, gepflegtes Haus im Hilton-Komfort. Trotz Flughafenähe keine Lärmbelästigung.Gepflegtes, großes Zimmer. Nettes, aufmerksames Personal und guter Frühstücks-Service. Wir haben hier für die erste Nacht nach unserer Ankunft gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden.
