Close to everything but far enough away from the party spots that you can still get a good night sleep. The room was clean and looks just like the pictures and the staff was wonderful. Not a single complaint.

Excellent 2br apartment. Service from reception outstanding. Restaurant also very good with good service and range of dishes. 10min walk to bangla and 5min to beach and out of the thick of the action. Not hassled at all by staff and very helpful and friendly

Hotel was very modern with an excellent design. The room we rented had a private pool access which was not necessary but convenient since it was on the same floor as the pool. Pros: Room is clean, spacious, high tech. Location is perfect for beach, roads, shopping, all in the main areas of patong, Service is VERY prompt and outstanding. We booked taxi […] transport to the airport and got a free upgrade to their Benz which was nice and very generous. Some Cons: Breakfast was horrible and only recommend it because it is included. I ended up eating the fresh fruit and croissants and could not stomach anything else. Bathroom sink design makes it very difficult to do anything but fill up the sink with water. WiFi is spotty at times in the room, surround sound system didn't work. Security is a little lax as anyone can enter the building and use the elevators at any time. We also didn't feel too safe with the pool access door since someone can easily bypass the private entrance and make there way onto our balcony during pools hours. On our first night we had a suspicious visitor ringing our doorbell at 3am. Since the person was not in the view of the peep hole, my wife prompted me to call reception and someone came in seconds to escort the person away. The next day reception noted it was someone at the wrong room. Overall I DO recommend this if you are looking for a city feel type of hotel. The hotel and staff are excellent! Devamı

Great location, easy flat walking distance from Bangla Rd and the Patong beach without the ambeit street noise. Contemporary modern, open plan design with euro feel. Air conditioning quiet and effective. I would suggest you turn off the bedroom AC at night and only have the kitchen area on low as the slight breeze is sufficient. Most day to day requirement […] shops available in close proximity (water, snacks, hair dresser/cut, laundry, even a tailor, money exchange, etc). Breakfast and quality reasonable price and omlette is very tasty cooked to your liking. Kitchen can be seen and is clean. A waterfall and garden surrounding the eating area is relaxed, open and has an airy feel. Cocktails during happy hour are at a cheap price however prepared by proper bar attendants with the genuine/right ingrediants therefore quality is what you would expect. Staff helpful with good english. The scene would be mainly european tourists, some Japanese with a few ozzies like us staying. Definetely a refined euro casual vibe unlike many down the drag of Patong Beach that is rough and have no class. The only down is the safe that is mounted on the floor in the bedroom wardrobe means one has to get on the floor and store and take out your valuables however one should not focus on the 1 percenters in life. Stayed at 6 hotels during our three week Thailand trip. BYD Lofts was amongst the most memorable hotels/rooms. Very very cool. Highly recommend it.

Hotel on the whole provided a pleasant stay however the breakfast was very disappointing. We were provided with the same set menu throughout our 10 days which proved to be so below standards we didn't go bother waking up for breakfast half way through. We had to pay for water which just added to the dissapointment!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom penthouse. Hotel was close to many places in patong beach. Staff is friendly.

Everything was great till checkout as I asked them to be 15 minute late after 12:00 an they refused and send their cleaning staff. I found that to be rude and spoiled the great time i had.

Exceeded my expectation from all perspectives. value, facilties, decor, comfort, spaceousness and shared facilities. The hotel presents as brand new with ultra modern design and European quality. the staff were always polite, with that typical gentle, helpful Thai demenour. It's away from the central Pantog beach action centre, but easily accessible via a 15 minute walk to the shops or night walking street. Avoids the crowd and noisiness of the tourist district. our stay started badly due to a very noisy occupant near us.wild parties that started about 2am and continued until we got up.complained to staff but it kept happening.we then asked to be moved and to their credit the staff moved us and we thoroughly enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Fantastic location with very modern well designed rooms . About 4 mins walk to the beach and maybe 10 mins from bangla road depending on how many market stalls you stop in . Staff were extremely helpful with pretty decent English and the restaurant serves very good food at reasonable prices. Apart from double booking our 2 bedroom apartment on arrival since confirmation of booking 3 months prior, I would highly recommend staying at the BYD Loft apartment. Suites were very clean and always prompt on cleanliness. Restaurant staff extremely friendly and always looking to make your stay more enjoyable where possible. Good location by being […] close enough to the beach and main roads (approx 10 minutes to bangla Road), and yet quiet enough to relax and unwind on the balconies. Spacious rooms & outdoor seating. Although double booking my room, staff provided the 3 of us with seperate rooms for the night and ensured original booking was ready for next day check in. Our stay at BYD Lofts was wholly unpleasant. Our room was next to a construction site and was vastly overpriced for what we got. To make matters worse, when the power went out and we asked to be moved, the receptionist told us "not my problem" and that all of the rooms across the street, where the power was still on, were full. Only after continuing […] to insist on being moved did she admit that there were free rooms in the side with power. Regardless of the quality of customer service, this hotel is not on the beach, the rooms are unremarkable, and the prices are way too high. My sincere recommendation would be to avoid BYD Lofts. Its a little set up, so its not that easy to find if its your first time there, but once you know where it is, boy is it great. Renholdet var rett og slett for dårlig. Teppet på rommet ble kun støvsugd når vi selv var tilstede (det lå en lang hvit tråd der fra første dag og i 2 uker). Salongbordet hadde en glassplate i ramme, og mellom platen og rammen lå det smuler etter mat i stort omfang (og svært synlig) uten at det ble rengjort på 3 uker. I og med at det var leilighet med […] kjøkken, forventet vi at man kunne lage mat der, men kjøkkenet var særdeles sparsomt utstyrt, også etter at vi gjorde oppmerksom på det. Vi måtte be om å få en bolle og en øse og stor kniv for eksempel. Det var heller ingen sted å sitte og spise utenom det lave salongbordet, og dette var altså reklamert med leilighet med kjøkken. Altanen var i prakis ikke brukbar. Den var så smal at man ikke kunne sitte ute. En rekke andre svakheter var der uten at det blir plass til å ramse opp alt (vi var der i 3 uker). Standarden sto ikke i forhold til prisen (vi har mange års erfaring fra mange andre steder i Thailand og andre verdensdeler). Devamı

Ovanligt bra service, fantastisk god frukost och givetvis bra rum med alla bekvämligheter. Hade förmånen att bli uppgraderad till 100m2 utan kostnad. Det enda negativa var obefintlig utsikt samt insynen från fastigheten tvärs över gatan.

部屋の隅々までしっかり清掃されており、非常に快適な時間を過ごすことができました。 朝食のバイキングもとても良かったです。ロケーションは少し不便に感じるかもしれません。 しかし、近くにコンビニがたくさんあるのでゆっくり過ごす分には問題なさそうです。 次回も是非利用したいです。

Siamo stati per 5 notti nel BYD Lofts, l'appartamento era modernissimo, pulitissimo e davvero di alto livello. Ci siamo trovati ottimanente, sempre andati a Bangla Road a piedi e mangiato nelle vicinanze. Davvero un'ottimo hotel, consigliatissimo!

除了前台的服务人员始终没见过笑之外，其它还不错。房间挺大，但窗外都是周围的居民楼 必须拉窗帘 否则互相看得很清楚。

TRAUMHAFT schön eingerichtete(s) Appartment(s) im nördlichen Teil von Patong - etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bangla-Road - verteilt auf 3 Häuser in direkter Nachbarschaft. In der Umgebung viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und Spas. Das Haus selber liegt in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße; und wenn dann gegen 23 h auch im hauseigenen Restaurant draußen die Musik […] abgedreht wird ist es (für Patong-Verhältnisse) angenehm ruhig (bin selber sehr lärmempfindlich). Die Einrichtung ist modern/cool/aber nicht "kalt". Voll eingerichtete Küche. Gute Kaffee-Pad-Maschine. Tolles Bad mit gutem Wasserdruck. Schöne Sitzgruppe, stylische Beleuchtung, 2 große Fernseher und ein (nicht zu) kleiner Balkon mit riesiger komplett aufschiebbarer Glastür. Superfreundliches Rezeptionsteam. Dieses Haus würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Überragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Minimaler Abstrich: der Pool oben auf dem Dach ist relativ klein, hat nur sehr begrenztes Platzangebot für die wenigen Liegen - aber eine schöne Aussicht in die waldbewachsenen Berge. Devamı

Meget lækre lejligheder. Utrolig søde og hjælpsomme personale. Det er meget dyrt, men jeg fik mere end forventet. Jeg kommer helt sikkert gerne tilbage.
