Acra Hotel - Special Class - İstanbul

Nice Hotel, very clean, excellent location, professional staff. Free Wi-Fi is a plus. Breakfast was very fine but did not live up to what I heared about food in Turkey and did not include "hot" items. Overall, it is is a wonderful charming Hotel.

I enjoyed my 3 nights stay in the hotel. It was comfortable and no problem. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful particularly Mr Memet. They helped in setting the schedule and making reservations. The location of the hotel in Sultanamet is ideal for tourists. I would recommend this hotel. We picked this hotel based on previous reviews and it did not disappoint. A very good location--within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Topkapi and the Grand Bazaar, The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk. We would have no reservations in recommending someone to stay at this hotel.

Our hotel stay was amazing. A great hotel with excellent staff. A number of times we asked for recommendations and in each case they were right on, great recommendations. The front desk and staff were super helpful and accomadating, they also spoke excellent English which is helpful. The hotel is within easy walking distance to 5 of the top 10 sites […] in Instanbul, tucked into a great nieghborhood. We found great resturants for dinners, exceleent open air street side cafes for coffee and drinks, and the hotel's breakfast was a classic Turkish breakfast with very high quality. The Acra hotel is in a neighborhood of townhomes converted to hotels, within an easy 2-block walk of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, tram stop, and generally great location for a tourist. My 70-yr old mother and I wandered the neighborhood throughout our 3-day stay without feeling the least bit unsafe. Hotel staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful with […] tours, and generally very welcoming. Turkish hospitality is on full display here! The breakfast is not to be missed - try the selection of breads and the cheese pastry "cigars", and don't skip the description of the 2000 yr old palace walls that are part of the breakfast room. Excellent hotel, well worth the money. Extremely nice staff, delicious breakfast buffet and afternoon tea. Really enjoyed our time here, would recommend over all others!

Good location, friendly staff, clean & plenty of space in room (we booked the slightly more expensive Superior Room though). Have seen better breakfast buffets, but quantity & quality was ok. excellent location. i wouldn't stay in other area in istanbul. friendly staff. and very important to me is the cleanliness, it was fairly dust free. the hotel is very new looking. it is just as it look in the pictures. breakfast is very good too. but it is western style though. i would love to have more local food if possible. they need a eco option […] for towels and sheet. rooms' sound proof are not working so well, you can hear next door coughing. but it wasn't a problem for me. we are two females travellers and we felt safe there. En general es muy buen hotel

部屋は新しく清潔、お茶とポットの用意、冷蔵庫も備え付け、無線インターネットも無料、バスタブも十分な大きさ。 朝食も地下の雰囲気のある場所でサラダ、チーズ、各種パンと豊富なフルーツが提供されておりリッチな気分になります。午後のティータイムではレセプションでクッキー、ドライフルーツが提供されており観光の合間に休憩時間に便利。徒歩でホテルまで行くのは何回か尋ねる必要があるが場所的にはブルーモスクにも至近距離なので徒歩とトラムを利用した観光には便利な立地。非常に家庭的な雰囲気のあるホテルです。

war sehr laut, vor allem weil man das Stühlerücken in der Lobby hörte. Das hat die Zufriedenheit mit dem Hotel leider sehr geschmälert. Das Frühstück (zeitweise ungenießbarer Kaffee) und vor allem der Frühstücksservice (ein freundliches "Morning" reicht ja schon) sollten noch wesentlich verbessert werden. Die Utensilien im Bad wurden nach Verbrauch […] nicht mehr vollständig nachgefüllt. Das sollte bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie selbstverständlich sein. Devamı
