It was ok. Not enough perks in the casino. Didn't like the 55.00 deposit requirement.

The only negative thing that I can say at this time is it seemed there was lack of communication between front desk & housekeping. Staff in both areas nice. We requested refrig thru front desk but never receive one until I spoke to housekeeping & had one immediately. The only sugestion I would make is for trash bags to be in bath room trash cans.

The beds were VERY comfortable. Staff was not overly friendly. One Service Counter lady in Casino was very rude and not helpful at all. Gentleman that was at Service Counter was very friendly and helpful and one floor person was friendly, Otherwise not so much. Price was great for mid week but would not have been worth the weekend price. Pool and Hot […] Tub looked very clean and inviting but forgot my swimsuit and did not get to enjoy it :( Nature Trail was awesome and Buffet was very good. Still enjoyed our time there together. Finally a hotel with just what we need: a bed, and a bathroom. No need for all that computer connection stuff. We take time off to get away from all that. FIVE STARS*****

There were four in our group. When we got to our rooms, my girlfriend and her husband checked the bed linen and it clearly showed that one of the two beds sheets were not clean and we had to call room service back to get the bed changed, however, when I checked my room everything was fine...

I will not recommend this hotel - the lines to check in were so very long and we get the front and we see that our grandaughter who is 9 can not swim in the pool!!!! That is why I booked this hotel in March because it had an indoor pool. They won't let children swim in the pool at all - you have to be 21. I was very angry!

Felt safe. Buffet was good.

The hotel itself was VERY nice! The room was nice upon entering.. but the curtains had stains all over them. That and the bell boy didn't even offer to help us with our luggage. Other than that I had a blast. and barely saw the room. :)

I was told that we would have two queen beds instead they were double. My hushand is 6'6" tall and it did not accomadate him.

Stayed for one night and it wasn't bad, the hotel is older but they have updated everything so it's nice! Very cheap room and including breakfast or two which is rare at most casino/hotels!

The remodeling of the hotel & casino, esp. the casino, has made a big difference. The rooms are very nice, except the TVs are small & old. The indoor pool & hot tub are a big plus, esp. in winter. We think the buffet at the Fitz is the best in Tunica! If you can get breakfast included in your room price, take it.The hotel setting is magical, esp. at […] night, and the river is just out the back door. My sons and I took a weekend trip and we really enjoyed ourselves room was comfortable, but I will say the hotel seemed smokie.and the steps from the parking lot were horrible needed repairing

l enjoyed my stay,the food is great and the staff professional.l look forward to my next stay.

WE HAVE STAYED AT FITZGERALDS FOR YEARS BEFORE MOVING TO VEGAS FOR 6 YEARS. UPON OUR FIRST TRIP BACK FOR VACATION WE DECIDED TO STAY THERE. MIND YOU WE HAVE ALWAYS LOVED YOUR HOTEL. THIS TIME I WAS SHOCKED THAT THE ROOM WAS AS DATED AS IT WAS. AND THE CARPET BY THE WALLS WAS DIRTY!! I KNOW YOU ARE ONE OF THE OLDER HOTELSBUT YOUSURE NEED TO DO A LITTLE […] FACELIFT. THE EMPLOYEES WERE STILL GREAT AS ALWAYS. THE RESTRAUNT WAS OKAY ALTHOUGH I THINK I PREFERRED IT AS IT WAS YEARS AGO WHEN THERE WERE TWO DIFFERENT RESTRAUNTS. the atmosphere was great and the service was good. the food was good with some different dishes along with the traditional ones. the only thing that i would have liked is ;to have been a little closer to the other caasino hotels.

Nice clean room but we found an empty beer bottle in the window. No refrigerator or microwave in room/not enough towels. Grandson expected to use the pool but couldn't since he was under 18 and the restaurants were hard to find on the 2nd floor. Had to ask directions twice to find them.

great hotel great food and more machines and action then most hotels great time my hotel in the future

We have stayed at the Fitz many times and have never been let down. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and quiet. We would recommend it to any one looking for a great place to stay while in the area. The Fitz always has something fun to do.

It has free breakfast and parking. The staff is a bit nosy. Tv channels limited. Some rooms updated, others are not. Needs more workout equipment in gym Breakfast could use more fresh fruit, healthier foods-wheat products, whole grain, turkey sausage, etc.

Had a wonderful time. Dinner and breakfast buffets were both good. Hotel staff was very accommodating, and dealers and casino workers were especially friendly. Saltwater pool was wonderful. Second time staying at the Fitzgerald and will definitely continue to stay there when in the area.

I was a little leary because of the bad reviews. But overall the hotel was very nice. I do think they need to update the ventilation system to better handle the smoking guest smoke. But other than that I really enjoyed the casino, the buffet (the best fried fish and crab legs ever) and the room (standard room= no flat screen). Overall this was a very […] good experience and would stay there again Now if you are super snoodie and want to compare the Fitz to the Venetian than no you would not like this. Everything was as it should be.

This is absolutely the worst stay I have ever had a casino hotel. The staff was RUDE and were making jokes at the tables about the customers. The hotel stunk to high heaven, was filthy, filthy, filthy, and LOUD. There were not enough tables open and it was just disgusting. And the buffet? I'm glad it was free because it was not edible! The staff friendly and efficient. The food good for buffet style. The room clean but somewhat shabby-needs updating. Would go again.

We went on a quick honeymoon and for the price it was a GREAT DEAL !!!!

Hotel was nice but casino is small. There were no video poker machines - all slots. Hotel is totally isolated from all the other hotel/casinos. Buffet was typical.
