sıcak suyu akıyor banyotemiz kahvaltı lezzetli ve yeterli ,tarihi dokunun içinde 1 gün rezervasyon yaptırmıştım belki beğenmem diye 3 gün kaldım.osmanlı tarzı döşenmiş tek bir eleştirim var yerlerdeki halıların temizliği.

the hotel was not good, espically rooms and the bathroom was not good at all.Bathroom is very small, old and unusable.sound insulation was terrible.My girlfriend didnt sleep because of noise.Dont be fooled by the pictures.We were disappointed.I dont recommend.

disappointed on basis that we thought we got a good deal, but condition reflects the price even in low season. hotel didn't have our booking when we first arrived, but hotels.com sorted it out. apparently it happens a lot. rather sullen and languid staff. pitiful breakfast with stale cereals and watery jam. coffee was undrinkable, but you could pay […] extra for fresh omelettes, orange juice and turkish coffee. room was patched up at corners and horrible toilet with exposed plastic pipes. stank of bleach when we first got in. We booked a double room and were initially shown into a cell-like room with two single beds, one against each wall. I complained and we were moved to a "suite", which consisted of a huge bed in one room and a large TV facing a sofa a couple of feet away in the other room. Not somewhere you'd choose to sit. Stale cornflakes, cold boiled eggs, an urn of hot water with a jar of instant coffee, an urn of tea so stewed it was undrinkable. The Ayasofya was an easy five minute walk to the Blue Mosque. It was a busy area and yet the street the hotel was on was surprisingly quiet. There were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from and I walked to all of the major attractions. We stayed in the triple room with terrace which is probably the best room. Picturesque and contrasting neighbourhoods like the entire old city of Istanbul. The hotel is well kept, very clean, people is friendly. Breakfast should definitely be improved. We’d love to come back again some day.

Even though I booked 3 weeks prior, upon arrival, there was no room for me. They sent me to another hotel. The next day I wanted to stay in the same hotel, they made me come back to ayasofa as the room was now ready. I do have to say the workers are very polite and management is very professional. My friend, fiancée and I were headed for one weekend to Istanbul and we were looking for a reasonable hotel. It was hard, and we wanted to close to a friend who was also going to be there. The hotel is located in the best area to be in Istanbul, very close to the main attractions......but the most important to highlight is the nice, helpful and knowledgeable staff that they have. I felt there as at home! Also, I think is not neccesary to remind you that Istabul is one of the most imppresive cities in Europa....or Asia. :)

On arrival I was told that because I had asked for a big bed (I am 1.93m tall) I could not be accommodated in the Hotel and I was taken to a room down the road and round the corner.The room was OK but nothing special. I didn't see other rooms in the main hotel. The staff were nice and helpful, the location was within walking distance of the Blue Mosque […] and the Tram so it was Ok to get around. The breakfast was OK and the cleanliness was fine. I booked at a different hotel for when I returned to Istanbul from Iraq, and found the other hotel cheaper, more convenient, better appointed and with equally helpful staff. We arrived early but the staff accommodated our needs. The breakfast was great. The location was within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophie, Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar. We would return in a heart-beat!

I found this hotel because it has a name very similar to another hotel which is very well reviewed on travel sites. This hotel is a bit cheaper and not quite as central but is priced accordingly and offers good value basic accommodation. The staff are helpful and English is no problem. My husband and I loved the hotel especially its location. We walked everywhere (major touristic sites such as Ayasofya and the Blue Mosque). The staff was amazing, very welcoming!

Overall, the hotel was quite good. The staff were helpful and friendly and all but the cleaners spoke English. Breakfast was the usual cold meats and cheeses, eggs, fruit and cereal. The room was clean and ample space if 2 had to stay for a couple of nights. The bathroom however was really small and you wouldnt want to drop your soap in the shower cause […] you'd have no room to pick it up. But that is pretty much a standard in Istanbul unless you go for a newer hotel. It was in a great location, about a 5 min uphill on cobble stones walk to the main sights and restaurants, but can be difficult to locate the hotel itself so have your google maps ready if you wander to far. Overall for the last 2 nights that I was there it was fine, and I would stay again if only for a short stay. Devamı

Ayasofya was a small hotel trying to squeeze into the boutique market. It's location, staff and decor was not of a boutique standard. However once you got used to the area the hotel offers an interesting glance into Istanbul. The breakfast was very nice. We booked a triple but ended up with a double and a sofa bed i.e. not what we had paid for. Lage ist perfekt, ebenso der nette Service. Die Zimmer hingegen sind sehr klein und das Haus ist für ein Hotel lächerlich ringhörig, deshalb nicht wirklich zu empfehlen.

L'accueil est chaleureux, le personnel très sympathique et serviable, l'hotel est très bien placé, proche du quartier historique, et le quartier autour est en pleine rénovation. Mais vraiment trop de bruit : extérieur (haut parleur du muezzin juste au dessus, travaux de construction juste à côté) et intérieur : escalier bruyant, structure en bois , […] portes qui ne ferment qu'en claquant. C'est dommage... Quant à la chambre, pour une seule personne, minuscule, une fenêtre qui n'ouvre pas mais qui laisse passer tous les courants d'air, pas de lumière à coté du lit pour lire, pas d'endroit où mettre sa valise, pas de fauteuil, pas de barre pour poser les serviettes...très sommaire ! Un personnel très serviable et un décor ancien font de cet hotel une bonne adresse. La chambre et surtout la salle de bain ne sont pas très adaptées à un enfant jeune ( 2 ans) hormis cela nous sommes très contents de cet hotel.

centrally located in the old city, a five-minute walk to the blue mosque and maybe ten minutes to hagia sofia. Nice hotel staff. Wireless lan functioned only in lobby. Small but fresh breakfast. Stayed in one of the smallest hotel rooms I've seen. Quite cosy atmosphere. Airport transportation worked well.

Das Hotel liegt ca 450m von Sultanahmet Strassenbahn Haltestelle. Mit einem Koffer zu Fuss hinzulaufen ist aber unmöglich. Die Gassen sind sehr eng und man muss auf der Fahrbahn laufen, wo teilweise viel Verkehr ist. Zur Bahn gehts Bergauf. Taxi wird empfohlen. Minibus (Shutle) zum Airport kostet 10 €. Die Fahrt dauert 20 min.. Das Viertel ist sehr […] lebendig, mit vielen kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants, die sehr preiswert sind. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ottima sistemazione e logistica comoda e facile. Dall' Ayasofya Hotel ci si sposta comodamente a piedi verso i principali luoghi d' interesse della città( moschea blu, haghia Sofia, palazzo Topkapi gran bazar...).Tutto lo staff molto cortese e disponibile, in generale l'hotel offre un servizio ottimo. la camera un pò piccola, ma confortevole e pulita. Der gut gemachte Internet-Auftritt hat mit der Wirklichkeit nichts, aber auch gar nichts gemeinsam. Unser gebuchtes de-luxe-Zimmer war winzig klein, dunkel und stark renovierungsbedürftig, wie eingentlich das gesamte Hotel auch. Da man uns vorher in ein Standard-Zimmer gesteckt hat, kennen wir diese Räume auch - und die waren nun wirklich eine Frechheit. […] Das war kein Hotelzimmer, das war eine Kammer. Von der Zimmerdecke hingen Farbfetzen herunter und es waren Wasserflecke an der Decke, Das Bad war ein winziges Loch, verbunden mit dem Nachbarzimmer durch einen Schacht, wo der eine dem anderen bei der Notdurft sowie beim Duschen zuhören konnte. Der Haartrockner im Bad war so angebracht, dass er in der Dusche hing. Es war eine Zumutung aufrechtstehend zu duschen, weil man befürchten musste mit Strom in Verbindung zu kommen. Nach Reklamation unsererseits sollten wir ein anderes Zimmer erhalten, haben es aber nicht bekommen. Wahrscheinlich waren die Haartrockner in allen Zimmern so merkwürdig montiert. Das von uns gebuchte Raucherzimmer haben wir auch nicht erhalten, weil das Hotel ein Nichtraucherhotel ist. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit auf der Dachterrasse zu rauchen bzw. vor dem Hotel auf der Straße. Die Dachterrasse wurde dann wegen Bauarbeiten gesperrrt, so dass wir letztendlich auf die Straße hätten gehen müssen. Wir haben auf dem Zimmer geraucht - in diesem Etablissement hat es eh niemanden gestört. Fahrstuhl - Fehlanzeige! Frühstück - naja! Personal - freundlich. Nie wieder. Devamı

La posizione dell'hotel è centralissima (in cinque minuti a piedi si raggiungono la Moschea Blu, Ayasofya ed il Topkapi), il personale è molto attento e cortese, la colazione è in linea con il livello dell'hotel, buono anche il livello di pulizia.
