It was good stay ...

For a last minute trip thought of and paid for one day in advance, it was nothing short of remarkable. We were able to take in family friendly attractions within a toddler's walking distance of the hotel. Getting into the hotel itself was a little sketchy, only because our car is very low to the ground, and the entrance to the parkade was a little steep […] for our vehicle. The room was immaculate and in our case right in front of the elevator which was very convenient. The Atrium in the lobby was stunning and a beautiful spot to have a relaxing read or quiet conversation. Also the cafe and spa in the hotel were awesome. It was a five star trip for sure and we will emphatically recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family traveling to Victoria. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Devamı

great staff and service ,had a little trouble with the room key card. Staff said I wasn,t the only one ,and new cards had been ordered.

Great hotel. We stayed in a two bedroom appartment. It was very nice, clean and spacious. The only problem was that the bathroom in master bedroom doesn't have a door.

First class accommodation in 2bedroom Club Suite, nice view overlooking old Victoria with distant view of ocean

Close to the Harbour area but in a great, quiet area suitable for walking. One bedroom suite very spacious with comfortable furniture and modest cooking facilities. Very small bathroom with paper thin interior doors are the only downsides. Be prepared to pay 15.00 per night to park in the underground lot. This was our 2nd stay, 1st was 7 days, 2nd 4 days. Our 1st stay was in an upgraded room with a full oven. We weren't told about the upgrade! Since we had invited people for dinner on our 2nd stay we were surprised to find the room had only a cook top and we required an oven (expecting this room would be the same level as the one on our 1st stay). This hotel is a condo hotel right in the heart of downtown Vitoria. Rooms are a great value, gym and pool are very large and spacious. Lobby deor is very upscale and the coffee shop/ restaurant although small was great. Only a couple blocks from the inner harbor. I'll definitely go back there next time in Victoria.

Where you have a front desk manager remember from a passing conversation that it is your childs birthday and to send a basket to his room, Is spetacular!.....I thought was above and beyond expectations. We even remember her name as Andrea! these guys are great and the rooms are superb!!! We will definitely go back.

These are great spacious units within a great location. Our room faced a busy street so it was loud at night with traffic! The hotel is appealing just that the rooms need to be cleaned better! Don't think our maid used a vacuum once by the looks of it! Great pool and gym, and a little coffee bar/restaurant.

Sometimes it is hit and miss with the room cleanliness, but this time was pretty good. The room was advertised as a one bedroom, but had a separate den that could be used a bedroom with a pull out sofa bed and of course the pull out sofa in the living room as well. Great hotel with the perfect location!

I stayed in their Luxury suite and was just amazed and impressed. The interior has some nice water features that you walkthrough to go to your room. Nice size pool/ exercise room and hot tub. The price was great! The staff was extremely helpful as they were able to get me the same room for another night even though they were booked up.

Modern hotel with a great vibe that had just the right amenities. The location is great; 10 minute walk to the harbour and Government Street. We experienced some problems with the key cards, but the hotel was sorting out the problem with their supplier. I would stay there again.

Needs a little maintenance on appliances in the room, but otherwise a wonderful place to stay. Our young family had a great time - very close to parks and the waterfront, great for kids. Pool was nice! Lovely building.

I booked this hotel for my annivesary/valentines day weeked. I told them about that, and the hotel manager wrote a card with a bottle of red wine in our hotel suite! That was really nice of them, since its also complimentary. I've read a lot of reviews before arriving, and everyone seemed to have good thoughts about this place. Everyone was so nice, […] and helpful. The only thing i would recommend is to make sure the little towels in the bathroom are clean before using. my bf took one out and it was dirty with a stain. I thought that was very careless, due that its a hotel with different guests all the time. Overall everything was good, and enjoyable. I would stay there again despite the towel incident. Wonderful place! From the very friendly staff at the front desk upon check-in to the fabulous brunch in the hotel cafe the next morning before leaving, everything was perfect. Loved it!

Perfect location for walking to downtown sites and restaurants. We were in A tower, 3rd floor so traffic noise was an issue, even with ear plugs for sleeping. Unable to turn off fireplace in bedroom so room too hot for comfy sleep. Room was "surface" clean only. i.e dust on top of refridgerator, stuck on food on side table, and greasy hand prints on […] wash room doors-yuck! Bedding smelled mildly of bleach which is always reassuring to me. Room too small for suite-real squeeze for furnishings (deluxe 1 br suite) On up side staff very quick and helpful with requests and great location. Would stay again but not that part of hotel due to noise and would request different room next time if not up to cleanliness standard. Devamı

This was our first time staying at this hotel. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The location is great because you are removed from the noise of the immediate downtown core, but you are a short walk away from restaurants, shopping and tourist sights. The rooms are awesome, very clean and well maintained. The size of the rooms is unbelievably […] big, it's like staying in an apartment. We stayed for 8 nights and have not one complaint. The hotel was full but we felt like we had the place to ourselves. we were 2 families with 4 children and made full use of the kitchen facilities! The pool was great and never felt crowded. We would stay again without a doubt.

This place is great - I stay here whenever I visit Victoria. The apartments are comfortable and the kitchen facilities are great.

This was a fantastic find. We had a long weekend with another couple and wanted to find a hotel that had adjoining rooms and found the Parkside. It was a 10 minute walk from the ferry and a 5 minute walk to the heart of Victoria’s Inner Harbor. The hotel has a beautiful atrium style lobby, restaurant, coffee shop, spa, pool, hot tub and exercise room. […] Our rooms were adjoining, with one room slightly larger than the other. Each room had a full kitchen, fully equipped, a dining space, a living room with a large flat screen TV and a bedroom with a large flat screen TV and a faux fireplace and balcony. One of the rooms had an extra bathroom with a clawfoot, soaking tub. The furnishings were stylish, modern and comfortable and the rooms had great views of Victoria and the Inner Harbor. We absolutely would stay here again, and would definitely make this our first choice, especially for the price. Devamı

I'm not one to give all 5's to a hotel but this one deserves them. Fabulous place, perfect location, friendly and helpful staff. Love it here! Would stay again.

The room is nice and good location but when i was sleeping the pipes in the wall make a sound that woke me up a few times at night. That was the biggest downside.

Stayed in a city suite for two nights and it was great. Heated floors were nice. Only things missing that would have been nice are movie rentals in room, a stereo or ipod dock and restaurant with room service. We would stay there again.

Hotel is within a couple blocks of all the downtown tourist destinations. Very spacious bedrooms, each with its own TV. Loved the oversized tub for soaking in after a busy day. Full kitchen was great for our family of five which meant we didn't have to eat out all the time.

Did not staff to look after a sold out venue. One elevator not working in B tower for several days. One door on Humboldt street needed repair. Room was never cleaned during entire 7 day stay. Check-in absurd, made us wait 7 minutes to the dot of 4:00 PM

Hardwood floors are nice but really loud in a hotel.

Our stay at the Parkside Victoria Resort & Spa was extremely enjoyable! Loved the area and the staff were very nice and accommodating! Aside from a little noise from some construction in the building, I would highly recommend staying there!

Don't hesitate about booking this place. Great hotle , location, staff and everything else about it.

To put it simply - a large clean room, good facilities, close proximity to Victoria and very nice staff. Very happy with the experience. Would go back again.

Top quality hotel in a very central location - no need for a car as you can walk and/or take transit to anywhere in Victoria. Amenitie are supurb!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and enjoyed the facilities. They have an onsite Spa, which is well worth the trip. The pool area is spacious and the gym is well kept and includes a variety of equipment pieces. We enjoyed having a full suite with the space and kitchen facilities. Rooms were great. Location was great. Never made it to the Theatre, but the kids loved the pool! Best value I've come across in years.
