Great hotel, great location. really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was in a covenient location within walking distance from the train station. Rooms were a good size and the bathroom was immaculate! The staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our bags for the day once we hadchecked out. There was a large choice of foods at breafast. The perfect location to all the best sites in Krakow. Take the breakfast package -- it is an excellent value. Hotel recently remodled and rooms are lovely -- just a little overheated. Staff very helpful and even packed our breakfast to go since we had to leave at 5 AM.

New, small, well designed hotel in great central location in Old Town. Excellent breakfast buffet (hot and cold), luxurious bathroom, very well appinted, and reception staff very helpful.

We arrived early from prague and had to put up at their restaurant for a few hours while our room was cleaned up. We didn't mind of course since the breakfast spread was excellent! Rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds. Hotel is also conveniently located, just 5 mins walk to old town and all other important sights.

i have just come back from a 3 day city break with my mum. My expectations were not too high as i always stay in boutique hotels and have visited many european cities...however Unicus has been by far the best hotel I have stayed in, and was blown away by the service and the hotel. location - from Glowny Train Station (main station) its approx 5 minute […] walk. down a small side street just off the main square, Old Town. Perfect location to reach all transports, sights, and bars/resturants. Was so pleased with the location as we never had to walk far to reach what we needed. Check in - arrived 2 hours earlier than check in and was expecting to be told to leave our bags and come back at the proper time...however the lady behind the desk straight away said as there was a room that suited my booking ready so we could check in straight away. Check in was a delight! she was friendly, smiling, provided us with maps to help us navigate around the city. check in done, and first impressions of the hotel great! Room - spotlessly clean! I had a twin room which was small but had everything we needed. beds are 2 single beds. Big flat screen TV, Haridryer in Bathroom, alarm clock with I-pod docking station, tea & coffee/kettle, iron board. The BEST smelling shampoos and moisturisers, shoe shine kit, and mini bar. Bathroom - really modern, big walk in power shower, robes, big fluffy towels! (changed daily!) Breakfast - fantastic! evrything you could want, cereals, fruits, yogurts, continental meats, cheeses, breads, cakes, pastries, hot bacon & french toast, fruit jucies teas/coffees. Breakfast was a really pleasant experince, the staff are so friendly we just couldnt find anyone miserable at this hotel even at 7am! there are extra breakfast options available to order on the menu (also free of charge) e.g omletes, eggs benedict, smoothies etc eveeythign was so fresh! and I am quite fussy when it comes to food! Excellent hotel and close to all the main attractions. Staff very helpful and polite. The bedroom was very nice and clean, the breakfast had plenty of choice and the evening meal in the restaurant was top quality.

A wonderful little hotel located in the middle of the Old Town. The room was generous, the service superb, and the include breakfast was excellent.

A small but very comfortable hotel very close to the main market square where there are plenty of bars and restaurants yet far enough away not to be disturbed at night time.

Great location, down a side street very near to the main square. Rooms were spacious and clean with a lovely bathroom, although the design of the shower was not that great as the floor flooded after each shower. The breafast was good quality with lots of choice. The only downside, is that although the staff were attentive and helpful, some had a distinct […] lack of spoken English making it hard to obtain information. Our room no was 208 and room was extremely noisy due to people on the streets until 5/6 in the morning.

Hôtel parfait dans tous les sens du terme. Le personnel est fortement sympathique et les chambres d'un grand confort. Je le recommande vivement. Très bons séjours.

Hotellet ligger svært sentralt, bare et stenkast unna markedsplassen. De ansatte i resepsjonen var svært hjelpsomme, og det var rent og ryddig over alt. Frokost ble servert fra 7:00-10:30, men de to dagene vi kom ned ca 9:30 var det svært utplukket, og det ble ikke fylt på. Det var synd, for det så ut som det hadde vært veldig mye godt der! Hotel molto bello e pulito. Il personale è molto disponibile e cortese. La camera 108 è ampia, anche se il bagno non è immenso come sembrerebbe dalle foto. L'arredamento è molto scuro e può piacere o no. Inoltre è proprio di fronte alla porta della spa con ciclette e sauna liberamente fruibili. La colazione è abbondante e c'è un buon assortimento del […] salato. Un po' limitata la parte dolce, ma il tutto è molto buono. La sala colazione è molto suggestiva. Uniche note negative, ma di scarso rilievo: limitata la fornitura di the e caffè per il bollitore in camera e il locale ubicato di fronte all'albergo che è effettivamente un po' chiassoso, ma che a noi non ha creato disagi. Stille og rolig hotell, reiste med en baby på 2 mnd. Hotellets ansatte var fantastisk behjelpelige med alt. Rommet var stort og stillfullt. Flott bad- rent! Resturanten hadde nyydelig mat og service. Hotellet ligger midt i smørøyet! Her kommer vi tilbake!!

Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til alt i den gamle del af Krakow. Kan varmt anbefales.

Dette er ett supert hotell med en topp beliggenhet for å ha en deilig langweekwnd i krakow

Our hotelroom at the first floor - facing the street where there was a nght club on the other side of the street, was noicy on Friday and Saturday nights. But if you get a hotelroom - not facing the street, this hotel was really recommendable. Perfect location in the city and very good breakfast. And the people working there were so friendly!

flott hotell,vakkert rom,sentralt,deilig frokost. Anbefaler å spise middag i restauranten på hotellet. Hyggelige ansatte på hele hotellet. Jeg hadde et perfekt opphold.

Hotellet ligger riktigt bra med närhet till stora torget. Trevlig personal och bra rum. Prisvärt alternativ.

Fint hotell med sentral beligenhet i gamlebyen. Kort vei til markedsplassen og andre severdigheter. God smakfull frokost og egen frokostmeny, som ble servert i flotte lokaler i kjelleren. Store vellutstyrte rom, flott bad, men savnet en liten sittegruppe på rommet. Et stilfullt hotell, hyggelig og vennelig personal. Hotellet er absolutt å anbefale.

４階の梁のあるツインの部屋に泊まりました。 広さも十分。個人的に居心地がいいと思いました。 i-Podステーションもあります。 人によっては（バスタブなし）シャワーが仕切りがないため気になる人もいるかもしれませんが、水が飛び散っても床暖房があるため一定時間すると乾いている様に思います。 レセプションの人たちも感じがいいです。 部屋からの眺めは向かいの建物の上にst.Maryの塔が少しみえるぐらいです。でも外に出ればすぐいい景色が見れますよ。 実はクラクフに１週間滞在の初日だけここをとって以後ほ他のホテルにいたのですが（初日だけ取り損ねていたため）ここが良かったので、最終２泊をしにまた戻りました。 今度は３０１号。部屋は広いですがベッドは部屋の端と端です。 Wi-Fi・・・持っていたPCでは途 […] 中で切れてしまうので有線のコードを借りました。（４階の時は問題なかったです。場所によるのかもしれません。） ハンガーの位置がちょっと高いです。 Devamı

Hotel Unicus, Krakow, Polen. Nær torvet i Krakow (Rynek), rolig sidegate sentralt. Nytt. Litt gammeldags dekor på rommet, men ellers tipp topp. Baderommet ville vi ta med hjem. Høflig og hyggelig betjening og meget bra frokostbuffet! Bortsett fra at vi er redd for ikke å få rom neste gang, anbefaler vi det på det varmeste! Hanne og Jan

Stille sidegate 40 meter fra en av byens mest sentrale gågater i centrum av Krakow. Bedre frokost har vi knapt spist noe sted i verden. Vennlig og imøtekommende betjening. Smakfull design over alt. Vi vil tilbake!

Dette er et meget stilig hotell med hyggelig betjening, lekre hotellrom og en fantastisk restaurant i kjelleren med god frokostbuffèt inkl en egen frokostmeny. Sentralt og godt plassert i gamlebyen i Krakow. Hotellet ble åpnet i 2009 og er nytt og fint over alt med bra gjennomført design og bare 34 rom. Et hotell å komme tilbake til.

Hotellet er i en stille gate, med kort avstand til alle godsakene det er å se i Krakow. Hyggelig betjening som hjelper deg med alt du spør om. Rene flotte rom, med fantastiske håndklær og badekåper. For ikke å snakke om den deilige frokostbuffeen som gir en god start før man går på oppdagelsesferd i byen.

Vårat tredje besök i Krakow och första boendet på Unicus. Mycket bra läge i centrala Krakow nära centralstationen. Nyrenoverat hotell med stort härligt dubbelrum med sköna sängar. Dock en aning för varma täcken för årstiden Mycket fräscht badrum. Nästan känslan av 5 stjärnigt rum. Bäst av allt:frukosten som serveras i nyrenoverade källarvalv. Nytt, moderne og svært sentralt beliggende. Vi ble svært begeistret såvel over hotellets høe standard som den forekommende betjeningen. Lekkert rom, stort bad og stille. Restauranten i underetasje ny, rustikk og uhyre spesiell. Førsteklasses mat både til middag og frokost!

Het hotel is pas sinds december 2009 open en is met veel smaak ingericht. Uiterst vriendelijke bediening en een uitstekende keuken. Een aanrader voor iedereen die in het centrum wil logeren voor een redelijke prijs.
