Chicago havaalanından otelin bedava shuttle'ı ile otele ulaştım. 15 dakika kadar mesafede zaten. Katılacagım toplantı o bölgede olduğu için şehrin merkezinde kalmak istemedim. Odam çok geniş, pırıl pırıldı. Aynı şekilde çok geniş banyosu, banyosunda ayrı ayrı hem duş, hem de küvet vardı. Tek sorun, kahve makinesi bozuktu. Değiştirmelerini istediğimde ellerinde başka makine olmadığını söylediler, ama ne zaman istersem bir termos kahve veya çay için sıcak su getireceklerini bildirdiler. Ayrıca otelin giriş katındaki Starbuckstan da kahvemi bedava alabileceğimi söylediler. Oteldeki concierge Sırp, restoranı ve Starbucksı işletenler Faslı bir karı-kocaydı. Bütün personel gayet cana yakın ve ilgiliydi. Ayrıca Business Roomdaki bilgisayarları oda anahtarınızla ücret ödemeden kullanabiliyorsunuz. Bir sonraki seyahatimde aynı oteli keyifle tercih ederim.

This has become our home away from home. No other hotels match the quality for us.

Well kept,clean rooms and lobby. Pool area small but again clean and bright. Breakfast area well done. plenty of seating, nice selection for kids and adults.

With our children and grandchildren living Grayslake, we've most often booked at hotels which were the closest to their home. Although the Hampton in Libertyville is a bit further away, we would opt to stay there again given the service, rates, accommodations and the general warm, family-like experience. Even though the breakfasts were not what I'd […] call "gourmet", having a rotation option of several healthy hot and cold items - did I mention the coffee was excellent (and I'm a coffee snob) - really made our stay enjoyable. The pool and hot tub area were always clean and well maintained and the fitness room was one of the best I've experienced in that price range. If you're looking for a comfortable, "taken-care of" feeling while you're away from home, this is the place to stay. Devamı

"Great Hotel Experience"
It was terrific. Clean, comfortable, and the staff could not have been nicer. Only regret was that I wasn't there long enough to take advantage of the pool and fitness center. Amazing deal, actually. I will definitely stay here again.
Tiny rooms do not justify the high price as compared to other hotels in the area.

I was VERY impressed with my entire stay. Clean luxurious rooms - felt like I was staying in a hotel out of my price range. The staff was friendly, knowledgable and gave me what I needed quickly. "Hampton Inn Suites Libertyville-close to 6 flags"
the hotel was clean. Service was OK. We arrived early and the desk staff didn't check to see if a room was available. We booked adjoining rooms and were told they weren't available when we checked in. Room was large and bed comfortable. Breakfast was only OK. Cereal, pastries, biscut and gravy, make your own waffle. Overall good for the price.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable and staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. My only complaint was that the ice machines were out of ice all the time. I would definitely stay here again.

Generally very good - you need a car to go anywhere. Road noise was zero - excellent window insultion. Breakfast what you'd expect...pool was small but fine...for the price not bad at all

We just stayed for one night due to a cheerleading competition. I would have stayed the week. The hotel itself was extremely clean and well maintained. "Pleasant, Quiet Hotel"
Although a little off the beaten path, this hotel was quiet, pleasant, and offered all the amenities that one would want. We were glad for its quiet as it was New Year's weekend and our experience at other hotels on this weekend has never been good. The help here is very welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

This facility seemed new, or at least newly renovated. The accommodations were very clean. The staff was extremely friendly.

Great value. Hotel seemed pretty new. Very nice lobby and breakfast room. Staff was polite. Room was standard Hampton Inn: clean and a little plush. Breakfast was good. Stayed during a trip to Chicago. A little off the beaten path, but traffic wasn't bad on a Saturday and the neighborhood was not sketchy. Would stay there again!

"Great surprise!"
This hotel went beyond my expectations. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Our "king suite" was large and well equipped. We were expecting a cold continental breakfast but were delighted to find waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy. If I am ever in need of a room in this area I will stay here again.

"2.5 star X 1000 times"
I totally agree with an earlier review where the reviewer said it deserves X 1000 stars. Everything about the hotel from check in to check out was great. Staff was very courteous and helpfull. They even suggested few places/activities (Libertyville Sports complex - Rock climbing, lots of indoor sports for kids and adults) that were accesible to guests […] for free outside the hotel. We were upgraded with out asking for our kids need's. Breakfast was amazing and most important th hotel and rooms and surrounding were in pristine condition. WIll be my first choice for stay if visting Gurnee again. Devamı

"Hotel in Libertyville, IL"
We were on our way up to Wisconsin and decided at the last minute to stay overnight half way. The hotel was very comfortable (nice bed) and had breakfast in the morning. All in all, we would stay again if the opportunity presented itself. Thanks

Fantastic stay all four days. Highly recommended, especially Navy graduation visitors.
this hotel is very close to Great Americia, the navy base.and Gurnee Mills shopping center, a great location.

Hotel was extremely clean and employees were more than friendly. Beds were comfortable and room was good size. The breakfast was really good and I would have had to pay at least $40 to get the same breakfast for a family of 4.

"Courteous staff"
All the staff were courteous, especially at check in. I think his name was Chad. He was very freindly and pleasant. I have stayed at other hotels, and I must say that Chad was the most courteous I have come across.

Great place to stay! The bed was so comfortable, I would have liked to take it home. Everything in the room was spotless and well appointed. Breakfast was good in spite of the business of a holiday weekend. I arrived late after the lounge area was closed. The young man at the desk kindly let me into the breakfast area to use a microwave oven to warm […] supper. I was very grateful for this service at 10:00 pm when I hadn't had a meal for hours! Devamı
