Héliot - Toulouse

The hotel owner was very nice and accommodating as we arrived late and the weather was difficult (very cold and icy). Parking was nearby but a it was a bit awkward unloading the car at the hotel as the street that Heliot is on is very narrow and cars kept backing up behind us as we were unloading our suitcases outside. It was a bit difficult with children […] and all their paraphernalia plus we were on the very top floor. I was disappointed that there were no the or coffee making facilities in the room. Having said that the room was clean and comfortable and there was a lovely deep bath and gallons of hot water. For the price it was well located and comfortable. I would stay here again but I would ask for a room on a lower floor with children. Devamı

nice place well situated in the center

Superior 2 star hotel conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Friendly host spoke excellent English. Only problem was the location. After paying 40 euros for a taxi we still could not find the hotel. The taxi driver dropped us off and we had no idea where the hotel was. We walked for several blocks before asking a kind business owner if […] he know where the hotel was and he did not but he Googled the location and we walked an additional 6 or 7 blocks (dragging our luggage) before we found it. The hotel host told us how to take the city bus (only 5 euros) back to the airport the next day and that went very smoothly. Highly recommend this hotel BUT can be a challenge to find. Devamı

I found the Heliot spacious and comfortable. The room was big, the staff helpful and the breakfast terrific. I only stayed there one night, but I'd stay again any time.

I have stayed here 4 times here over the last year while visiting my student daughter and have always enjoyed this hotel and Toulouse itself. Good, reasonably priced, privately run hotel. Very convenient - close to city centre and just opposite airport bus stop. Owner speaks good english and is very helpful. It is an old, traditional building which […] the owner is in the process of refurbishing. Rooms are large and clean I felt safe there when travelling without my husband since he monitors who is entering the hotel. Some street noise, but it is in the city centre. Situé à mi-chemin entre la gare Matabiau et le Capitole, cet hôtel propose un bon rapport qualité-prix. Notre chambre méritait un rafraîchissement (apparemment prévu dans quelques mois) mais l'accueil du propriétaire, l'espace dans la chambre et dans la salle-de-bain, d'une belle hauteur sous plafond, ainsi que la présence du chat de l'établissement […] compense largement l'aspect vieillissant de cet immeuble ancien ! 部屋は比較的きれいに片付いていて，宿の主人も奥さんもとても親切に対応してくれました． 朝食は簡単なものでしたがパンがとてもおいしかった． 部屋内に時計やティシュペーパーは置いてありません．小さいホテルなのでエレベータもありません．大きなスーツケースを運ぶのは大変かも． ロケーションは地下鉄の駅や空港バスのバス停のすぐそばで，繁華街にも近くとても便利です．

Accueil très sympathique et serviable. Immeuble ancien et donc chambres avec un certain caractère : très hautes sous plafond, vieille cheminée en marbre, quelques bruits de grincements sous la moquette, etc. Pas vraiment "classe" mais sans le côté standardisé des hôtels modernes. Propreté absolument parfaite, literie et équipement sans aucun problème. L'hôtel […] est parfaitement situé pour rayonner dans le centre-ville à pied. Côté familial assez sympa. Notre chambre était sur cour (aucun bruit de la rue), avec douche (pas de baignoire), propre et fonctionnelle. Le capteur d'empreintes digitales utilisé pour rentrer à l'hôtel la nuit est certes pratique mais un peu dérangeant. Devamı

Séjour d'une nuit parfait de A à Z. Bâtiment d'époque plein de charme. Sera bientôt rénové, mais en bon état et propre. Chambre twin très spacieuse, jolie salle de bain. Petit déjeuner parfait avec jolie vue sur jardinet. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, puisque à peine 10 min à pied du Capitol. Le meilleur pour la fin : réceptionnist adorable, drôle […] (ainsi que son chat), disponible mais discret. J'y retournerai à mon prochain séjour à Toulouse. Devamı
