Nevsky Forum Hotel - St. Petersburg

As a frequent business traveler I see a lot of hotels. I don't need a hotel to be opulent, but it makes such a difference when a hotel is comfortable, calming and restorative. I cannot find a fault with this hotel - very spacious, stylish well designed rooms (little things work like the desk has 2 outlets to plug in your devices and you don't need to […] unplug a lamp to do so), very central location but not noisy (and with little luggage it was an easy walk from the train station), very polite and accommodating staff, great food in the restaurant. Good value for money (especially after Moscow!) and a pleasure to stay. When you walk into the stairs and lobby the simple entrance at first belies how nice the hotel really is, by the way. Devamı

Very nice hotel located on the main street Nevsky Prospect, within walking distance of all the major sights, adjoins a metro and is approximately 10 minutes walk from the train station to Moscow. More than helpful english speaking staff facilitated with luggage that was lost by our airline, booking train tickets, giving directions, recommending shopping […] centres, restaurants etc. The hotel provides nice, quiet , clean and comfortable bedrooms, although a little hot at night. Very nice and quite hotel, good price for the service. Perfect location, just in the center of Nevskii and metro is just next door. The entry and lobby is quite tight and not very charming, but rooms are big and quite. Perfect for business. Stuff is very helpful and kind.

Had a good stay here - the rooms are big, clean, and v modern. Its up a steep stairs above the Prospekt (obviously recently converted appartments) but its very well appointed. The folks on the front desk were very very helpful and the food in the restaurant was good.

Our family of 4 (including two small children) travel all over Europe and enjoyed our stay for 4 nights in this hotel. We stayed in one of the suites and it worked well for us including a cot for our youngest. The room was good size and the staff was very helpful -- the nice thing was there are a couple of fast food places across the street (KFC/Pizza […] Hut) which were easy to do takeaway and bring home. In addition there was the Stockman store only a couple of minutes away to pick up snacks, etc. for the daily excursions throughout the city. We typically walk everywhere and whilst this was approximately 20 minutes away from the Hermitage it was a good position to navigate the entire city. The breakfast was very good every morning and a nice start to the day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone family or just a couple and know you will enjoy it. These guys were really accommodating. They let us check in early (9AM) and even gave us the breakfast for that day. The rates were a little higher that hotels in th area, but I was satified with the service.

Right in the heart of the city, steps away from the Metro. All rooms are non-smoking (a plus in Russia) but there is a smoking lounge on the 1st floor. Free WIFI worked well. Staff was pleasant and accomodating. Would stay there again. Good price for the location.

Lo único que extraña al principio es la entrada al hotel dado que hay que subir al primer piso para llegar a la recepción y hay una larga escalera. Luego el hotel esta bien, no es lujo pero no esta mal. También que no hay mucha gente y el desayuno es aceptable

Отель удобно расположен: Центр, Невский проспект, станция метро в 20 метрах. Адекватная стоимость соответствует хорошему уровню номеров и обслуживания. Номера небольшие, но акуратные и чистые. Шустрый Wi-Fi. В отеле уютно и тихо. Превосходный завтрак порадовал!!! Персонал довольно грамотный, вежливый и отзывчивый. Все что нужно рассказали, показали, […] такси вызвали, все дружелюбно. Спасибо! Рекомендовал бы отель для деловых поездок. В следующий раз обязательно здесь остановлюсь. Devamı

Отель удачно расположен на Невском проспекте. Как и многие другие отели в Питере, расположен на нескольких этажах жилого здания. До 4 звезд явно не дотягивает, номера чистые но отделаны откровенно дешево.

Останавливались с супругой в этом отеле на несколько ночей. Удобно расположен, имеется охраняемая парковка, доброжелательность персонала - это встречается во многих отелях. А вот готовность постараться, чтобы гостю понравилось приятно поразила. Причем было ощущение, что все сотрудники придерживаются этого принципа и делают это с радостью. Hotel was nice and clean, nice stuff. Doors and internal walls were very thin - so you can hear people talking and walking behind you door.

Ao comprar pelo site são exibidas fotos lindas dos quartos do hotel, ao chegar ao hotel tentaram nos empurrar um quarto velho, quase sem iluminação, ao contrário das fotos. Reclame que lhe darão um apto novo... O pessoal da recepção muito prestativo e atencioso, ponto alto do hotel. A foto da internet dá idéia de um hotel com um lobby, mas não existe, […] e sim uma escadaria que fica complicada para subir com malas até a recepção. Ponto mais que negativo, o café da manhã, poucas opções e você tem 4 alternativas para escolher no Russian breakfast..... o meu pedido demorou mais de 20 minutos e não veio..uma simples omelete ( não havia mais hospedes no café). Localização , bem razoável e o quarto tem internet free, outro ponto positivo. Devamı

Hyvä sijanti keskellä pääkatua Nevski Prospectia. Helppo tulla suoraan metrolla Suomen juna-asemalta. Ihan hyvä hinta-laatu-suhde. Ei tosin mikään highlight, mutta kelpaa.

I had a pleasant stay at hotel Nevsky Forum in St. Petersburg. The hotel is located very central close to attractions and transportation. The staff was friendly and spoke English well. In the hotel restaurant, La Presse, there was also good service and the a la carte food was good. The breakfast was only of average quality. I stayed in the suite room […] and it was clean but nothing really special. The wireless internet worked perfect and was easy to set up. There was some street noise in the room from early morning and at times I felt some exhaust smoke in the room as well. Still, all in all a good place to stay that I can recommend. Devamı

Besonders die Lage besticht an diesem Hotel. Unser Zimmer (304) hatte einen muffigen, fensterlosen Vorraum, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem Fenster in den Innenhof, ein sehr kleines Duschbad und Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer war frei von Verkehrslärm, hatte allerdings ansonsten eine ostalgische Anmutung. Das Frühstück (harte Eier, […] Scheibenkäse und Wurstscheiben) war dürftig. Das Restaurant und die "Lobby" erinnerten an "DDR-Zeiten". Der Trumpf dieses Hotels: das Personal! Einfach vorbildlich: immer freundlich, immer bemüht. Devamı
