We liked this hotel. It was across the Pasteur metro stop so perfect to hop on a train to go anywhere. The hotel was quiet and we liked the breakfast in french style. Instead of living in a american style Marriott we chose this hotel because it was very French style. The breakfast room was very cute and we enjoyed the french breakfast. There are few […] cafes/Boulangeries within walkable distance. There is also a small market across the street so nice to buy any bottle water/bottle wine. Eiffel tower is 1.5 km and perfect distance to go for a run to the tower and come back. The hotel was clean, location was perfect and staff was very friendly and nice. This is a perfect hotel to stay in and do the sightseeing all day as we pretty much go back to hotel to fresh up or sleep. We will come back again to this hotel! Devamı

It's not overly elegant, but I didn't expect that for the price. Overall the hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English. The room was small but comfortable. We ate breakfast twice, and it was fine, though we saved a lot of money going across the street to a terrific Boulanger (Bakery), once they reopened. They […] did sell cold water, etc., but were quick to point out that it was cheaper at the supermarket, which was within a couple of blocks. Hotel Innova was a truly wonderful experience. The concierge was very helpful and understandable of my limited French speaking abilities. The hotel is conveniently located less than half a block from the Metro making it easy to get around the city. Great location especially if you plan to take rail trips to the South of France through Gare Montparnasse. Friendly efficient staff and a good location with easy access to cafes and the Motparnasse train station. Neighborhood is good and rooms are adequate. Beds were basic. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Across the street from the Metro and an easy walk to the Montparnasse train station. Centrally located. Enjoyed it very much and would stay there again.

The Innova hotel is a good value for what you receive. Nothing fancy. The room and bathroom are small like all Paris hotels but it is clean and located right next to a metro station so the location is very convenient. The staff spoke English. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff are all very nice and helpful. Room is simple and basic, but bigger than other city hotels. You can get free Wi-Fi for unlimited number of mobile devises. It's right in front of a metro station conveniently located.

Great basic hotel which was very close to the metro. Decor a little dated and tv tiny, and my mother would have liked a walk-in shower rather than one in a bath tub, but still for the price and location this was great. A neat and efficient breakfast room.

The hotel is ideally located for sightseeing, with the eiffel tower located just 20min walk. It also has restaurants and coffee shops near by. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downsides were the price of breakfast (€9.00/person) and the lack of tea and coffee available in the bedroom, but with so many nice […] places to explore near by these are only minor details. Parking was an issue--the hotel clerk needs more than one map. Also the legibility of the only map to the parking garage was very poor. Remember, people wanting to have this map at night need to be able to see it better!

A very good place to stay a night if coming in on the TGV train from the south of France and catching the bus to Charles de Gaulle airport in the morning. booked this room because it was close to the montparnasse station - the front desk people were great because they spoke slowly and clearly (which helped my not-so-good french). plus, when i contacted them the next day to find out if the earrings i accidentally left behind had been found, they said yes and offered to send them to me. based on later experiences […] with french hotels, this is really impressive customer service, so thumbs up to innova! Hi, Innova is a well situated hotel being near the metro and easy to access from the airport (CDG) by train which is far more inexpensive than using a taxi. From the walking point of view, its near enough for the most of the main attractions and if you find yourshelf tired walking, take the easy-to-use metro. There are plenty of stations all around […] Paris. The hotel personnel is helpful and kind with adequate english. The pricey breakfast, which do not go with the room, is worth the money. Paris is expensive. If the room, as in our case, is in the first floor and on the traffic side, it is very noisy 24/7. Better be tired as hell, as we were, when getting to bed. So if you are thin-skinned in that respect ask a room from the nontraffic side. Shower, WiFi, TV (BBC, CNN), heating and cleaning worked as they should, though some sings of usage sticked out at first. Also if you are very large person, you my have some difficulties to fit into the shower. All in all, this was a working choise for us to get acquainted, the first time, with Paris. Devamı

Arriving at Gare Montparnasse, I had no trouble finding the hotel, about a 10 minute walk away. The lobby host was congenial and informative about what I could find in the neighborhood. It was close to the train station, the front desk staff were helpful. However, the cleaning staff in the morning were very noisy as well as the rooms not being sound proof. It just depends on what kind of guests are there, but some were really noisy and I was up several nights.

Innova was perfect for our stay in Paris. Within walking distance (about 5 minutes) of the Mont Parnasse rail station and across the street from the metro, it made seeing the sights so easy. The rooms were good size by European standards and the gentlemen at the front desk couldn't have been more polite and helpful. They were simply wonderful. We did […] have a problem with the heat on arrival and mentioned it as we went out for dinner that evening. On our return, it had been checked out and found to be lacking, and we were offered a different, larger room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast for 9 euros per person was a bit expensive, but there were two patesserie/boulangerie shops just across the street and around the corner, so that was perfect. All in all, a great stay. They claim to have blow dryers...NO nothing more then a 70;s version of one. Hardly more then a puff of air that comes out and that is if you can hold the hose long enough to not scald your hands holding it. My shower at home is bigger then their WHOLE bathroom. Innova is a small hotel in a nice location (directly in front of the Pasteur metro stop), but pretty worn down. Friendly and helpful receptionist - checking in early was not a problem and he was able to give a metro plan and clear directions to the places I needed to get to. Hotel was clean, comfortable, pleasant and conveniently situated next to a metro station. We stayed at Hotel Innova this past weekend, and were very impressed with it. The price was great, and the room was clean. The staff was very courteous. The air conditioner unit in our room worked very well, which helped a lot, since it was pretty warm in Paris during our visit! The walk to the Eiffel Tower from the hotel took about 20-30 minutes. Hotel very near the metro; brasserie and coffee shops adjacent to the hotel, easy to get morning double cafe or capuccino if you're not keen on the continental breakfast in the hotel; staff very polite and helpful, especially Jean-Pierre at the front desk. Area very safe, catholic church just around the corner; plenty of restaurants with different fares […] nearby and close to Montparnasse district and tower. I cannot say more. We were very happy with our stay and were sad to have left. I found this hotel to be almost exactly for what we were looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the location was ok- right near the Pasteur stop on the metro. The front desk staff recommended a restaurant that was amazing- Le Baribal. I highly recommend that as well.

I have just got back from a 2 night stay in Paris with my boyfriend and we stayed at Innova. Very impressed for a 2*. The room was small but clean, perfect for us as we didn't spend much time in there. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. Good location for metro and only 20 minute walk from Eiffel Tower. Road quite busy outside but windows […] shut out the noise fine. Some nice restaurants, bars and cafes on the same street. Overall, reasonably priced and would definitely recommend. Devamı

This hotel was very clean and the hotel staff was extremely courteous. It was much nicer than I expected from a 2 star hotel. I've actually stayed in 4 stars that paled in comparison. The location is the only thing that one needs to consider when booking. It is located directly next to the metro line that takes you to the Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysees […] which is nice. The hotel has an English-speaking staff. It wasn't a feature I wasn't looking for, but not everyone speaks French. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small, but very clean and lately updated. There is no air conditioning, which is typically not an issue for Paris, but keep in mind Paris can have a few hot days in June and July. Sleeping […] with the windows open was extremely noisy. The hotel is on a busy boulevard. The hotel is located within minutes of Montparnasse, which offers many shops and restaurants. We checked out before 12:00pm but our flight was not until later in the evening but they let us leave our luggage behind to pick up later. The rooms were clean and kept clean. Though the room is very clean, but there's no air- conditioning. It is very warm especially in the afternoon. Though I could open the window to cool down the room, the noise from the traffic is bad, and there's a constant clock bell from a nearby church. Just unable to take a nap during the day, especially after a long flight and having jet-lag.

I had a comfortable room with a nice view out the window over the top of trees. The hotel is basic, still comfortable. The location is good but not ideal. There is nothing wrong with the location as it is easily within reach of a number of places (Eiffel, Luxemburg, etc) but it is not in an especially interesting setting itself - or at least out the […] door it isn't. Great location for visits to Musee Rodin, Invalides, Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. The rooms are small but clean. The staff is very accommodating. Our only complaint is the noise level on the street.

I only stayed in the hotel for a very short evening. On arrival at around 11pm the evening security was helpful, had no trouble finding my booking ior confirming it was already paid. On the front side of the hotel roms have a small balcony, but there is only the view to the street. breakfast was fairlt standard continental breakfast with a small basket […] of 2 bread rolls per person and a pot of coffee provided by housekeeper, but unlimited cereal, fruit, jam ham & cheese. 9 euro for brek was maybe a bit high, but you are in central paris! Very easy access to Montparnasse station, but be aware that although it states a 5 min walk it is more like 15 when you have to wait for traffic and crossing lights, which unfortunately made me late for my train. The hotel is 100m from Pasteur Institute, has nice restaurants below and on the other side of the boulevard. The room was tiny but everything was squeezed in that I needed: place to hang clothes, desk, toilet and shower. A cent metres de l'institut Pasteur, bons restaus en bas et en face. The hotel location is close to Metro Pasteur. The surrounding neighborhood has many decent restaurants, brasserie, cafe. But the hotel room condition is worn out.
