It's difficult to rate some of the questions since we checked in late and were out before 'the crack of dawn.' Overall, the woman at the front desk was extremely friendly, and helpful. The hotel was very clean and quiet...and we did enjoy the lounge on the 5th floor. We stayed one night on our way south to Florida. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable but could here some noise from surrounding rooms. No food or shopping near by but that wasn't important to us.

Nice place for the price. Decent free breakfast. They gave us a little Grab and Go bag with snack and water when we left. The best part was the waiter at the fifth floor restaurant, Liam. He was lots of fun in spite of how busy it was.

All around for the price point it is worth it.

The 5th floor boasts an excellent restaurant and bar for the traveller to enjoy. The hot wings are well worth it.

Average airport hotel

Do not get too captivated by the picture they have on display here on this site. The hotel is old on the inside,when it comes to the rooms they have tried to cram too much furniture into one small space,making you feel cramped in the rooms. Room had a stink to it...it didn't smell like smoke, or garbage..I really could not figure it out. Bathroom..(ugh) […] reeked of urine. There is NOTHING within walking distance of this hotel. There is one gas station to the right of the hotel but definitely not in walking distance. Lady at the front desk was nice...so cool she never asked for I.D. when I arrived...(not kidding) I gave her my name, she gave me the room key and that was that. Pool was okay. I know that it reads airport hotel and I'm not saying that it's not far from the airport. However my sons had a difficult time trying to find this hotel. I'm sure you could do better. The price, the convenience to major highways, the quality of the rooms, the responsiveness of the staff, and the free Internet access make this a good hotel to choose if you are traveling to Atlanta. The only drawback is that you need a car to get anywhere from here; no public transit is available.

Not a bad hotel for a one night stay, desk clerk needed some more training on inprocessing guests. Manager needed to come out and clear up mess she made of our prepaid reservations. Food from room service was great. We had rib-eye steaks and they were so tender you could cut them with the plastic knife, but would have liked to have real silverware. […] The room was very clean and the in-door pool was warm. Hotel was a little messy. Staff a little scattered, but the room was great. The top-floor restaurant/bar was a nice respite. Convenient to the airport. Would stay here again without a question.

We stayed at the Comfort Suites Atlanta Airport for NFC Playoffs at the Dome...We really enjoyed are stay, very clean room, nicely decorated, flat screen tv, great breakfast, and a really good looking hotel all around....Very close to downtown about ten minutes and very easy on and off the highway close to shopping and several restaurants.....I would […] stay there again and got a great Price through Hotels.com.....Five Stars ***** Devamı

One of the best Comfort Suite hotels ever. What a neat suprise to find a top notch bar and grill on the 5th floor. Enjoyed watching incoming aircraft-could not hear them. Great sound proofing! We will stay here again, and again, and again. Other Comfort Suite hotels should study this one for upgrades.

I have to commend the hotel on an incredible job of training their employees on excellent customer service. I was very impressed with the hotel cleanliness, staff and quality of the room. Absolutely no complaints.

Opened July 2009.Still ironing out the bugs and training staff.Everyone still very enthusiastic as everything is new. A little off the track but close to I285 if you want to stop on business south of the airport this is a good place

Great for students taking step 2. This hotel is a couple of miles from the testing center, but it is a new hotel with very nice accommodations. There is also a bar/grill on the top floor that was open until midnight. Plasma TV, comfy bed, fridge, microwave for a good price.

This Hotel was an excellent choice for our stay. The staff did everything they possibly could to help us...even kept the Restaurant open for us, since we had a late arrival. The Restraurant was very nice and the staff exceptional. The room was EXTREMELY clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent since we were very close the […] Atlanta Motor Speedway, and were in town for a Nascar race. We would definitely stay here again. I've been to other Comfort Suites but this relatively new hotel was better than any other hotel I stayed at. Breakfeast and hotel restuarant was excellent. But, if you want to try other restuarants you may have to travel more than 10 miles. I was happy with the daily maid service but the room did need vacuuming.

Newer hotel, so everything was clean.

The hotel have been open for three months,so everything was new. The breakfast was excellent.

We were on a trip through town and needed a nice room with continental breakfast. The hotel was very nice, clean, and the front desk was helpful.

Overall the hotel was okay. It was brand new -- I think it opened only a week ago. The front desk staff seemed confused at best. Check-In took forever even at 11 at night. There was confusion on whether our room was even cleaned and cleared by the construction crews. The "full" breakfast was NOT up to par with other similarly priced hotels that I have […] stayed in recently. Powdered eggs are totally gross at any price. Outstanding service including great hotel shuttle to practically anywhere! I give it a 10!

Problém je dostat se z nedalekého (5,6 mil) mezinárodního letiště do hotelu inzerovaným hotelovým shuttle busem. Tento hotel není vůbec uvedený na přehledové tabuli s telefony do hotelů na letišti, takže se do hotelu není možné dovolat, aby pro vás vyslal bus. Navíc jméno hotelu se lehce zamění s jinými hotely, které na seznamu jsou (Comfort Inn a Suites […] hotels), ale nejsou právě Váš hotel Comfort Suite. Nakonec přemluvíte za drobnou úplatu řidiče, který jezdí pro jiný hotel, aby vás cestou do svého hotelu, dovezl kam potřebujete. S odvozem z hotelu na letiště sice komunikace na recepci lepší, ale na jediný bus, který je k dispozici se čeká ca 30 min. Pozor, snídaně jsou v ceně (+) od 6 - 9 hod a když se o pár minut opozdíte, máte smůlu (-), personál okamžitě vše sklízí a jste bez snídaně. Pokoje, vybavení a čistota hotelu je velmi dobrá. Devamı
