Again, the managers were very nice and hospitable, the beds, tub, and bathroom were clean and the room smelled great. I love the parking because it is so convenient also. Would stay there again.

This hotel is one of the cheapest in the area, but its clean and I will stay there again. Saved a few dollars off of the nights stay, bý using Hotels.com

Room was dirty / smelled / and it didn’t even have clean sheets. Not a recommended stay. Should not be a 2 star.

The hotel was great as far as cleanliness, internet and comfortable bed. But the night attendant was incompetent. Couldn't find the hotel.com reservation and canceling the key after assigning the room, forcing me to return to the office.

Cleanliness OK, but "old"-looking, on the shabby side. Needs serious refurbishing.

Breakfast was very poor - two types of cereal, juice and coffee. Neighborhood was fine as was location. Older motel not even a pen to use (pencil). No coffee maker in room.

Business travel--just looking for cheap and clean place to shower and sleep. Air conditioner struggled to keep room cool, barely made it. NO hot water in shower. No clean bath towels on second day. NO wake up call as requested. Lobby locked after 7:15 AM--unable to access coffee or alleged breakfast.

one thing my plans changed tried to cancel reservation cause I had to go to melbourne but like every american right now I couldn't eat the money and stay somewhere else so I had to stay there in a smelly room, when we got there the cops were there arresting someone and I was not at all comfortable there and also when I needed something I couldn't find […] any help. was there 3 days. 1st night ok set up 2 more days. 2nd night front desk called at 10:30pm asking when i was going to reserve my for additional nights. This was taken care of by hotels.com where they also verified with front desk the 1st night that i could stay in my same room all 3 nights. Had to have hotels.com call and inform them again that i had […] already paid. 3rd evening (PAID FOR) i come back to my room and find frig turned off and the things i had inside missing. Called front desk who said they were sorry and would check with house keepers to find my things. Sorry im not taking food back from others who have touched it. They billed us 3 times for the same night. The room was marginal - we checked for bedbugs and thankfully there were none. Sheets barely fit the bed and did not cover the woeful condition of the mattress. The room was supposed to be non smoking but it still smelled. First room they gave us was horrible. Dead roach and urine stains on box springs. They did give us another room but after that it was hard to feel comfortable. Towels were very old and gray colored. Not my first choice of hotels.

The staff at this hotel was friendly. I felt safe and comfortable with my surroundings. I booked this room out of desperation since all the bigger hotels were booked, but I must say we had a good experience. the room was clean and fresh, the bed was comfortable, and everything was in good working condition. we would definitely stay here again and we would recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

This hotel was certainly not the dirtiest I've ever been in, but it could definitely use some maintenance and upkeep. The outside of the hotel looks really nice, with ample parking and a nice fountain, but the rooms do not match this. They are dingy and well-worn. We only stayed one night, and this was just fine for that, but I wouldn't have wanted […] to stay longer. We checked in late at night (11:15 pm), and could not get into the main lobby; we had to use the side window. It was literally just a window, though-- the man inside and I had to yell to each other through the glass (and repeat things several times) to speak to each other and get me checked in. Kind of annoying when you've been on the road for 13 hours and you just want to get into your room. This hotel is literally across the street from a Microtel that is just a few dollars more expensive. I would definitely pay the extra money to stay there, as it is far cleaner, has a larger breakfast selection, and has someone inside the lobby to help you 24/7. Devamı

This is one of the better Knights Inn that I have stayed at. The place is painted in bright colors that make for a friendly atmosphere. I love the printed pattern linens. They make me feel liked I am at home, or at least somebody's home. You can park right at your door. The breakfast area is tiny. Guests have to take turns sitting down. We are going back again this week! The employees and management were very nice and accomodated any request I had! The hotel is newly renovated and clean.

Vi har mange turer til USA, men har aldri bodd på Knights inn. Vi kommer heller aldri til å bo på Knights inn en gang til. Dette er det dårligste hotellet vi har opplevd i USA. Ikke redd opp senger, ikke skiftet håndklær. Ikke støvsuget gulv. Selv om hotellet brukte "luktmidler" for å dempe mugglukt var det meget dårlig lukt på rommet.
