The hotel is fairly new but is not being maintained. Carpets in hall are dirty, Indoor pool is very cold, shower leaked, very poor selection on breakfast area. unresponsive staff. A girls softball team checked in on our floor and they were loud running the hall all night long. The only plus is that is is near Sea World and restaurants.

Good with a few minor issues. Check in was very slow the girl at the desk seemed to be having some trouble with the reservation. There was no friendly greeting or apology. The room was nice but the shower was very hard to turn off. We rode up in the elevator with the Orkin man that was somewhat unsettling. The breakfast was not kept stocked. We had a great stay at this hotel in January. We were in town for our son's graduation from Air Force BMT. The location was great, the hotel was clean, the room was very stylish and the breakfast was excellent. We were close to many restaurants and a Target. I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially those coming to graduation. I only have 2 […] minor complaints; the shower water was not as hot as I prefer and I wish breakfast had started earlier since we had to leave so early for the base activities.Also be sure to get a steakburger and frozen custard at Freddies around the courner from the hotel. I never had been to san antonio before and our family was visiting there for my sons football tournament. I wanted something close to the field, easy to find and affordable. This fit the bill. The hotel was nice, our room was comfortable and clean. The indoor pool was nice for the kids (since we went in January) and the breakfast was good and filling. […] The hotel staff was cordial, but not as nice and inviting as some hotels we've stayed in. But whatever..we really didnt have much interaction with them. There are many places to eat that are close to the hotel and shopping in the area too. This hotel is about 7 min from Sea world. It is close to a nice outdoor mall with various restaurants. This is a family run hotel. They are very nice and polite and help as much as possible. Only one person works in the breakfast area in four days I was there and she was clearly overwhelmed when most guests with children arrived for breakfast. There […] was no ESPN or ESPN2 on cable TV and the complementary morning paper was Wall Street Journal. I was the only person who read them! Indoor pool was clean but the water was not heated and its temperature was about 65-70 F. Workout room was clean but the weight and walking system were broken. The first issue I have is paying in advance for the hotel through Hotels. com, I will never do that again. Second issue is the staff at the front desk of the hotel was NOT friendly at all, not rude but definitely not outgoing. This hotel was very nice and the location was great. Just a couple of miles from Sea World we were able to come home so our little ones could take a nap mid day. There is a Target just down the road and a bunch of options for eating that are very close. We will definitely consider staying at this hotel the next time we come to Sea World.

This hotel location was perfect for our Sea World plans and it is close to shopping and dining. There is also a mini golf and park for additional outings and not too far from downtown San Antonio. We got this hotel for one night to go to seaward and ended up staying 3 more nights in the same hotel. Was close to everything. The suite that had a door in between the rooms was great for my two toddlers. My oldest was able to get up early and watch tv while my youngest slept in. The hotel was in a great location in reference to Sea World and eating/shopping. The hotel was very well kept and everything was clean. Our room was inviting and clean! My only draw back was when booking a hotel was that it have an in door pool to take my girls swimming. There are a few things that I would like to mention. First- The pool and pool area. The water in the pool was cold...not just cold...but very cold. I don't think the pool area was ever cleaned in the 5 days we were there, as towels were on the floor...along with clumps of hair that was there, in the same area, 2 days in a row. Our room was good size...but […] when we checked in, we noticed, there was no trash bags in the trash cans, and the trash wasn't even emptied from the previous occupants...it was just tissues and odds and ends, but still! this is a very nice hotel.......we are pretty much into comfort inns as we know we will always have a nice place to stay. upon arriving the lady at the front desk, was smiling and most pleasant. we had a 2 room suite across from the pool, which was very nice. we were there for our airman's graduation and the hotel has printed directions to the base […] as well as restaurants and liquor stores.....and even offers a military discount for attending the graduation! would recommend this hotel again Devamı

The hotel suited our needs. The suite with two areas was nice for our family of five, but wish the roll away bed was more comfortable. The boys loved making their own waffles for breakfast each morning. We would stay there again if in the area.

We used this hotel as it was within our price range and only 2 miles from SeaWorld. It's located around a lot of stores like Target so if you ever need to pick up something it's within distance. Check-in was easy as I had already paid with hotels.com. The room was a perfect size for me, my husband and 2 year old twins. I think next time though I'll […] find a room that has a living/sitting area so the kids can do their own thing (ie. eating, coloring) on a coffee table. The room was very modern. Beds were comfortable. The room had a desk, fridge, and microwave. Came in handy when we had to store some leftover food or milk. Staff was nice although I only saw the same lady. The hotel has an area where you can buy snacks/drinks if you need to. Their breakfast is served from 6:30-9:30am. They had biscuits and gravy, Texas shaped waffles (great for kids), cereal, bagels, donuts and mini-muffins. Pretty good selection. I suggest going early though. Our hotel was sold out. We ate breakfast at 7am with very little people. My husband walked by a hour later and it was much more crowded. Overall great stay for the price. Devamı

the hotel looked new don't really know if it was room very clean and comfy, continetal breakfast good, air condition worked very good no complaints what so ever.Would recommend if asked.

This hotel was beautiful - about 5 minutes from SeaWorld but near a lot of conveniences (Target/shopping and various restaurants including Carinos, Tiagos and Freddys Custard). Breakfast was great. Perfect location...lots of restraunts and a Target...5 minutes from Sea World and 15 minutes from Riverwalk

The hotel is just over a year old and is in good condition. The location was very good - right off the highway and close to so many restaurants (McAlisters Deli, Chilis, etc.) and a SuperTarget located across the street. We didn't even have to get on the highway or cross any intersections to get to the restaurants - it is that close. We planned to go […] to Seaworld which is only 2 exits away. Since we have young children, we asked for a room on the first floor. It was awesome because our room was located directly across from the gym which my husband loved and also across from the indoor pool which my kids loved. The gym is nice with state of the art equipment. We had a two bed queen suite with pull out sofa. The room wasn't very large for a suite but comfortable. The beds were nice and comfortable however the pull out sofa sleeper mattress was thin and uncomfortable like the way most are. What we loved about the room was that the bedroom was separated by a door to the living area so my teenage daughter could watch TV without disturbing the little ones. By the way, we had 2 flat screen TVs - one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Another good thing we liked about the layout of the room was that the toilet and shower was separate from the double sink vanity - that way we didn't have to wait for the bathroom just to brush our teeth or get ready. The furniture in the room was nice with granite countertop for the sink. Breakfast was average. We hated the eggs - they were like egg subsitute and were "crumbly". They had sausage but it was cut into small slices and mixed in with the egg - I had to dig through the egg mixture just to get a few since my daughter liked the sausage. Great rooms, very clean. The indoor heated pools was great, especially traveling with kids and in winter. Continental breakfast was good: bagels, waffles, eggs, cereal, muffins, milk, juices & coffee.

Traveling with twin 7 years old is always interesting but this Hotel is set up great for young visitors with older parents. Since it was a suite they could sleep on the pull out couch and watch TV for the flat screen tv and they thought they were grown. This also gave us some privacy. Family stayed here for Sea World and school shopping. Sea World was about 3 miles away easy to get to. Mall and restaurants were about the same in the opposite direction. Great hotel for the price. Would recommed this hotel to anyone. Did not have to go to the front desk and ask for anything. It was great!!

Most things about the hotel were satisfactory. The one thing that stuck out was the carpets in the hallways outside the rooms--filthy. They desperately need a shampooing!

The hotel was VERY clean, friendly atmosphere, great area in san Antonio (safe), and our rooms very very very new and nice. The picts you see here is the same hotel. We took my inlaws and they loved the room. The shower is great, the toilet has a powerful flush and the shower stall is nice and big and roomy. We were all very very pleased with our stay and would definately stay here again. Great hotel! Great price, very clean. Close to Lackland AFB. Hotel employees were very nice & helpful. Good breakfast, did not like the coffee or pillows, but hey if that is all there was to complain about that is good! Area around hotel was nice and we felt safe. We would stay again if we ever traveled there again!

This hotel was way nicer than I expected! The bedrooms were well furnished with flat panel t.v.s and attractive, clean furniture. The bathrooms were tidy and have new tabletop sinks. Our room was peaceful and offered a pleasant view of the surrounding country. The breakfast room was very crowded, so get there early. You could not ask for a better location. Close to 410, close to shopping, super target just across the street without getting onto any major highway, along with a TON of major restaurants in the same location. NICE rooms, esp if you get the Jr Suite. Roomy, double sink, two flat panel TVs, everything was great!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel which is near the sea world. It is a bit small but comfortable. The price i guess is ok for the hotel is relatively new and you get a good breakfast with it. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend and went to Sea World. The room was great. I enjoyed having the sleeper sofa. We weren't that far form the park so that was also a plus. The continental breakfast was great eventhough we had to wait a few minutes before we could make our waffles. We will definitely stay here again!

Hotel is pretty new and very nice. We had to upgrade our room since we added an additional party but the hotel staff was very helpful. I was very happy with the hotel choice we made. Would stay again.

We chose this hotel because it is only 2 freeway exits from Sea World. We had a "king suite" which fit our needs, though the 2 "areas" were a bit cramped. I'm used to suites feeling a bit more open. I liked that we had both a fridge and microwave in the room. They had a lot to offer for the free breakfast, but no matter what time we went down to the […] breakfast room, it was always crowded. At times we couldn't even find a table at which to sit. The hotel is very new and very clean, so I would definitely recommend it. As for staying there again if we venture to Sea World in the future, the likelihood is pretty good. Devamı

DON'T count on the sofa beds, they are the worst.SLOWEST elevators. The so called suites are tiny tiny and so is the pool.

This was a great location for us. Only 10-15 mins away from all that we needed to see. The hotel is brand new and is very clean, modern and elegant. Breakfast was good its a continenetal breakfast so all that is expected to be there is there. Only complaint is that they don't have enough parking. I consider myself a very antilitical person. To me other's reviews were my deciding factor for this hotel. I am sold! We could not have walked in and chosen a better hotel. It was new, smelled wonderful and the room was very nice with comfortable beds! The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to all.

We stayed here when visiting Fiesta Texas and it was a really nice stay! Only complaint on the hotel is the fact that there is only ONE elevator which makes it extremelly hard to get off & on and the wait can be tedious during check-out times! The rooms are great and comfy...the only complaint on the rooms was the sinks were too high for my 6 year old […] to brush her teeth. The indoor pool was absolutely wonderful...definately our fav part...nice size with the temperature PERFECT...the only complaint on the pool is that they don't keep towels stocked in there for guests and when you go ask for extra towels at the front desk, they question you and look at you funny wondering why you are needing so many towels. Continental breakfast was nice and the eating area was spacious and nice! Nice location with a shopping center next door which included a Target...easy to get to without getting on highway...my daughter got sick and ran fever during our first nights stay, so it was really convienent to run to Target and get some meds & soup & snacks. The staff was amazing and helpful. They gave great directions and recommendations to nearby restaurants and businesses. The room was immaculately clean, as was the bathroom, which is a big deal with 2 small children. The beds were extremely comfortable also. The pool was clean too. The continental breakfast was great.
