Service was very good. Only negative was that the morning breakfast area was very congested with too many people in too small of space! Other than that, it was a great stay for our family of 4!

I booked this reservation online through hotels.com. I was looking for something close to the venue where my boyfriend was playing a gig that night. We arrived a few minutes before check-in time, but the staff had no problem in locating a clean room for me, and we were able to check in right away. We opened the door to the room, and it was much nicer […] than anticipated. I liked the setup, with the toilet area separated by different doors from the shower area. It was a lot easier for my boyfriend and I to get ready to go out. The room was laid out well, and the interior stylings were modern. The desk area is nice, and would make a great workspace for business travelers. I also liked the fact that the room had both a refrigerator and a microwave. My boyfriend also found the iron and ironing board handy. He had also left his shampoo and conditioner back in Austin, but was worried about the hotel free versions being cheap and damaging to the hair, but the product line this hotel uses is of good quality. The bed was so comfortable that it seemed difficult to get up once you laid down. It was my favorite part of the room! Another thing I liked was having an actual thermostat to the window A/C unit so that I could control the exact temperature. Our room was at a very comfortable temperature throughout our stay. There were a couple of negative things however. The hotel advertised that they carried Showtime in the rooms. There was a Showtime movie guide placed neatly on the desk, but alas, the TV channels clearly did not include Showtime. Also, there were ice machines on each floor, but no soda and/or snack machines. There were soft drinks available for an inflated price down by the front desk, but they only carried the Pepsi line. As a a Coca-Cola drinker, I found that both disappointing as well as disgusting. My family came for spring break weekend and this hotel lived up to the great ratings.

I have stayed at this hotel previously by accident and have loved ever since. My family and I enjoyed the indoor heated pool, but just a word of caution. The hallway air conditioning is quite cold on the way back to the room. There are no changing rooms at the pool area. Other than that, the hotel is great.

All 5 of us (3 adults and 2 children) fit comfortably in the room. It has 2 restrooms. The beds were very comfortable. We were all able to get up early and get ready on time and get to the airport (which is right direclty across the interstate). I think we will stay there again in the future.

We had a great stay. The staff was polite , the room was clean, and comfortable.. We will definately book here again.

Great mattress! Firm with pillowtop. Lots of pillows and extra comforter. Ingenious room lighting and great bathroom design. Loved it!

I stayed there for a night with my family and kids. Hotels seems like clean and contemporary. Hotel staff was good and courteous. Full breakfast was good. Although, shower in our bathroom was splashing water all around. So, they moved us to a different suite. Then late in the evening bathroom sliding door came loose and my wife was stuck inside when […] we couldn't open the door. We talked to the front desk and they repaired the door shortly after. Hotel was awesome! Really neat modern decor, and very friendly staff. Beds were extremely comfortable and the layout of the rooms were nice. Extremely clean. I was here on business with 2 other coworkers and they loved this place too! Oddly enough, this hotel had probably the best waffles I've ever ate in my life! The only downside was the hotel was […] hard to get to depending on what part of the hwy you come off of... had to do a loop around because our exit was literally 100 ft past the hotel entrance. Hotel was convenient. Room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel staff very courteous. Standard "breakfast" of eggs, sauage, fruit, yogurt, bagels, muffins etc. Eggs were cold though

i came to san antonio to see my grandson. it was a great place for us just to hang out to be together (he's young) we could swim and just be together. the only problem is getting to the hotel. w/o directions.

When we the family of 4 checked into the room, we noticed that bathroom door was not bolting.We reported the issue to reception and sent the technician who spen 15 minutes repairing the issue and finally gave upby saying that 'these doors are touchy'.Since we had to stay for 1 night and it was really late at 11PM, we didn't fight for it managed with […] bathroom door that does not lock from inside. When i checked out, they said 'You are all set' and later found $20 charge on my card that still need to ask them for the reason. Hotel access is quite confusing even with GPS in car Devamı

Found my new hotel whenever I visit San Antonio...

The people at the front desk didn't do a good job welcoming us, not even a smile to make us feel confortable. The building is too plain, looks like new buiding with lack of a nice finish touch of decoration.

Everything was very good & clean! Not a huge pool, but a nice clean one. Wish breakfast had longer hours, who wants to wake up to early while on vacation. Should extend till atleast 10:00. I think it was over at 9 or 9:30

Overall, the rooms were clean and did match what is shown in the hotel photos. Nice layout. I was concerned as the hotel is next to airport, but there was no noise. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Good breakfast. I wish it was more room for sitting down during breakfast. Overall, good bang for money,

Great bed with plenty of pillows. The shower and toilet were completely seperate rooms (each had a sink) which was very nice when my husband and I were both getting ready at the same time. Nice flat screen TV. Refrigerator was nice to keep drinks cold. Only draw back was breaskfast, it was just ok, cheap muffins that didn't taste good, toast, cereal, […] fake circle eggs that tasted bad, sausage, fruit was an option (which was nice), and then the waffle maker (there were two) which was easy to get to our first morning but the next morning it was a VERY long wait to make myself a waffle, my husband finished eating before i even finished making my waffle. Very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is updated, has very comfortable beds and a nice living/work station area. The hotel staff were the nicest i've seen in quite a while. I was only there because of a cancelled connecting flight, but the front desk staff made me very comfortable. Free shuttle to the airport and any restuarant of my choice was also […] a great perk. Very comfortable and nicely designed hotel. Extremely quiet even though hotel was full due to spring break. Separate, private showering and bathroom areas in room was great for family. If traveling with children who enjoy a swim, do not choose this hotel. Pool was very very very small and overcrowed at all times!!

Really enjoyed the hotel. Very comfortable and good price. Only down side was that a train came through and woke us up at 4:30 am one of the mornings. Would stay again!

Really nice...2nd time we have stayed. Nice Sea World theme. I would say everything was perfect except for the swimming pool which would be considered too small for adults; for chidren 12 and under it is just perfect!

The hotel itself is very modern and still has that "new" look. My family and I had stayed here once before and it really met our requirements for being clean, roomy and comfortable. I really like that it has a seperate toilet room from the shower room. I stayed in this hotel the night before an early flight. I got there late and the concierge was very pleasant and took care of my check in quickly and arranged my hotel shuttle to the airport, which was complimentary and only took a minute or so to get to the airport. The room was very nice. The livingroom area was very comfortable as well as the bed in the room. The water closet is separate from the shower area. Both the shower area and the water closet had a sink in them which I thought was very thoughtful. The room was modern in deisgn and had a coffee pot, frige and microwave in the livingroom area. The breakfast area in the lobby was clean and well stocked with all the cold stuff you would expect, but the hot area had scrambled eggs, sauage,bacon. The hotel was really modern and up to date. Really close to the airport which was what we were looking for. Decent excersice room. Pool was saltwater which was okay.

The hotel was super cute and modern. It was very clean and looked almost brand new. One of the best parts was how comfortable the bed was. The mattress seemed to be spring on the bottom with memory foam on top. It made for a GREAT night sleep. It was definitely a welcome surprise. I would definitely stay here again. I travel a lot and it is hard to find a bed that is comfortable and easy to sleep in. The price of the room is fantastic and I love the retro modern look of it all. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at the hotel. The only problem I had was when asking for milk for my children. They told me over the phone that they were all out and that I could ask the shuttle guy to take me to the gas station. They are also having a problem with crickets and there were several in my room (they did warn me) and quite a few at the front door. Great place for a family of 5! Further than we thought from Seaworld but still great location.

We had a nice relaxing vacation. Breakfast was great, and the rooms were fantastic. The only thing I had a problem is that the pool water was very strong with chlorine and it was a bit smaller in size....

I wish airport hotels could all be this immaculate! This was our first stay at a Springhill Suites and we were very impressed! We took an early check-in as we arrived at noon from Denver and were meeting our son from Houston to enjoy some fun in San Antonio for his birthday. This was one of the two or three best hotels we have ever stayed in during […] vacations. The unique somewhat 60's retro decor, with a 21st Century contrast/appeal made the stay memorable from so many others. Be sure to check out the picture gallery; the hotel is just as photgraphed and even better. The breakfast was a fairly standard fare for hotels, but well-supplied and large, so no wait time was required. Even though the hotel was so close to the airport, we only ever heard two planes--one early evening and another about 7A.M. Perhaps we were lucky or flight patterns are in another direction. We walked across the street to pick up a rental car. The only thing is the pool is quite small, but we weren't there to swim, so that was okay. The beds were the best of our entire trip--and the two bathrooms and two TV's in each suite was a plus! This was a most pleasurable stay and a great place to hang out while resting, preparing to stay or leave the city. It was nicer than the Riverwalk hotels, really. Devamı

Hotel is very close the airport so if you're traveling this is perfect. It is also only a couple of minutes to Alamo Quarry and downtown San Antonio. If you're in the north side of SA this is not a bad location, other than the aircraft flying overhead the noise is not that bad. Slept fine during the 3 nights we stayed there. This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. We definately got our money worth. For the price I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Great breakfast, friendly staff and comfortable beds. We had a wonderful time in San Antonio!!

The hotel was decorated in a very inviting contemporary style, and the rooms were laid out in an efficient manner. The staff were very helpful. Although there were no restaurants within walking distance, a shuttle was provided for nearby transportation, which worked out very well.

The staff is very nice especially the supervisor Singh! The breakfast was very good for the price. It's a new hotel and very clean. I would definitely go back.
