Hilton Garden Inn Clovis - Clovis

Room was clean and service was friendly. On the other hand, the bed was so hard, it made my back hurt. Also, the hotel itself was nice, but when you looked acrross from it was an empty lot with overgrown weeds and when I looked outside my room window, there was a lovely view of a homeless person sleeping.

Our stay there was great. Nice clean rooms. Would stay there again. We saw FED X pilots starying there so it must be nice to stay.

Good clean room, friendly staff and close to freeways. Not much going on in the area as far as bars and nightlife but a good a place to stay.

The suite was comfortable and clean, but the beds were hard, microwave didn't work and the door hardware was in disrepair. Once staff was contacted regarding the microwave they responded quickly and professionally.

Great people, Great room, What more do you need?

Wonderful place to acclimate prior to ascending into Yosemite. Arrived late at night; got a wonderful room, comfortable bed. Easily accessible to TraderJoe's, REI, Whole Foods etc. for supplies prior to 2 hr drive to the Park. Lovely accommodations.

Kitchen needs more helper, there is not enough people working for the breakfast time.

Actually, till I tried to reserve room in Yosemite NP (too late..), I never heard about Clovis. However, staying in this nice hotel was very nice- although we (me, wife and two adult kids) arrived late, the young lady at the desk was extremely nice, directed us to nearby restaurants and her friend , the next morning continued with this cheerful mode… Very […] friendly team, including breakfast cook and dining room manager – short as our stay was , we enjoyed it! Good location for the meet. A bit on the expensive side, esp as does not include breakfast. But overall very good experience. Check-in was delayed because they could not find my booking, but they compensated us for this with complimentary breakfast.

The staff was very accomidating. Some things beyond their control but they tried so hard to make us comfortable during the repairs. Location was perfect as our event was at the Savemart Center. Overall we were very satisfied.

As far as hotels go, you don't get much nicer in Fresno. The neighborhood is not great, but a quick drive in either direction will get you to the freeway or to a big shopping area with plenty to do. I love this hotel. Free internet, friendly staff, and a small bar to get a nightcap. What more can a business traveler ask for? The pool looked inviting too, but no time for that. I imagine that sort of thing would put it at the top for pleasure travelers, too.

it is difficult to rate this hotel as i know it should be based on my personal experience. i went to take a shower at 9:45pm and there was no hot water. when i called the front desk, i was informed there was no problem. they were sorry and that was the end of it. although the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the coffee decent, i cannot accept […] any of that after a cold shower. Hotel was very clean and room was huge. Fireplace was lit in the lobby with couches and large chairs to sit in and have complementary coffee and local newspaper made my morning! Very close to Savemart arena at Cal State Fresno and downtown Clovis. I will stay at this hotel again when in the Clovis/Fresno area.

Food service was terrible waited an hour for dinner and breakfast. Food was cold at breakfast better to go out.

This hotel was very clean and well maintained, its location was perfect for the event we were going to that evening. Plenty of food options very close by. I will definately stay there again should I ever have any business in Clovis, CA.

The only inconvenience was finding the hotel on the GPS.

Great rooms for the price. Loved the "sleep number" -like beds. Slept like a log. Breakfast was a bit pricey. Grabbed a bagel and some OJ thinking it was continental and was charged $8. Oh well. That's what happens when one is tired, I guess.

Everything we expected!!!! Very nice and Clean and Friendly.
