I have stayed at the Harbour Grand several times now and it has always been excellent.

First time I tried a hotel on Hongkong side and picked the best hotel I have tried in Hongkong.

It was the best hotel stay I have experienced. The professional conduct of the staff, the Decore and quality of the hotel and the dinning facilities were first class. When I return to Hong Kong I would definitely want to stay at this hotel again and I would recommend it to anyone who asked.

I stayed one night at this hotel during a business trip. I have to say that I wasn't impressed by the surrounding neighbourhood but I guess that is just HK with a mismatch of buildings. The lobby is grand and the service quite fast and efficient. Found the room a bit small (for a Grand deluxe harbour view room), cramped and weird in terms of decoration, […] with a modern layout with a see-through bathroom all glass thing, but then furniture out of the 80's in the room. Really nice hotel with excellent view of the harbour. rooms nicely decorated and comfortable beds with an amazing choice of pillows if you contact house keeping. Hotel is only a few minutes walk from Fortress Hill but not detailed enough on the website.

great view from the 188 degree top floor restaurant (harbour/laser light show@ 8.00 pm/etc) easy to get to anywhere from there by taxi. avoid public transport, use a cab and it'll save you time and energy.

The Harbour Grand is an excellent hotel with good amenities. It's well located being close to an MTR station, the tram line and buses but just out of the main areas to be a little bit quieter. We wanted to include breakfast and the option we selected also included Club Membership which was a real bonus. This included access to the Club Room on the top […] floor where there was tea/coffee/soft drinks all day, internet access, afternoon tea, cocktails and a separate checking in area on arrival and departure. The staff up there were amazingly friendly and helpful and made our stay. Our room was on the 37th floor, a bit of a shock to someone like me with no head for heights but the view was fantastic. Great hotel in a good location, close to the metro. We were given a free upgrade and were very happy with our spacious (by Hong Kong standards) room with panoramic views of the harbour. Staff were brilliant, too. Beware of the very expensive restaurants and bar - 2 cocktails cost £20, for example. We would recommend taking the club package at about […] £25 per person per day which is well worth the price as it includes Internet, breakfast, afternoon tea, bar (6-8 p.m.), unlimited soft drinks and 5p.m. checkout. The hotel concierge did not retrieve all luggages from the taxi that had taken us from the airport. But they were very quick in recovering them. The staff are courteous and helpful. Perhaps some of them should know a bit more about what eateries are available nearby the hotel.

Have stayed here before. Views of the harbour and HK Central plus Kowloon are great! Just wish the window was a bit bigger. Staff are all very friendly. Rooms extremely comfortable and well-appointed. Has become quite popular as a wedding venue in HK (there were 2 when I checked in). Only downside is that the popularity with wedding parties renders […] some of the amenities (ex.: Lobby Lounge) off limits to general guests for a period of time. Rooms, as well, may not ready before 3pm, so be aware if you arrive early (this happened to me last year, though was able to leave my luggage with the concierge). Close walk to the Fortress Hill MTR station and served by direct Airport Express bus which seemed to operate more frequently than others to the Causeway Bay/Fortress Hill district. Devamı

I pay an arm and leg for my room and the front desk wouldnt budge letting me check in a little early. Extremely over priced bar, breakfast, and wifi. For the price of the rooms NO ONE should pay a cent for wifi. Lots of noise from construction. I am not into fancy hotels with over priced extras. They are doing construction on the rooms and the pool is closed for renovation. Nice place but, not when work is being done.

Normally while travelling I stay in hostels or the cheapest hotels that I feel will be clean and accomplish what I need for a place to sleep. I was meeting my wife in Hong Kong and thought this would be worth the extra money. It definitely was. I enjoyed the room, the view, and the staff was wonderful. I felt at ease asking for anything I might need […] while there. The MTR is only about 2 blocks away which makes for very easy access to the rest of the city and is definitely a much better option than the taxis. Devamı

A very pleasant stay. Was upgraded on check-in despite only having booked last minute on Expedia 24 hours prior. The room was clean, quiet and had great views.

The staff is extremly service oriented, rooms as all homg kong are small, but they lack none, i was offered an upgrade to a super room after two day stay and i was so comfortable in the room i was, i declined. Went to HK with my wife for 4 days for a wedding, and stayed the whole time in the Harbour Grand. I was pleased to discover that there was a (free) shuttle bus from Hong Kong station to the hotel. The hotel itself was great: pleasant and attentive staff, beautiful rooms with good details (e.g: universal power converter in the room), a really amazing […] sky bar with a nice view of the city. There was also a well equipped gym: some dumbells, 3 weight machines, and a bunch of cardio machines. The location was pretty good too next to Fortress Hill MTR, a cheap ride to central and Kowloon. I did not eat in the hotel restaurant, but the American in me was happy to find two Starbucks within 5 minutes walk distance from the hotel. Overall good bang for the buck for an upscale hotel. The hotel is excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to help us. The view of the harbour from the club lounge is breathtaking. The food in the club restaurant was also very good. Would definitely stay here again.

there was to much noise from the consturction going on next door.We was on the 39th floor and heard the noise like we was on the 1st floor. Resturant service was very slow and over priced. lovely hotel. Breakfast options quite expensive. Shuttle service was good and punctual. Charges for Wi-fi excessive. Unfortunately the pool was being renovated and unable to be used during our stay. We were offered use of a pool in a sister hotel but this was inconvenient as it involved a taxi ride to and fro.

I love this hotel! The staff at the front desk were warm and friendly. I received a complimentary upgrade upon check in, and they even allowed me to check in early. The only downfall was the pool was still closed and is not due to open until August 2012. I have been told this was due to a massive fire that occurred in May 2012. Excellent hotel... very friendly and helpful staff. Great views from the bar/restaurant on 41st floor. On this occasion stayed there with my family and they made them very welcome. A few minutes walk from MTR station and cafe's, shops etc. Ideal fro business or pleasure stay.

We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. Due to a fire two days prior to our arrival, we were not given the Club Grand Deluxe room we had reserved. We also were not able to use several facilities eg. Pool, rooftop viewing area, rooftop restaurant and spa. The hotel was dishonest when we contacted them as the representative said all was"normal" […] after the fire. The hallways and elevators smelled of smoke as well. This was the worst hotel experience we ever had. It ruined our last two days in Hong Kong! Devamı

I stayed for 2 nights there, super clean, very chic. I loved the bar at the top floor. The only issue was i need to pay extra for the internet access in room. This hotel is a close walk to the nearest metro stop, although a bit far from the hubub of DT Hong Kong. Beautiful hotel (lobby, meeting space, restaurants) and very cool room. Alovely hotel overlooking Causeway Bay and with magnificent views over the Harbour.,especially at night from the wonderful restaurant. The staff were marvellous. Our 2nd visit and we were not disappointed again.

We can thoroughly recommend an upgraded to the Harbour Club. The additional cost is more than compensated for by the benefits available in the dedicated lounge; free wifi, breakfast, complimentary drinks (including beer and wine!) and snacks during the afternoon and evening as well as very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is really nice, great view for the room, rooms are big, bathroom is super nice, fantastic breakfast. Close to the subway station, but lots of construction around, not good for walking around. But still very good hotel, and I will stay again. Love the fruits in the room every day.
