It was an ok place to stay before flying out.

I am always kind of wary of cheaper motels because you usually get what you pay for. But I wasn't looking for a fancy hotel, just a place to stay and I was very impressed by the cleanliness, awesome staff and widescreen TV in the room. The office manager was excellent and gave lots of info about the area. Offered a coffee maker and it was delivered early the next morning. Room was older but clean. Bed was very comfortable. Motel is close to public transport and the neighborhood is decent. Cleaning staff was excellent. The American Executive Inn for the price was great. The manager was top notched and took care of all my needs quickly and effeciently. I loved the kitchen and for two guys who were there to watch Spring Training Baseball it worked out very well. I would use them again. Go Dodgers!

Check in was fast and easy, staff very friendly. The only complaint was a very small bathroom, otherwise very comfortable.

Yes, a good by as rates were lower, but the condition of the old motel ( not hotel ) was run down, dimly lit, and everything has been repaired a numerous amount of times. Very small small shower stall and hot water burned my skin when someone next door turned theres on. I was fooled again by the pictures , making everything look new and in great shape […] which must have been taken 40 years ago......wow....yes, it my fault, but not again......I will opt for the higher priced hotel and maybe feel a little more clean and safe. And another thing, the bed is made but with the same sheets daily and if you use the toilet paper, make sure you wrap and wrap and I did not know they made 1/4 ply..........where did they even buy that? soap the size of a 0 cent piece...... The neighborhood seemed a little shaky and when I pulled in the driveway I wondered at first if I would be safe, but everything turned out to be OK. The people were nice and the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't even know I would have a kitchenette. One complaint is that the towels are VERY thin.

For the price, someone would think they are stying in a hotel, in actuallity, it was more like a motel! My first negative experience was when i turned on the heater, i gave it an hour to try to work, and had no luck. my trah can was linned with a plastic bag, from a grocery store, how tackey! especially when your staying in a hotel. There was no hair […] dryer in the bathroom. I was next to an erea known as being a bad nieghborhood, when i researched it later, where i herd constant noises, and was waken up a couple of times. Ive stayed in Motels that were cheaper in price, and maintained much better, this place reminded me of being run by a slum lord. NO, i would not stay here again, nor would i recomend anyone else to. Only fault I found was that I couldn't start my day with a hot cup of coffee; no coffee pot. Otherwise it was just fine.

Staff friendly and accomodating; room clean and comfortable, location ideal for my stay. Overall nice place for a two star Inn.

You always take a chance when choosing a hotel based on location and nightly rate. In this case, my wife and I were winners. The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean. The kitchenette would have been a bonus if the hotel had provided a coffee maker in the room. The internet connection was bad. Bandwidth is not large enough for adequate connections.

I cannot say how beautiful these rooms are and how sweet the staff is! I eagerly look forward to my next visit ~ next time in the Jacuzzi suite!

Not a bad location for my stops in Mesa and Tempe. Buildings and rooms are showing some age. My jacuzzi was difficult to fill and operate - I was hoping for a jacuzzi/whirlpool tub, NOT a stand-alone jacuzzi/hot tub. Check in person was friendly, but some construction on the road in front of the driveway made it tough to get in and out.

the hotel was not as advertised in the internet, but it wasn't a bad place to stay.

All I have to say is that I've just had the best experience ever from a 2 star hotel. My experience at American Executive was better than most I've been in with higher ratings! Anything I needed was handled immediately with a smile and I didn't have to go looking for help. Very friendly service and I will stay there again. Old is fine, broken down isn't. The towel rack and shower current rod fell off the wall while I was taking a peaceful shower. The window heater blew the curtain two feet into the room. The motel managers were great people!

This hotel is located in a very in between part of town. But please take into consideration the price and convenience of this establishment. The owners are very friendly and it is clean. It just needs an overhaul. But for the price and ratring if you need something clean and quiet but a bit old you will not be disappointed. I would return for a lay […] over. Devamı

there was an issue with the Wi-FI, the signal was never strong and we had problems getting on and the only other issue was no skid proof pads in the tub for showering...it was very, very slippery. The manager was extremely helpful and very professional.

This was surprisingly a very nice place to stay. When I booked it, I was looking to get the cheapest room no matter what it looked like. When I got there it looked like any old run of the mill, beat up hotel, but the room was incredibly nice. Our room was large and spotlessly clean - looked as though it had been recently remodeled. The grounds of were well kept and the staff was very helpful. The only issue we had was a somewhat slow internet connection, but still a very nice and convenient place to stay.

Great place for the money. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, close to stores and transportation. Room had small refrigerator, microwave and stove/oven. No cooking utensils or coffeepot though.

Good value for the price. It was exactly what we needed on our short vacation. The only problem was the internet. It only worked about half the time and when it did it was very slow. Otherwise a very good motel.

The hotel was very close to outdoor world which is what I wanted. Can't really complain about anything except the bed. It was very very hard and uncomfortable. Other than that it was a good cheap place to stay.

Amazing deal for the price. The rooms were very clean and tighty. I will stay at this hotel again.

Good value for the money. Room was very clean. I asked for extra towels on the first day and the owner made a note for the maid to give us extra towels every day. We obtained maps and info from him. Very helpful. Mesa is a good location as long as you have a car.

Very Friendly & Helpful Staff. Clean Room, A/C Worked Good. Room Seemed To Be Recently Remodeled. The Outside Looks are deceiving. The Pool Was Crystal Clear .

The management was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to almost everything we needed to get to. It is older and shows some of it's age, but for the price we were very pleased overall.

Not sure if it's worth the amount we paid. Thought it was a little pricey but other then that at least it was clean.

the staff was the most amazing part.... I will be back!!!

Friendly service, very clean, worn and dated but expected for price. Wireless and HBO was appreciated. Only complaint is the room door could use a peephole as a safety measure.

Good price for the buck...friendly staff and quite area ...just make sure in the summer heat call ahead so the rooms cool and ready for your stay....enjoy!

Even though pre-paid with Hotels.com, they made xerox copies of my credit card and drivers license. The room was very hot, and though clean, had a powerful smell of pine disinfectant. Only one chair to sit on.

Room 124 the AC unit was running full blast all night and it still didn't cool off the room.
