I had to take an exam on north mountain road so I valued the fact that the workers there were able to place me in a quiet secluded area of the hotel as per request. I have stayed here twice and on both occasions was not disappointed by the staff or room quality. Furthermore I recommend this to anyone who needs a place to stay. Do yourself a favor and […] try out the mexican resurant "el rodeo" located not too far away from the hotel (given in the hotel room ammenities). Also the pizza hut pizza was phenomenal. I mean it was the best pizza I have ever had from a pizza hut. Fresh ingredients and the whole 9 yards. Overall the stay was great. Had a pool and a gym for those of you who wish to use that. There is no daily room cleaning but personally that's not a problem for me. I rather have the confront knowing that no one is coming into my room while I am not in it. 5 stars of 5 stars. Great hotel. (no breakfast) but they do offer a "cub board" downstairs Were u can buy all the stuff u can possibly need. (tooth brush, Gatorade, soda, and even pastry strudels). Very homely hotel. I stayed at this hotel with my wfie and three kids. Within 20 minutes of checking in, and this was around 7PM, we already received our first noise complaint from the room below us. Apparently my children running around the room, not even jumping or screaming, was too much for the people below us. I was told by reception to go enjoy to pool as it is […] open until 10PM. We did so. We were back in the room by 9PM. This time around we attempted to be more quiet, only to have the wonderful people below us smash their cieling with something. At this point I went down to reception EXTREMELY angry and demanded they change either my room or the morons below me, or else I'd be knocking on their door personally. I was moved to the first floor, all the way to the end, which is probably where I should have been initially. The remainder of the evening was decent other than the fact we were listening to a screaming baby @ 2AM two rooms away, but hey, we have kids too, we knbow what it's like. Other than a brown stain on the sheets of one of our beds (in the first room) which was rectified, the hotel was very clean and nice to stay at. That is, of course, you don't mind a little noise. Great Hotel. Clean, comfortable room with ammenties. Pool and gym areas were clean and well stocked with towels and water. Def will b staying there again in the future!

Hotel is really nice, I evacuated there due to Irene, unfortunately the hotel did loose power Sunday, and was powerless for close to 24 hours, that was the only real inconvenience. Staff was nice, hotel was nice, they accept pets, I'd stay here again, even though it is a little pricey.

Very nice hotel, very easy to find and easy access to Hershey Park. The only other thing that would have made it perfect, is a continental breakfast.

This hotel was great for our family. We traveled with two young children and having a microwave and fridge in the room were very helpful

Clean and new amenities. It was very convenient to have minimart at hotel and accessibility to laundry room. Kids loved taking a break at pool. Super pet friendly with nice outdoor dog area. Great price and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Candlewood suites! It was right off 81 and very easy to find and get to. close to shopping and resturants and close to the grocery store so invade you want to take full advantage of the kitchen in your suite or the two grills outside you could. We went for the weekend so we could go to Hershery park. The park was about 20 mins […] away. We took our dog with us and it was very pet friendly. Lots of room to walk the dog in the back of the hotel. We used the pool and the hot tub, lots of kids which was nice for the kids. The only problem I had was the floors in the kitchen were dirty. The hotel is located close to mall/food and other amenities. The beds were not clean and there were hair on the pillow. Its a convenient hotel for short-stay.

I took my Family to this Hotel when we went to Hershey Park for the day. We got to the hotel and immediately loved the rooms. Spacious and comfortable feel. When we went to sleep the beds were so comfortable we fell right to sleep and felt refreshed the next morning. The people at the desk were very helpful finding places to eat. Decent hotel and a good price (keep in mind, no daily maid service). Had no problems at all. No worries about having the family there. it was a 15 minute drive to Hershey Park. I'd stay there again.

We had a good night at the hotel. The staff were co-operative and polite. The room was modern clean and well appointed. We would deifinitely stay here again.

My family enjoyed our stay at the Candlewood in Harrisburg. The hotel was close to shopping, casino and Hershey Park and we did all three...lol. The only thing that was discouraging was the fact that they could not offer me my requested room which was a room with two twin beds, which is what I had booked. Instead they gave us two separate rooms, which […] would not have been too bad, except I was traveling with my fiancee...So we slept in two separate rooms in order to take advantage of what they gave us...go figure...other than that everything was good. This was the first time that I stayed at a Candlewood Inn. This hotel offered more than I expected. My family and I were on vacation at Hershey Park and enjoyed having a fridge. We were able to make breakfast and not have to worry about the dishes because we had a dishwasher in the room. That was a surprise to us. The staff was friendly and nice. Would appreciate better food selections, and a few tables and chairs with which to eat. Otherwise and excellent hotel. Local facilities are poor.

Wherever we travel we usually look for a Candlewood Suites due to the size and cleanliness of the rooms and convenience of the snack cupboard and workout center. This location was no exception - and they had a swimming pool as well! This hotel was located right down the street from the major shopping area in Harrisburg and maybe 10 minutes from dow […] ntown. It feels like a furnished apartment: Full kitchen that is stocked with all the tools you would possibly need to cook a meal. They even had a microwave popcorn and tuperware bowl in the microwave ready to be popped! What a nice suprise. They have a "cupboard" right in the lobby that has everything you can possibly imagine in there: coffee, muffins, frozen […] meals, lunch meat sandwhiches, candies, travel size detergents, tampons, razors etc...and the prices didn't gouge you! We didn't use the pool, my husband walked past and said it was small but looked nice. They have a BBQ grill outside for shared use. Definately the comforts of home. Our room was a bit noisy, however we stayed in the room right next to the lobby. I would definately recommend Candlewood Suites and we will definately look for this hotel chain in the future @ other destinations. Devamı

very very very poor employees help and mangers/owners were worse. If you want to sleep at night, actual use the pool or hot tub stay somewhere else. Never again.

Clean, comfortable rooms, and the kitchenette was well-equipped and modern with great amenities like an ice maker and coffee pot. Good TV set and channel selections with a DVD player and free rentals (and Redbox is close, too). Windows open (I like fresh air), and there's a pantry in the lobby with food for sale. Some guest wrote saying that he wished […] this hotel served breakfast; I say hey, make your own! Enjoy your coffee in your pijamas! This place is also within 10 minutes drive of shopping and restaurants. Nice folks at the front desk. I plan to stay there again in 3 months, and will always pick this hotel (chain) when given a chance. There's nothing like having the comforts of home when you are on the road. Believe me, I know. We were very pleased with the hotel,and the room.Personal were helpful and pleasant.The only thing I wish they had were somekind of breakfast. We did not see any close diners near this hotel.Overall very pleased with this Hotel. Would go back Again!!

This hotel was clean and well-decorated. The staff were friendly. They thought of everything. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again.

we were overwhelmed with how beautiful and clean this hotel was. We can't wait to return and spend more time there. My children were so thrilled we wanted to stay longer just to enjoy the hotel

Room occupants next door to us were loud and would not quiet down. Had to go down to the office twice to ask for quiet (3:30 am). Walls were paper thin- we could hear every word that was said.

Had the best time and we couldnt have had a more beautiful place to stay.
