Staybridge Suites West Seneca - West Seneca

Staybridge has become our favorite chain of hotels and this one lives up to our expectations too. No better place to stay with 2 teenage daughters

The suite itself (2 bedrooms) was very nice. The rest was adequate. Breakfast was basic. Housekeeping was OK, but inconsistent (left a towel here and there). All the suite rooms were on the highway side of the hotel so there was constant background noise. We'd stay here again because it met our needs -- suite & kitchen are really nice for long-stays […] and overall clean. But in terms of services and niceties, don't expect too much. Devamı

Check in was 3pm we showed up at 4:30 and our room wasn't ready. Had to wait 15 mins with 3 tired kids, then we had to change rooms to a ready room. The pillows were very small and the toilet ran all night. To many things wrong for the price we paid.

I was surprisingly pleased with my stay at this hotel. The room we were in was very nice, spacious and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again in the future. The hotel is pet friendly, but we didn't experience any issues.

This hotel was exceptionally clean, very nice staff, pool was clean. Had a 2 bedroom suite was just like a small apartment. Complimentary goody bag upon entering our suite. Kitchen fully equipped. I thought this room was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a good variety, including hot foods. Would definitely stay here again […] !!! Devamı

We travel a lot for dance competitions & this is the best place we have ever stayed. The rooms are wonderful, spacious, comfortable, with all of the comforts of home. Pool hours were great. Laundry facility for free. Theater room. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Friendly, accommodating & helpful staff. Very clean! We were sorry the weekend was over. […] We wanted to stay! During our stay I was very satisfied with the service provided in the hotel. All our interactions with the staf were friendly and professional. The hot breakfast was a nice treat, the rooms were comfortable and our family enjoyed the pool. The staff won me over, however, when they took the time and initiative to contact us after finding my mother's […] cell phone and medication in the room after we checked out. Their response to that situation showed an extraordinary willingness to provide excellent customer service. We will definitely be staying here again during future visits to the West Seneca/Buffalo area. Devamı

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. They had hot breakfast every morning included. The room was one of the nicest we've stayed in and we travel quite a bit. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and stayed open until midnight. There is plenty close by if you want to get a quick bite and the city of Buffalo is just a short drive […] away. Devamı

My family--wife and four adult children--fit comfortably in a two bedroom suite. With the living room space and full kitchen it was an excellent place to stay over Christmas while visiting relatives. The breakfast was included in the price and was pretty good. I would certainly stay there again.

Welcoming, polite, professional staff.

We have stayed here multiple times and the hotel is always very clean and comfortable. The walls are well insulated so the noise level is quite low. The morning breakfast has a nice assortment of hot and cold items. It is nice that there is always fresh coffee available.

This was my first time returning to West Seneca after selling my parents' house a month ago. My parents' house was also my childhood home. I stayed there when visiting family and friends for the past 20 years. Because of the emotions I had that were tied to the sale of my childhood home, this could have been a very negative experience. I am pleased […] to say it was not a negative experience at all. As a matter of fact, it was a very positive experience, and the reason for that was because the Staybridge Suites Hotel was so awesome. I used the pool, the exercise equipment and the jacuzzi while I was there, and that made me feel a bit like I was on vacation. I used the complimentary laundry machines so I could pack light and had no dirty laundry to unpack when I got back home. The staff was very professional and friendly. The suite was spacious, and had all the comforts of home. I liked the complimentary breakfast and how late it was served. It gave me time to work out before eating breakfast. Every time I go to visit my family in West Seneca, I will definitely stay at Staybridge Suites Hotel!!!! I loved it. Devamı

We've stayed here before and it will be our go-to place whenever we're in Buffalo. Comfortable rooms, close to the highway, good selection at breakfast, gym, pool, the works. I have suggested this location to a number of friends...and ran into one of them while we were there!

THIS HOTEL WAS GREAT STAFF WERE EXCELLENT ROOM WAS EXCELLENT COMFORTABLE CLEAN WE WERE SO SORRY THERE WAS NO ROOM FOR US TO STAY TWO MORE NIGHTS WE ARRIVED EARLY AND THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GET US INTO OUR ROOM EARLY

Hotel was very clean, front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had arrived before check-in and they were very friendly and advised of precisely when our room should be ready. The room itself was very comfortable. The full kitchen complete with dishes & utensils was a nice surprise! We were within 20 minutes of Ralph Wilson Stadium and […] there were also some decent eating establishments close by. Would definitely stay again! Devamı

This is the second time we've stayed at the Staybridge in West Seneca, NY and we have been very pleased with both stays. The price is reasonable considering other hotels in the area. The accommodations and amenities are excellent. We also love the selection of the breakfast bar and the inclusive laundry room. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The […] only con was that I had to ask for additional towels three times during our 8 day stay because enough were not left for my entire family. Devamı

Very clean and convenient. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to all major shopping and sports complexes. Tops market just around the corner.

My wife and I were extremely impressed with Staybridge and the value that they offer. It is located within a minute of the highway and only a short drive to both Ralph Wilson Stadium and HSBC Arena - we are sporting fans so this is very important! The room had a full kitchen and with a Wegman's grocery store across the street, we managed to save a […] few bucks and eat well! The hotel includes a free hot breakfast with TONS of options. The staff are extremely friendly and it would appear that many of the guests stay for extended periods of time - seems that there a lot of Canadians who use the hotel while they are attending treatments at nearby hospitals. This has become our new home away from home and we will DEFINITELY use the hotel again. Devamı

Everything was first class - we had one of the bigger rooms - more than enough space for the 4 of us. The hotel staff couldn't have been nicer. All throughout our visit, they were nice to us, giving us directions and suggesting places to go. I would definitely stay there again. In fact, I would go out of my way to stay there again!

We consider ourselves to be very picky customers but I must say, this place wasn't bad at all. It is a fairly new facility that most importantly was clean and well kept. I was satisfied with my stay at Staybridge Suites in West Seneca, New York. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food. The only problem is that there are no resturants near the hotel. The only places where you can get something to eat near the hotel are at bars.

The hotel was lovely: the room was spacious, and the kitchen facilities made our stay that much more enjoyable. The wide-screen TV with dvd player was a fantastic touch, and the sitting area (including couch!) in our studio suite was just what we wanted!

The room was nice. It was hard to get the temperature at a consistent comfort level. The A/C was loud and woke us up at night when it cycled on. There must have been a youth convention staying there. We heard teens laughing and running in the halls at 1 am.

We stayed one night in this hotel as a stop-over on our trip from Dayton to Boston. We also had plans to see Niagra falls during our stay. We stayed at this hotel because it seemed far nicer than the hotels in Niagra. When we checked into our non-smoking room it smelled strongly of smoke. We were quickly given a new room that was clean and had no smoke […] smell. Both rooms were very spacious and offered nice conviences. The business center had two computers which was great for jumping on the computer without having to wait for other guests. The hotel had a somewhat odd location- it was surrounded by houses and seemed somewhat out of place but was still conveniently located to the highway. A 30 minute drive to Niagra. Devamı

I was very satisfied with my stay at Staybridge Suite. Check-in was a breeze as well as check-out. The buffet breakfast was quite good with a variety of items. The staff was quite friendly and helpful, the room was clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

It was a nice hotel - new and clean. We would stay again but not bring our pet. The staff was not as pet friendly as other Staybridge hotels have been in the past for us.

All staff was friendly, the hotel was only a year old, very clean, great hot breakfast, the free Beer/Food on Tue-Thu was a great unexpected surprise.
