Was pleasantly surprised at condition of hotel. Was clean and overall very nice. Fair price for what I received. Parking was in lighted parking garage. Surprised at free washing & drying (guess thats what resort fee was for) Gym was a little hot and stuffy because its in the laundry room. We booked our room through Hotels.com. We called and explicitly asked and were explilcitly told that we could get a rollaway bed in the room which only had one double bed. When the three of us arrived, we were repeatedly told it was against fire code regulations and that they never give rollaway beds. When we asked where did they think we were going […] to sleep since we had been promised this amenity, the manager replied, "That's not my problem." Essentially she blamed Hotels.com. I'm wondering where Hotels.com gets their information. While we were arguing with the manager, another couple was requesting a refund because what they had been promised was not being delivered either. After we continue to throw a fit, miraculously an open room with two beds was discovered. I canceled one reservation and prepaid for this room based on the information I was given. I would suggest that you call the hotel directl if you book through an online source. Somehow it doesn't seem that difficult for a hotel to give the online services a list of services available and for there to be a clearer line of communication between the two. Live and learn... Not as convenient as you would think if you plan to spend the day at disneyland. Also theres a creepy maintenece man named armando that needs to go! Very unprofessional staff and the elevator broke while we were there. Awful parking situation, and i find it ridiculous they charge you a resort fee for " being close to the parks and convention center." will […] stay if i must but never again by choice. I booked this hotel to save some money during these hard times. I did this with the full understanding I may have to skimp on some amenities but, this was not what I was expecting. Like the beginning of a failing relationship I began to notice all the little things which quickly added up to extreme disappointment. Upon arrival I was greeted (and use […] that term lightly) by the night attendant, who seemed "thrilled" to see me at 11pm (I notified the hotel I was going to be arriving around midnight). He said at most, ten words to me during the entire transaction. He spoke more to the person who called his cell phone asking him about what kind of coffee he would like. STRIEK ONE for crappy customer service. There were surprise fees which he disgustingly explained to me. A per day parking fee and a per day tax or something. The amount isn't really the problem here, it was more that I paid ahead of time for the room believing I could just check in and get to sleep. Strike 1 1/2 (not a full strike in my book...yet). I walked back to my car to place my parking placard on the dash and then walked to the convenient, yet ancient, creaky and SLOW elevator in the middle of the parking structure (Mr. Friendly told me "take the middle elevator to your floor"). Pressing the button I heard clunking and metal grinding sounds, then the button light turned on but no elevator car arrived. I pressed it again, heard the same guttural noises and again no car. Giving up I dragged my bags across the parking structure to the other elevator. Passing Mr. Friendly, who was talking on his cell phone again, I said, "I think there's something wrong with the elevator." He looked up at me, gave me a head jerk and a half smile, then continued talking on his cell. STRIKE 2. Entering the new elevator I noticed the lovely graffiti scratched into the inside of the door as it closed. Classy. The smell of the hotel in general was the next issue. The housekeeping supplies were left in the bathroom when we arrived. The sofa bed was dirty and had previous clientele's linens on it.

Simply a miserable experience from the long check in to the lack of hot water (for 2 days) to the coffee pot growing a sweater. Although I booked on hotels.com, they still socked us for an additional parking fee and a resort (?!) fee. The front desk attendant told me they always run out of hot water when the hotel is full. My boyfriend and I stayed for just one night here. We arrived and at check in the and the guy at the desk was not friendly at all. It was our first time there and he wasn't even going to tell us how to get to the room without us asking. Besides the rudeness of the help the lobby was very nice looking. Once we got to our room everything looked very clean […] including the fridge being spotless. Over all we were pretty pleased with the room until we stepped in the bathroom and read the sign stating towels are changed in there weekly room visits and if you want a fresh one please call. What in the world? What does that mean? Do they just fold back up the towels and not even wash them but once a week? Was I really about to dry my body with an already used towel? Disgusting. Overrall rroom was verry clean n evven though I got a smoking room, it did not smell nasty like some hotels do..staff was friendlly n rresourceful..was not bothered at all by any noise. I would reccommend to anyone

The man I checked in with at the front desk was a jerk. Every time I ask for something he acted like it was the end of the world. The price was good but the service made it not worth it. When I left I asked for a reciept in the morning because I didn't get one the night before and the woman at the front desk gave me attitude. I think I also could smell […] booze on her breath. great hotel. perfect for families for the price. we were able to make our own food in the mini kitchen that was fully stocked. great clean room. we loved it. very close to disney!! only complaint was the ridiculous water pressure, it almost hurt to shower

Well if your going to the convention center you could do a lot worse, it's about a half mile walk, but then of course walking around the CC is a lot of walking too, next time I will try and stay closer. I had a few minor problems with the staff. I got a smoking room but no ashtray, when I called the front desk to ask for one they told me they were ''out'' […] and never provided me with one or even a apology for not having one, I made due. Then the remote for the TV was missing, they did not bring it up to my room and made me come down to get one, after all the walking I did and that fact my room was far from the front desk I was not happy about that. The TV was a older one and I'm not a TV snob but, it sounded like the speaker had been blown and it was hard to hear the shows, I almost asked for another TV, but I was just their one night. The thing that really got me was the toilet, it didn't flush very well and I kept worrying I may end up with a plumming problem in the room. I'm talking about small protions of TP not excessive amounts of TP, but I made due with that too. The shower head had the setting I call ''little needels'' not very pleasent and it was not the adjustable kind of shower head either, oh well. I did like the little kitchen, it came in handy and with the 7-11 so close I got some soup and was able to cook it up. I'm sure things could have been worse, it was just fine. Devamı

This is the worst place we have stayed in...here is why - the front desk service is pathetic. The person (Bernadino or some name like that) is the worst. I walk up to the desk, and he is busy with his paperwork to even acknowledge me. After waiting for a few minutes, tell him that my family is out in the van waiting, and we have been driving for the […] past 12 hours, could you please help with our room. He basically grunts something....and continues on working! - Charges for parking $4.00 per day (one day we had to part outside), and another $4.00 for resort fee. Funny thing is that this place cannot be considered a resort by any definition. - No housekeeping at all...we had to request it to do our beds...and are supposed to take our towels to the front desk for fresh ones. how crazy is that. - For a resort....this place does not have even a swimming pool!! the fitness room was a joke....half the equipment did not work or in bad condition. - if you are on the 6th floor, and are visiting with family, then plan on waking up real early to take a shower, because the water pressure drops considerable during peak hours to a trickle. - No wifi internet in room, still uses obsolete wired connection.. - the only good thing about this hotel is that it has a full kitchen which we hardly used. - tv is from the 80s...badly needs replacement to a flat screen - coffee maker did not work..had to request another one. worst coffee BTW Needless to say, think twice before you check in here. you have been forewarned. Stayed here on New Year's Eve for an event at the Anaheim Convention Center. The location was perfect for the price - an easy walk. The hotel room itself was bigger than expected and the kitchen would have been a huge help if we were staying longer. FYI though, the free wi-fi is only in the lobby, not in the rooms. If you plan on paying any of the […] extra fees (parking, etc.) in cash, be prepared to leave a $100 deposit. I loved everything about the hotel except that even after requests for room service, it was pretty much nil. The room itself has a kitchenette and the furniture is really comfy. The hotel is clean and pretty new looking.

Small, uncomfortable beds. They are advertised as "pillow top" but the underlying mattress is so firm that the pillow top doesn't do anything for you. Expect to pay an extra $8 per night for "resort and parking fees" upon check-in. I would spend a little extra money to stay at a different hotel if I ever need to stay in this area again.

Charging a resort fee was a little rediculous, has was the need to charge 4 dollars a day for parking. While I admit that is was cheaper than most hotels, I cannot understand the need to gouge your customers with rediculous Fees. And the fact that you do not make that very clear in your small print( it took the clerk 10 minutes to find it on your web […] site and she knew it was there,she just was not sure where) Devamı

one of the strange drawbacks to the location is it is so closed to Disneyland :D, funny I know right?,between 9 and 10 pm, Disny has thier fireworks display (dont know if its only on weekends) but you are so close you can hear all of the fireworks exploding :D

Pleasantly surprised at this hotel, booked last minute and got a great price, only downside was it was a smoking room, but when we got there the room was fantastic, fresh, clean, and perfect for our visit to Disneyland!!

Location was easy to find and few blocks from Disneyland. Room was very comfy, clean and no disturbances. Only negative part of this hotel is a parking fee, plus a resort fee and when I asked for toothpaste, they do not offer such items.

Hotel was awesome, room was nice, liked that there was a shuttle too and from disneyland, service was good, I would stay at this hotel again for our next visit to Disneyland!

To get to the Greenwood Suites from Phoenix, my family and I drove 6 hours, excpecting to quickly run up to the room and sleep. This was not the case. The customer service from the employee working at approximately 11:50PM on Friday, October 14, was incredibly rude and unresponsive and unhelpful. He was unclear with what he wanted us to do and offered […] no help when we explained that we were promised over the phone that there would be no parking fee. Be warned, readers, there IS a parking fee. $6 a day. We left to our room, displeased already with the service. In our room, the pillows were old and unclean looking, the sheets were old and yellow stained looking, and did not fit on the bed. The worst part about the room, however, was the disgusting amounts of hair left on all of the towels and the bathroom. We left the hotel to purchase beach towels so we wouldn't have to use such disgusting towels. When we called to front desk to ask for replacements, he said we would have to come down to him to exchange, and there wasn't a bit of me that was about to go down and speak with that horrible man again. I am going to say if you are looking to plan a trip to Anaheim for Disneyland or the Convention Center, stay at the Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, or Hampton Inn. They are all much higher quality rooms, but were unfortunately booked when we were planning our visit. I understand why this was the only hotel in the area that had vacancy. Devamı

If you want to save money, bring food to cook in the kitchenette. The bed wasn't really comfortable and sheets were extremely thin! They don't change the sheets or make the bed if you get room service. Overall it was clean and kind of close to Disneyland.

The staff was very nice however, our bathroom door was broken in which it wouldn't stay shut. The toilet continued to flow water in the reservoir and you had to tap continuously on the toilet handle in order for it to stop. Basically, the hotel is in a convenient location and it's pretty simple.

Mandatory credit card deposit required, too much!!! Difficult to locate and A/C was not cool enough. Bedding was some what uncomfortable as well, kind of rough to the touch. Outside appearance was nic looking though.

I'm a SoCal resident who doesn't live close to Disneyland anymore. This hotel was a good choice for our visit to LA, as well as a full day at Disneyland.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences at this location. First off he room didnt have a remote, secondly we were kick out of the spa, and lastly they didnt clean our room at all except throw out he trash....the room wasn't dirty either yet they didnt bother to make te beds.

I was captivated by the online pictures and description of this hotel, however it is very difficult to find. Once you find it, you don't even know where the parking lot is and not only that they CHARGE $4.00 a day per car for their own parking. Their so call Vending Machines don't have ANYTHING. And to top it off their personnel is rude.

The place was fine to stay at, had a decent kitchen with stove, fridge and dishwasher, so for a family looking to be close to Disneyland, it works well. The air conditioner didn't work at first bu they did come up and fix right away. I just hate that these places usually add an extra $10-$15 fee just because they are in the are of Disneyland and the […] online services here never mentions that. Devamı

I've stayed at this hotel more than 5 times and my expecience was always okay until this past 4th of July weekend. I work in Anaheim and stay there often for convicient and walking distance from my job. The receptionist for the hotel was rude and didn't seem to help out to me and another person staying at that hotel. Apperently to him my name and the […] other guests their name wasn't on the reservations for that day and he said we didn't had a room booked with them. I was having a hard time trying to pull the confirmation from my phone as there was no reception. the guy (older middle eastern) at first didnt want me to use the computer and I was able to print out my confirmation after 30+ mins and then said that he found it. My husband and I stayed last weekend in this resort. It was comfy and close to the park. The only issue I had was the "resort fee" and parking fee. Apparently the resort fee is at all of the hotels/resorts in the area that is close to the parks. Even if you go through a travel website and it says all fees are included they aren't. I understanding paying […] for parking as well but you're paying to park in a garage that has NO security so why am I paying?? And on top of that there's tax on these fees...a bit ridiculous. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in the Disneyland strip area. This by far was the best for overall amenities. It had a full kitchen, fridge, stove, washing machine. Then beds were a little firm. and besides not having an LCD tv it was great. Will definitely be coming back here. no need to eat out all the time when we go to Disneyland now..

Excellent hotel for the location, quality, and price! Very clean with great staff...will definately stay again the next time we are in Anaheim.
