merkezi konumda güzel bir otel. rahat, konforlu ve rezervasyonda en ufak bir sıkıntı yaşanmıyor. sadece kahvaltıları zayıf.

We stayed in the suite which was absolutely fantastic. It was beautifully appointed in a style that transported us to old world Italy. We travelled with two children and there was pleny of room to relax and sleeping accomodations for us all. The location is very close to Piaza San Marco and the staff were courteous and professional. The only thing lacking […] was the breakfast which was a bit limited in options. We loved this hotel and would stay here again in a heart beat! Highly recommend for both ambiance and location. HOTEL ROOM HAD MOLD ON WALL AND DIRT IN AIR CONDITIONING UNIT, VERY EXPENSIVE. STAFF WWAS NICE THOUGH.

The hotel room was very small and very hard to get to. It was a maze to get to the room. This hotel is not suited for anyone who has difficulty going up stairs. The people at the desk were not very friendly or very helpful.

After arriving at the hotel,which took ages to find as the directions to the hotel were very poor and not detailed and Google maps did not give much detail as a number of the streets are not mentioned. The receptionist told us that we were staying in an annex, which was not mentioned on the website and we had not booked this. We then had to walk to […] a different area of Venice, but closer to St Marks Square. The hotel annex was very in a noisey part of venice and was situated down a back street. I would not have liked to have walked down there on my own at night and the street smelt like urine. The room was stuffy and smelt damp. The sound was loud so the window could not be left open to let air in. There was no contact details to get hold of the reception left in the rooms as there was no one around at the building on an evening. The breakfast was very basic all self service and not of a 4* hotel, no fresh fruit, it was tinned, no fresh bread, cold meats or cheese. So after the 1st days disappointment we did not go to breakfast again for the rest of the stay. However on the plus side the room and bathroom were clean and of a decent size, however I would not stay in this hotel again or recommend it to friends given that we ended up staying in an annex and not a hotel Devamı

We just stayed 3 nights here and it far exceded our expectations. The room was lovely with glass chandelier, jetted bath tub, and great free breakfast. Close to all the sights ( see Doges Palace ) A little hard to find, but enjoy walking the canals of Venice.

Hard to get to with suitacases. Ceiling in part so low you bump you head badly getting out of bed. Hot water luke warm. Room was at the end of four different corridors and up and down three different flights of stairs. Definaly over priced and not a four star hotel. The breakfast room was black walls and black table cloths with silver fake lower arrangement. […] Funerial. we left after the first night and would love to be refunded out other three nights. El hotel esta muy bien situado, en una zona centrica pero no ruidosa, de muy facil acceso a todos los lugares de interes. A nosostros nos dieron un habitacion bastante amplia, y aunque era un poco laberinto llegar a ella estaba bastante bien. Sympathique petit hôtel idéalement situé en plein quartier San MArco; seul point négatif: le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel de cette catégorie

Hotellet var fint det, men 4-stjerners var det ikke. Noe vanskelig å finne frem, men Venezia er ikke lett å finne frem i.

Et godt beliggende hotel med en imponerende stil, gode senge og morgenmad. Desværre virkede aircondition ikke, så vi måtte ligge for åbne vinduer og fik en varm, urolig nat med mange myggestik. Her kunne hotellet godt have ydet os en form for kompensation - eller forsøgt at være med til at "bære" besværet. "Det var bare ærgerligt", sagde de. Sehr sauber und freundlicher Service. Wir werden beim nächsten Aufenthalt sicher wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

Hotel ist ganz ok.. Alles ist gut zu erreichen. Frühstücksservice sehr gut. Plastikgläser sind nicht so gut. Alles in allem weiter zu empfehlen.

Hotellet ligger sentralt til uten å ligge midt i verste "turistrushet", var litt vanskelig å finne da adressen er litt upresis.Ringte hotellet og fikk eksakt gateadresse, og da gjekk det greit.Ta båten til Markusplassen(San Marco) og gå rett inn i første sidegate, ikkje gå til Markusplassen, da blir det ein laang omveg med koffertar. Store fine rom […] med a.c. Personalet var alt i fra veldig hyggelige til potte sure.Frokosten var sånn passe og litt stressande da personalet vart sure da vi satt for lenge, men dette opplevde vi sist vi var i Italia ógså, så det er vel det Italienske lynne Devamı
