Wonderful service, fantastic breakfast and comfortable, high-quality beds & mattresses. Beautiful view and peaceful!!

This was a wondertful experience all the way around. The Inn Keeper made us feel very much at home and provided us with personalized care and information. We are looking forward to our next visit. This location is easily accessable to many historic, cultural and entertainment centers. A definite thumbs up!

The owners insured a great stay for us. They were very helpful and friendly. Never stayed in bed and breakfast before and this was a treat. Magnificent setting and wonderful breakfast.

Lovely b&b. Beautiful grounds, right on the water. Big room, comfortable bed, etc. Tiffany the owner was warm and welcoming. Did everything she could to make us feel at home. The b&b was a bit far from downtown, 10-15 minutes away, but well worth it given how lovely the place was.

The B&B is in a quiet neighborhood. My room was large, quiet, and clean, with a little balcony overlooking South River. The bed was huge and comfy, and the bath was large and well-equipped -- plenty of hot water. Eggs, muffins, fruit, and coffee were for breakfast, along with a friendly chat with the proprietor. Just perfect!

What a nice family. The house is beautiful, food was excellent, hoste and hostesses all very friendly.

Tom and Tiffany O'Donnell have an 7,300 sq. ft. property set on almost three acres on the banks of the southern river. They cater to the USNA (Tom was a naval officer for 28 years and taught navigation at the Academy), college tours, family reunions, and have a blossoming wedding industry (on site). The last five years, their B&B hosted whole families […] attending "Commissioning Week" at the USNA--Annapolis. They have two daughters, two birds and two dogs and live on the spacious third floor. I stayed in the John Barry Suite, the most expensive, the most private, and very comfortable. The Queen-sized beds in both rooms could easily accommodate four adults. Tiffany could not have been more pleasant or accomodating. In fact, I recommended the place to other family members and she suggested that they take a lawn chair with a canopy attached to protect my sun sensitive skin at Stony Point State Park for a family outing later in the week (I'd already checked out; these folks checked in, on my recommendation). The property is about a ten--twelve minute drive to the USNA and downtown Annapolis, without traffic. It was supremely quiet. I am not much of a breakfast person, but Tiffany makes a good effort to put out a good spread. She's had as many as 33 people stay there for "Commissioning Week" and the wedding industry is thriving. I would stay there again when traveling to Metro DC or Baltimore or Annapolis. They have 7.5 baths. Med bed was extremely comfortable. I would like to state clearly that whatever negative ISSUES were aired in this or other travel sites were not vaguely a part of my experience. In fact, I was sorry that my schedule with my nephew's graduation and commissioning was so occupied that I spent almost no time enjoying the B&B (for instance, one can sign a waiver and take a canoe out on the river or swim from the back dock). I travel extensively and have no hesitancy recommending this venue and would most certainly stay here again. Devamı

Proprietor was very friendly and the view of the South River was enjoyable. The B&B is located in a nice enough neighborhood and we stayed in the larger River Hill room on the lower level and although the room was not dirty it was apparent that the room had not been vacuumed prior to our arrival. The king bed was comfortable but the room was cold during […] the night. This is not a problem for me but my wife was uncomfortable at times. Downtown Annapolis was only minutes away and breakfast and conversations with the owners on the day of checkout were very pleasant. All in all a nice stay but glad we booked through HOTELS.COM at a reduced rate. Devamı

The is a bed and breakfast. You get a room, which is part of the large family home. It was comfortable overall and in a beautiful setting overlooking a river. The owners were very nice and the breakfast was very good. There is a game room near the rooms with a dart board, foosball table and pool table. A few details were lacking: the reading materials […] and guide books were 2-3 years old and the foosball table was broken and not clean. Devamı

This Inn was perfect!! The Inn and the view are amazing and the owners and their kids are very friendly! You feel like you're with family. If you plan on visiting Annapolis, you must stay at The Laurel Grove Inn on the South River!

The Laurel Grove Inn on South River is a lovely B&B maintained by a very nice family in a large house. While it is not in downtown Annapolis, it is certainly very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, and just a 10 minute drive to downtown. The inn keeper made us a fantastic breakfast. Having planned one night at this B&B in the Waterman's room, not knowing what to expect, we were so excited to find it quite charming and romantic, and far exceeded our expectations. The owners have built a third story on top where they live and cater to their guests on the first and second floor. We were surprised to be able to upgrade to the honeymoon […] suite which was huge with a living area with balcony overlooking the South River, with refrig., microwave, and separate vanity/dressing areas for each of us. The bed was very firm, and perfect for my bad back with a cozy down comforter. The breakfast was wonderful, and the fall weather contributed to a really warm and satisfying experience so much so that we stayed 3 nights instead of traveling on to Delaware. We also walked down to the beautiful boat dock and sat on the dock watching the sunset over the river. They are working on and expanding a gazebo area. We will return to this B&B every time we visit DC or Annapolis area. It was so convenient- 50 minutes to downtown DC, and 5 minutes to downtown Annapolis in a beautifully scenic suburbian upscale district on the river front. The owners were so helpful in giving us maps and directions and places to visit. They had a grand piano in one room and billiards in another with all the movies you could ever want to see while visiting. We were told that the snow often affords sleighing opportunities in the driveway, and to please come back and have free sleigh rides in the winter. The B&B was nice, but it needed some repair. I understand it's difficult to keep up with a big house when you have a lot to do, but some of the doors didn't close properly and some of the construction and maintenance just seemed a bit shoddy.
