Comfort Suites - Commerce

I can't relax in a room that doesn't feel clean. Our room was super clean & more spacious than I expected. We traveled with 2 dogs & were limited in hotel choices, but I would stay here again even if we traveled without them. You would not know pets are welcome by the condition & cleanliness of the hotel & room. If you travel with dogs I recommend staying […] in a 1st floor room close to an exit. Even though the hotel welcomes pets, the elevator is small & some guests don't appreciate sharing the ride. Behind the hotel there is a large grassy field perfect for taking your buddy out to stretch his legs or 'take care of business'. The bed was firm but comfortable, the room cool & dark with all the lights out. The breakfast was better than expected with hot eggs & biscuits they let us carry up to the room to enjoy leisurely. The only blemish on our stay was a less than friendly staff member at check in who neither welcomed us nor thanked us for choosing Comfort Suites. We were traveling to Commerce, GA, to pick up a camper - found this Comfort Suites on hotels.com and were thrilled with our stay. We had 3 children with us - we were comfortable in the room (2 Queen beds and a fold-out sofa bed). The beds were pillow top and very very comfortable. The heated indoor pool and hot tub were a welcome end to a tiring day! […] Would stay again anytime! Very close to Outlet Mall and lots of different restaurants. First time in a Comfort Suite one word WONDERFUL. Staff friendly and helpful breakfast was good too

We were ther to celebrate Christmas with the grandkids and they throughly enjoyed the pool. Very clean and the staff was outstanding.

We drove to Georgia for 1 night and stayed here. Very nice place. I just wish when I had booked, they would have mentioned that the indoor pool would be closed that day. This is the 2nd Comfort Suite I've ever stayed in, and both times the pool was closed. A little disappointing for my 4 year old.

Very comfortable. Wonderful, friendly staff. Our family of 6 was very happy. I would go to this hotel over and over again.

This was a nice hotel for the price. It was clean, nice staff and convenient to all stores and dining. I recommend this to all who want a nice peaceful hotel for family or individual.

My wife and I along wit our 4 kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great pool. Great staff. Very clean room. Wonderful breakfast with some paleo friendly choices. Family friendly. Really enjoyed it. Great value. One of the best road trip overnight stops in a long time. Would highly recommend.

I went to the hotel with my wife, daughter, niece, sister-in-law and mother-in-law for shopping at the outlet. They had nothing but great things to say about the hotel. It is walking distance to many eating places and of course the mall. I don't normally take time to fill out surveys but this was well worth it.

The Innt was excellent --- firsf time ever used it (always used Hampton Inn, but allowed us to bring in our small dog. I was especially impressed by the kindness and the thoughtfulness of the staff. First rate!!! We will stay there again. Thanks again

Very nice motel and convenient off of the main interstate.

Everyone was great, very professional and the room was spotless. We require oxygen machines at each of our stays and they had them already in our room when we arrived. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice location, great staff. Dog friendly. Bed was very good. Room was a bit unusual, disabled access room. Be sure when booking you check to see which type of room is being booked. Had an issue with a girls basketball team from Smyrna Georgia being out of control until 2:00 am in the morning the first day. Night management seemed a bit intimidated […] to remedy, but after a second complaint and complaint from others, the situation was resolved. Make sure you are out of room early enough if you are staying multiple days, cleaning missed our room first day, though we were more responsible for it than they (had sleeping in individuals due to the problem above) Good value for the location. Great value. Very clean well maintained property. Staff was friendly. Good hot breakfast served daily and plentiful snacks in the evening. Conveniently located near shopping and dining. I would definitely recommend this property.

We stayed in this hotel when we came up for a Georgia game in Athens. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice: clean and comfortable. The breakfast that was served was very good. The hotel is in a very quiet location, not a lot of outside noise. And the location was perfect. There were restaurants and stores close by. Great hotel, great location ! Courteous staff and delicious hot breakfast. The room was very spacious, very comfortable bed & pillows.... we were EXTREMELY satisfied !
