This hotel was very clean and centrally located in Lehigh. The breakfast was convenient also. The room was a little small but it had everything it needed.

There was no microwave or fridge, and the continental breakfast was weak at best. On the other hand, there is a restaurant in the building, and the staff was very friendly. It was a great place to sleep but staying there with kids may have been problematic.

There wasn't a coffee pot or fridge in the room. If you wanted ice or coffee you had to go down to the lobby. Last niight there they did not have towels till late. they said they were very busy and didn't have enough to go around.

Booked room for brief overnight stay in Ft. Myers area. Hotel was fairly new looking and very clean. Rooms were stylish with even a padded window ledge that doubled as a couch per se. I was in town for a weekend business event and the room fit my needs -- the right price, friendly service, and a comfortable place to sleep. Would recommend to others seeking the same.

Great location. Nice restaurant in hotel with wide selection of food and drinks. Walls were thin but good hotel for the price. Only complaint - asked for an extra comforter and was told they had none. I HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL BEFORE AND WAS NOT PLEASED. UNFORTUNATLY, IT IS THE CLOSEST HOTEL TO WHERE I NEED TO BE. THIS TIME I STAYED EXPECTING THE WORSE, BUT THEY WERE SO NICE AND ACCOMODATING. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN. THEY REMEMBERED ME LIKE AN OLD FRIEND. IT WAS GREAT

I came into my room after working 14 hours to find my room was never cleaned. When I called downstairs to see if someone would clean, they said it was too late. I asked for fresh towels at least and they never brought them.

The hotel was very convenient to my family. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the carpet in the third floor hallway was stained and filthy. When I got off of the elevator to go to my room, that was the first thing I saw. we love the microtel in lehigh. in fact, this hotel has turned us into loyal microtel customers. the front desk staff is AMAZING very helpful and very friendly. great deal, and nice to not have to make the drive to ft. myers every night.

My overall exprience was wonder it truly exceeded my expectation. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Nice restuarant attached to hotel. Nice comfortable plush beds. I hope hotel maintain it status it is fairly new to the area. I would return for another stay. Keep up the good work guys!!! :-)

I was greeted by a very friendly front desk person ready and willing to assist me in any way. My room and overall hotel was clean and roomy. And all the staff were great. This was my first time staying in a MircoTel inn and suite was a great one and especially the price; I would definitely stay in another inn and suite.

Personnel Very Friendly.....Restaurant On Site Very Nice And Gives Discount For Hotel.Stay...Happy Hour Everyday...Great Continental Breakfast.....

In Lehigh Acres, FL., the Microtel Inn is absolutely the only Hotel / Motel in the whole town. I could have stayed in neighboring Ft. Myers, at one of many places that are more reasonably priced, but my needs dictated that I should stay in Lehigh Acres. We had an extended stay at this hotel and in general were very pleased. We were very disappointed in the continental break fast, not much to choose from. The light- ing in the room was way to bright. The beds were stated to be "Queen". I have a Queen and mine is about 25% larger.The size was more like a double rather than a queen.

The only ice machine in the entire hotel is on the 1st floor. Also our bathroom had no counter at all. Only a small basin sink with 2 inch edge around it. I had to put everything on the floor. No room to even lay a curling iron except in the sink. We were there for two days so it was very inconvient to not to be able to unpack tooth brushes, paste, […] combs, makeup etc. because there was no place to put them. We had a problem with checking in. I waited 15 min before a clerk showed up to work the counter. I was waiting with two people ahead of me waiting also. The hotel itself was nice and clean.
