I would stay here again. Updated hotel. The staff was very helpful and the facility is well kept.

The rooms were very clean. We appreciated the kitchen area. Location was great access to anywhere. Just a few problems: We made our reservations well ahead of arrival for a non smoking room. When we arrived there was a football game, and they gave our room away and only had smoking rooms available. It was so awful, we didn't sleep well at all. We didn't […] take anything out of the suitcase or it would smell. In the morning we took all bags to the lobby and sat until we got another room. That room was wonderful. We were told we'd only have one housekeeping visit, which was fine. We stayed 8 days and not once did they come and change sheets and bring clean towels. That was disappointing. Devamı

My room was great other than the fact the trash had no been previously taken out. When I walked in the trashcan under the bathroom sink had trash, face cleaners, and other items in the trash. After informing the front desk it was fixed. Upon checkout there was some confusion on the bill, but the staff quickly worked to resolve it and was no burden […] to me. I absolutely love the rooms. They're spacious, very clean & nicely decorated with fridge & microwave. The beds & pillows are very comfy and the bathroom is actually nicer than mine at home. The attendant at check-in was very friendly and helpful as well. The only thing I wish they had was a restaurant or hot waffle station, so that you didn't have to […] go out for a hot breakfast. Clean and great for visiting daughter at school. Transylvania and down town just a minute ride. Will return to this hotel on are next visit.

Great hotel for the price, very clean, rooms are great, wish I could have taken the bed home with me. Great internet since it is not just wireless, snacks available downstairs for purchase, not just vending machines. I travel allot and don't always stay in a fancy hotel, but this was a good deal for the price. I will stay here again.
