Love this hotel. We go every year for our Anniversary. Fairly new hotel and right on the beach. Everyone is really nice and treats you well. Best hotel in Boca raton. The main hotel is nice too but a lot older. So if you like a clean fresh miami look on the beach. Well then this is the hotel for you. The only thing i don't like is the 26 dollar valet […] parking which you have to do and the 20 extra bucks for the resort fee. But if you use all there services then no big deal. For us we were their for only one night so we didn't use all services. We did get a free bottle of champaign sent to our room on them. So resort fee, who cares :) right. I give it a 9 out of 10. Just stayed here last week for a business trip and it was terrific. The people here are really great, from checkin, to checkout, waiters, concierge, you name it. Rooms are super comfortable and I like the huge overhead shower. I would expect the TV to be a bit bigger in a room like this. The beach accomodations are great, with a nice pool that is really […] close to the private beach. Had breakfast and dinner at the Sea Grill, very good with a decent wine selection that is reasonable. Expensive, but not punitive. Beware that you'll get charged for valet parking and a resort fee that is not a part of the Hotels.com booking fee. This hotel is one of the hotels we have stayed Would recommend to everyone!!!

I stayed here twice, it's a beautiful hotel. It has all you need for a short stay, restaurants, shops, beach, pools. I don't recommend it in the summer, way too busy and crowded with little children and guest are quite rude. I stayed there in the winter and enjoyed it more. The restaurants offer great food and prices are comparable or better than restaurants […] in the area. I found out eating in their restaurants was a better choice and stepping out to experiment. I recommend, but not on their busy season due to excess people and the service will lack because of it. Devamı

Just had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Loved the hotel,lovely room great food, great beach and wonderful friendly service.

My family comprised of 7 kids, ages ranging from 10-17 recently stayed at Boca Beach Club. While the property was luxurious and the rooms were comfortable, I was not thrilled by the lack of activities for families with kids. After dinner, there was nothing to do to entertain the kids. There were no ping pong tables, or a game room available on the entire […] property including the main building. One night they had written on the activity board that there was bingo. The kids were thrilled. We later found out that the activity was for members only, so we were not allowed to participate as guests. We also found that the restaurants were overpriced. Couldn't say enough about our stay at the Beach Club. Be prepared to open your wallet when you visit Boca, but worth every penny!!

The pools and service are amazing! The rooms are nice and clean! The food is pricey. They charge to use an umbrella on the beach.

Exclusive feeling but yet welcoming and friendly employees. Resort was very clean, modern, ritzy but yet comfortable. We enjoyed the 3 pools and the beautiful beach. We had a wonderful, but pricey dinner in their restaurant. I really expected to like this hotel but it had a robots personality. A cold feeling about the whole hotel. Customer service was lacking and sales before getting to the room were too long. Timeshare like.

We stayed for two nights after Thanksgiving weekend; the timing was perfect as many of the guests had already left. So perfect, in fact, that we were upgraded from a regular room to a beach view room! The rooms are beautifully appointed...two sinks, a soaker tub and a walk-in shower in the bathroom -- very comfortable king size bed and lots of closet […] and drawer space. Plus a twin size bed folds out of the corner sofa...so it's kid-friendly (and they run Camp Boca for younger guests, too). The staff is obviously well trained; they're friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions. I would definitely stay there again. Everything was as we expected, very clean and friendly staff. Probably the best resort in Boca Raton area. PS. $26/day for parking your car must be one of the world's most expensive parking service.

This was a wonderful experience. The staff is top rate and the hotel is wonderful. I couldn't have asked for anything more. The view from my room was extraordinary. Wonderful experience.

I grew up in boca, and when time came for me to visit family and try to sneak in some beach time the Boca Beach Club came to my mind. Having been to the old resort at the same site, I can say that the new one is light years ahead. The rooms are well appointed and large. The food is excellent but overpriced. And location is great for going to local attractions. I […] did have one big complaint, and that is the service. It ranged from acceptable to atrocious. The staff at the beach is more interested in their tans than the guests. The front desk and the valet desk were downright rude. Only some of the housekeeping staff and waiters were friendly. I have never been so comfortable and pampered as I was during our two days here. We will absolutely return, and I look forward to every second of it.

Beautiful hotel that surpassed our expectations. All staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous without being overbearing. Accommodations and services exceeded our expectations. I would heartily recommend this hotel to anyone staying the in Boca Raton area. We will certainly be back.

My husband and I stayed at the Boca Beach Club last year and had a great experience. When we returned this past February, we couldn't believe we were in the same place. Though we made our reservation 6 months in advance, they did not accommodate our request for a King size bed. Who wants to go on vacation and sleep in separate beds? The morning after […] our first night, the room was cleaned but the ice bucket was left full of water sitting on the desk. The beautiful Tower pool is now filled with cabanas and desolate and unwelcoming. The service in the Sea Grill restaurant was chaotic - even with a reservation made well in advance, they could not seat us at our table in a timely manner. The crowd consists of wealthy, snooty locals who are rude and obnoxious. Save your money and stay at the Del Ray Marriott - it's much better overall experience for the money. Devamı

Absolutely extraordinary hotel, right up there as one of the best I've stayed at. The beach is fantastic, and felt exclusive. The valet service became a bit annoying, but that's just me, as I like to park the car I'm driving myself. The hidden charges that I got on the last day of my stay were for parking, a resort charge (?), and a room tax (?) all […] totaling about $50 each night of stay. It was somewhat shocking, but I wasn't going to argue it after having such a nice 4 day break from the stress of life. Would I stay there again? If I can't seem to find another hotel of the same quality, with a lower price, then Yes. Otherwise, I'll avoid the hidden-till-you-leave charges. Devamı

As a business person, I stay in hotels 50+ nights per year and this was perhaps the worst hotel experience of my life. The room was filthy and the service was horrible.

I had such a nice time at this hotel. The beach and pools are right downstairs. If you want to go to the resort, the shuttle takes you right there super fast. It is beautiful here, the staff are friendly and it is a top notch hotel. I would definitely come back.

Service was good on the whole but not consistent. some of the staff were over the top and others below par. The room was very clean. Overall we really enjoyed our visit. The only part I did not like was the fact that the valet parking attendants expected a tip even though we paid a daily parking fee. Also valet parking was the only way to park your […] car!! When checked into hotel not advised of additional fees for parking and service, which were both taxed and was over $50.00 more per night. Original room given had no soaking tub as promised. Asked for different room and was told non available. Manager did give us another room that had a tub. When went to room tub and bathroom were not clean so asked […] for it to be cleaned when went to dinner. Did not get cleaned until next day. Valet service was to be available 24 hrs. Last day there no one was at Valet to work. Took over 30 minutes to get car out of parking garage that was at site! Service personel were 'flippant' when told help wasn't needed for luggage. This hotel has a modern and fashion vibe, service is very good. Pools are too crowded and they could make more relaxing spaces for couples. Food is very expensive, however there are a lot of options of great quality restaurants in Boca just 5 minutes away by car. Valet parking only.

there is nothing ordinary about this hotel.standard rooms are new and very modern,and very clean.attention to detail is very obvious in all parts of this resort.the staff are all very helpful and friendly.it is customer service at it's best.sea grille restaurant serves very delicious food and again the staff are great.the best experience we had.

Great hotel. It was nice having full use of the Boca Resort. We liked having the shuttlew service take you back and forth from the two hotels.

The hotel has undergone a recent renovation and the rooms are beautiful. There still is some construction, however, to the outside access to the main lobby. We were re-routed through a smaller lobby/drop-off area and there was quite a bit of construction dust, but I have to say the valet staff did more than necessary to make up for the inconvenience. […] Our standard room really did not have much of a view, but the rooms are impeccable and the grounds are beautiful, and there is regular shuttle service over to the main hotel and club. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the water and food. The service was wonderful, room very comfortable and always plenty to do. I felt that for the price, it was strange that they would charge you for a small thing like a beach umbrella but they did and if you don't mind paying for absolutely everything you are going to the right place. We stayed here two nights. The place is very beautiful. The first night we were evacuated at 2am for an electrical fire. Being pregnant with a 2 year old, and no lights in the room made this difficult. We were outside for over 2 hours when a manager took us to the neighboring resort for a night. The next day the electricity was out and when it came […] back on, and we were back in our original room, the AC was broken. We notified the front desk at about 3 and said we would be gone for dinner. When we returned at about 7, the AC was still not working, we asked for another room. None was offered, instead the AC guy came up and changed out the entire AC for another and was in our room from 8-10:30. I called, exhausted and frustrated at about 10, and finally we were offered another room. But I was too tired to move our family. The next day, the manager on duty said he would comp the expenses charged to our room, which included a $75 breakfast the day after the fire, with two omlets and a box of cereal we thought this was highway robbery, and miscelleaous resort charges. As of today(three days after returning home), the charge on our card still reflects all of these charges and no compensation. We were also told we would get a free coupon for a one night stay in the future. On top of all of this I got swimmers ear (ear infection) from the childrens pool, which I knew being in pool maintenance was not very clean and my own fault for swimming in it with my 2year old daughter. I complained about this pool, although lovely, smelled very bad. Being pregnant with an ear infection is no fun. We traveled up here from KW for the pregnancy tests for being a 40year old mother. It was not at all relaxing and since I am still dealing with this infection and the bill, I am quite frustrated. I think my 2year old has gotten a cold, and my husband is sick also. The hotel was amazing, the service was excellant and the food was exceptional. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would absolutely return to stay here whenever I'm in Boca again.

In dit hotel kun je het gevoel krijgen volledig onzichtbaar te zijn. Je betaalt behoorlijk wat, maar je krijgt er niet die service voor terug die verwacht mag worden. Het is een beetje een 'nieuw rijken' sfeer. Daarom ook luidruchtiger en op bepaalde punten platvloerser dan wij in ieder geval verwacht hadden.
