This is a wonderful hotel, even if it is not as close to Delhi as one would like (it is in a city called Gurgaon). We picked it for the first two nights after a flight from Chicago to Delhi and noticed that the hotel is very close the airport and was highly rated. We wanted something where we could rest comfortably and recover from jetlag before hitting […] Delhi and all its sights. The hotel turned out to be better than anything we had imagined. It is a classy place with great rooms, great amenities, great staff, and great restaurants. We had originally planned to stay there for only two nights and then stay in the city, in south central Delhi. Well, the city hotel that we moved to was no where near as desirable as the Leela, so after two nights we returned to the Leela. Devamı

Indian hotels need to get with the program and not charge for internet. Otherwise, this hotel is perfect, though pricey. We stayed here after my daughter had surgery and were going to be in the room 24 hours a day so it was worth paying for some perks. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever had. I had an amazing stay at the Leela, Gurgaon. You truly experience the luxury along with the Indian hospitality at this hotel. The staff was very polite and the food at the breakfast room was good, with a lot of variety. Would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a visit in or around the Indian capital. It was a perfect stay for my wife and I. Bathroom clean, spacious, deep bath, shower was incredible - rain shower (the best ever) electronic blinds for bath room window. Rooms, spacious with a 40inch Sony plasma, Bose iPod docking station, (don't stay in room 201. you can hear the noisy fans outside). Stayed in 316. Brilliant with a great view. Staff […] very helpful, was always greeted by name. Check-in was prompt - in your hotel room, not lobby. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. While the hotel is quite good they are very expensive on extra services you may use. For example, we have rent the business center for four hours to conduct interviews. We have finished the interviews and we were just sitting there discussing. We haven't realized that we have already spent an extra 45 minutes that we have been charged for a whole hour. […] We have asked not to be charged since we believe that they should have asked first if we want to book for extra hour. That's one word that sums it all up. The hotel is as fancy as fancy can be and to top it all got a super deal from hotels.com. The agent at hotels.com who helped me book the hotel was really great. the hotel itself is simply superb. The maintenance of the hotel can be improved a little. When we checked into our room the toilet flush was not working. […] I would've expected them to check this before we were chaproned to our room. The person who checked us in told us that the mini-bar and snacks was complimentary. Had to double check to make sure that was right. The buffet spread was simple spendid. The service in the buffet restaurant has scope for improvement. And the Indian spread can improve, like the stuffed parantha was taken out of a deep freeze and heated on the tava, killed the fun a tad. Devamı

Great hotel, close to airport and walking distance to new shopping mall next door which has many shops and restaurants. If you don't want to eat at the hotel, the restaurants in the mall are good and reasonably priced. Ask for room with "green" view towards the front of the hotel. very nice accommodation,well located adjacent to mall made it very convenient for perfect stay with family.Staff very friendly and welcoming.I would recommend and stay again whenever in Delhi area.Breakfast was laid in a well spread out area gives very professional and convenient look.Servers well upto the mark .

The Kempinski is a great oasis in Delhi. Check-in was almost too over-the-top, with procedures being done en suite. Different, but still a very nice touch. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Few will stay at this hotel without appreciating the bath and shower facilities - quite simply, there are none better. The extravagant bathroom takes some […] living space away from each room, but if you ask me, it's worth it. The location of the hotel is convenient to the airport, although not particularly close to the center of Delhi and a 10 minute taxi ride away from the nearest metro stop. This gorgeous hotel has every amenity you could need for a business or leisure trip, including 3 good restaurants and the best breakfast buffet ever. We were delighted with the terrific poolside, spa, hairdessing and concierge services. Staff are very helpful and polite. Right next door is a fabulous shopping mall with many Western and Indian brand […] venues and a good range of eateries. Ideal for longer trips and being close to IDI aiport, also for short stays. Jeg har boet på mange lignende hoteller forskellige steder i verden men aldrig følt mig så velkommen som på dette hotel. Lige fra ankomst til afrejse. Personalet forstår at give indtryk af ægte og personlig gæstfrihed og service. Ikke bare som et indstuderet koncept. Og dejligt med en shopping mall "next door". Das Hotel bietet jeglichen Luxus den man sich wünscht, gerade wenn man von einer Rundreise zurückkommt. Hätte ich gewusst, dass dieses Hotel so toll ist, hätte ich mehrere Nächte gebucht. Auch das Restaurant mit der Show-Küche hatte einiges zu bieten. Einfach klasse.
