Overall I thought this was a nice place to stay. I realized that I overlooked on the description that it does not have a pool but only has a hot tub. The breakfast had a decent variety. I liked the round waffles with the fleur-de-lis medallion in the middle. I am not a fan of the Mello Joy coffee. I prefer Community Coffee if I was choosing a local […] brand. It was nice that they have two complimentary wine or beer beverages during their happy hours during the week but it is not available on Friday or Saturday. I didn't realize it on the Friday and had to pay for those. I would stay here again if I was not concerned about the lack of a pool. Devamı

Sheets were extremely dirty. Carpet was dusty. Housekeeping does not care.

Any problem. Good hotel to spend a night. Breakfast also ok.

This is a wonderful place to stay. All staff were very friendly. The exercise room and spa were very enjoyable.

We were very pleased with our stay in the Wingate. Our first time in the property, we have stayed in many 4 - 5, star hotels and we were impressed with the service we got there, from room service to continental breakfast.

This is a great hotel. Close to the airport and lots of resturants and shopping near by. Staff was great and the hotel and neighborhood was clean and inviting.

This Hotel was very nice with very friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Also very specious. My only complaint about this hotel is the walls are paper thin and this guy woke up pretty early on Saturday morning and began talking very loudly for about 3 or 4 hours by the time I felt I could fall back asleep it was nearing my check […] out time. Our stay at the hotel was great. It was so much better then I could hope for. Presently surprised with everything. Breakfast was very good and hot. Next time in town I plan on staying here again. Highly recommend

The hotel stay was very comfortable. It is in close proximity to the airport and several churches. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The rooms were very clean and the hotel personnel was very accommodating. Would revisit if in the area.

Hotel was real clean and also rooms. I didnt have a good experience there. A church convention was in town as this is suppose to be a Business hotel. I guess when the other guest stayed it was not full. I didn't get any sleep the wall are extremely thin, I heard the man next door talking to 2 in the am and then his snoring like he was in my room. The […] people upstairs were walking back and forth and I could here them. notified the front desk who were aware that the walls are thin. oh yes and the train heard that also. Breakfast was ok but not comparable to when I stayed at the Hampton, got moved to another room but when I got there it was by the laundry room and a lady was standing there with 3 young kids in diapers and all were crying. Right near the airport, very nice, everything as advertised, I'll be using this one again!

We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the room (and the entire hotel) and would highly recomend it to anyone staying in Lafayette, LA. We have stayed in other facilities in the area, but this is the one we will stay in the next time we're in Lafayette. Clean and courteous service!!!

The location was very convenient to the airport and only 15 minutes away from Grand Coteau where my brother lives. Mom loved the breakfasts daily and the fitness facility! I felt everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and happy to help us day or night! When we go back we'll likely stay again :-) Thanks Wyngate and Hotels.com!

I like this hotel. Be careful, the walls are paper thin. You might hear something you do not want to. The bed is uncomfortable for me, but I have a tempurpetic matress at home and I am spoiled. Love the breakfast. Great place for the price. Stay there every time I am in town. Staff knows my children now.

Too noisy. Some problems due to loud guests and events (parties, New Years, etc.), but overall atmosphere of desk area and hallways was noise. Also, isolation from - room next door (barking dog), - room above (lots of foot traffic heard), - hallway (housekeeping station and "start of work day" converstations was just across hall) was insufficient. Hotel is located less than 10 minutes from LFT regional airport. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice, clean and comfortable. My daughter's portable play pen/sleeper fit in the room comfortably as well. I would stay there every time I'm in Lafayette.

Hotel was too close to the airport & railroad tracks, planes landed till about midnight & a train comes bye about 3:00am each morning. The hotel was very nice & clean.

We've all stayed at worst and at better. But, for the money, Wingate was great. I have stayed at more expensive hotels and not have all the amenities that this venue provides. My wife and I stayed for 5 days. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was hot and nourishing, the flat-screen HD TV was great, the staff was nice. The only negative I remotely […] had was the bathroom was a little small in that the toilet was real close to the sink counter. The bathroom was nicely appointed though. Great hotel! Nice staff and clean hotel. Couldn't ask for more!

2nd time we've stayed here because the price is good. Only drawback- noise. Walls are thin. Breakfast is noisy, try to get a room far from the lobby/elevator. Desk was un manned at 10:15am while we were trying to meet our 11am check out time. Waited 10 min. then left.

Thew only problem is that the curtains do not cover the windows and light shine in the windows all night making sleeping very difficult.

We came in after an LSU ball game and wanted to visit with friends on Sunday. Location was ideal, price was right and we enjoyed our stay. Desk service was prompt, courteous and helpful. We would stay again

this is a very nice hotel, it was very clean, and the people were extremely nice, the breakfast was great, i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!!!! oh and the price of the room was great, i first thought a hotel with those rates, much not be much of a hotel, boy was i shocked when i walked in the front lobby and in the room.

Great hotel! Lots of amenities, very clean and quiet for the most part.

The staff here was extremely hospitable! Lots of amenitites. Great neighborhood and very reasonably priced. Breakfast and Social Hour with wonderful food. Everyone was so helpful and friendly that I extended my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with a 150% approval rating!

The staff were all great. Really helpful and cheerful. They tried their best to meet any need we had. The bed was clean and comfortable. The TV and aircon worked well. The room for the most part was clean and enjoyable. HOWEVER, the fire sprinkler system in the room had mold around it and the wall near the computer desk had food or something on it. […] Looked really nasty and disgusting. There was also a problem with noise. The walls were paper thin. The noise in the rooms on both sides came into my room. The staff was friendly and helpful. M-th they have a free happy hour with food and drinks. Breakfast was great too. HDTV and big rooms with a small fridge and microwave.

I was in this hotel for only two days, but the essentials were properly covered. Comfortable bed, clean room, spacious room with a nice sized desk and a decent size and very clean bathroom. The breakfast is also pretty good including some hot items like eggs, bacon and sausage. I'll definitely be back.
