Hotel was in great condition and room was updated but bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Hotel is not close to any restaurants, but that is same with all casino/hotels in Tunica. Easy to find in ok area.

I love to stay at Hollywood Casino. It was a last min reserve for a reasonable price due to children being out on spring break they really enjoy the indoors pool;) overall will stay again!!'

Overall great hotel and casino but beds were old fashion kind with springs poking in back, very uncomfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel many rimes. Our favorite time of year to go is around Christmas because it was always beautifully decorated. We had not been in a couple of years and was greatly disappointed this year! "HOTEL HOUSEKEEPER AND FRONT DESK CLERK"
WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED OF THE HOUSEKEEPERS. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. WHEN ME AND MY HUSBAND CHECK IN THE ROOM WHICH WAS ROOM 509. IT WAS NO TOWELS IN THE ROOM. SO I SAW TWO AFICAN AMERICANS LADIES, IN THE HALLWAY WITH THEIR CARTS. AND I ASK COULD WE GET SOME TOWELS. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD , SO WHEN ME AND MY HUSBAND GOT BACK TO THE ROOM THEIR […] WAS 2 BATH, 2 HAND TOWELS. SO I GAVE MY HUSBAND THE TWO HAND TOWELS AND TOLD HIM FOR THE HOUSEKEEPER TO GIVE US TWO WASH TOWELS. THEY SAID THEY DID'NT HAVE ANY TO CALL THE FRONT DESK. I CALL THE FRONT DESK ANDTHE MALE CLERK HE TOLD ME TO GO TO THEM THEY SHOULD HAVE SOME. SO I WAITED OVER 4 HOURS TO GET MY WASH TOWELS. STILL NO TOWELS. SO I CHECK OUT AT 6:15P.M THAT EVENING. I DIDN'[T EVEN STAY. I LEFT AND COME HOME TO LITTLE ROCK. WAS NOT A HAPPY PERSON AT ALL WITH THE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. WILL NOT BE BACK AT ALL. VERY POOR SERVICE. EVEN THE FRONT DESK CLERK. "Hollywood Tunica"
Very nice room, no problems
Put in a smoking room after requesting non-smoking; however, the biggest complaint was the hammering and sawing "wake up call" on concrete in the main kitchen below my room from approximately 1:30-2:30 in the morning with NO attempt of apologizes from staff that night or the next morning upon check out. Then, realizing the hotel had doubled charged […] my account was even more frustrating. Unbelievable, considering the lack of sleep and costly mistake of the hotel...I survived but do not recommend the hotel based upon customer service or satisfaction. No apologizes from hotel staff when I approached them that night via telephone or at the front desk upon leaving. Still upset that I paid to stay the night at the hotel but did not have any rest due to construction (scheduled), I decided to email the hotel manager once I returned home. I have STILL heard NO reply or apologizes. Ridiculous! The hotel and casino are nice just POOR customer service! Devamı
"Hollywood Hotel and Casino Tunica... We loves it!"
Check-in was extremly quick. The room was even nicer than we had expected. It was very clean, and had all the accomodations we needed. Very satisifying experience! We required a little extra time to get packed in the morning, and the hotel staff granted us a late check-out with no problem. Both the hotel and casino staff were fantastic! If you wake […] up in the morning, and are in need of "Hair of the dog...", the casino has THE BEST Bloody Mary on the face of the planet... definately suggest you enjoy a couple while tossing around some chips. This was our first time playing at a casino, and the staff there were wonderful about explaining rules and such. Ms. Terry, you rock our socks! Highly recommend, and are certain to return! Devamı

The room was very clean and spacious. Hotel Buffet was excellent for the price. This will be my first choice of hotels when I am in the area.

IT WAS A VERY NICE HOTEL AND STAY. MY WIFE AND I ENJOYED THE STAY. WE ONLY HAD ONE PROBLEM WITH THE SERVICE IN THE DINNER AND THE ROOMS HAD NO MICROWAVE IN IT.

The room was comfortable and the casino was fun. Keep the free drinks coming! I would recommend this for anyone. The only negative was a packed parking lot, but must be because everyone wanted to be there!

"Great Hotel"
Rooms were beutifully decorated. Everything clean and beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the room, even though it was a casino. Great price!

ALL ROOMS ARE COMFORTABLE, OVERLOOKING CASINO IS BEST 50'S DINER IS MY FAVORITE EATING RESTAURANT BUFFET IS ONLY SECOND TO HORSESHOE PLAYING TABLE GAMES WILL GET FOOD COMPS = TO OR MORE THAN ROOM RATES, WHICH ARE REASONABLE ENJOYED 4 DAY STAY AND DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN IN DECEMBER

"Needs some work"
The toilet was backing up into the tub and they sent a repairman twice. They did respond immediately to try to remedy the situation. Tile was coming up in the bath room floor. It was no big deal to me, but I don't no how picky other people might be. So therefore, and since there are alternatives in the area I would not recommend it.
"Great For the Monedy"
We chose he Hollywood because it was pet friendly. It is not as plush as some of the other hotels, but the price was right and I could take my little dog.

"Great Hotel"
This is a very nice hotel. Our only complaint would be that we requested and were confirmed a smoking room, and when checking in, was told that we have a no-smoking room. Other than that, it was money well spent. The casino was very nice also.

I loved this hotel. They had a memory foam mattress, the bell man brought our luggage to our room, and it's very safe. You have to have your room key to access the elevator, which is good, since it is a casino. There was a safe in the room which made it feel safer too. Fun casino, next to other casinos that you can go to while you're staying there.
