The hotel was great. The room was clean and updated. The manager's reception food was very good and breakfast provided a good variety sure to satisfy everyone. The staff was friendly and very helpful. While the location was a little far out for someone in town to see the sites, it was not that hard to drive around the city. Our son and his family have recently moved to the Shreveport area. We have been looking for a place close to their home that was suitable for someone with a disability, had non-smoking rooms, comfortable beds and a pleasant staff. We finally found all this and more at Homewood Suites Shreveport

The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. Great location to all attractions. The only thing that wasn't satifactory was the fan in the bathroom didn't work and there was know detergent to clean the dishes. Wife 8 months pregnant and was very comfortable with king bed.

My husband and I spent our six yr anniversary in this hotel and the employees were so nice and met every need. The room was so spacious it was like home away from home. We do plan on going back but next time with the kids. there is enough room for kids as well to enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel!

Traveling from Jax,Fl to Dallas, this Hilton property was a true refuge from the road. From the impressive lobby staircase , the light dinner , the heavy breakfast, to the room's nice extra's, we didn't want to leave! This hotel could easily accommodate the traveling family to the business person in place for a week or more. It was the noisiest hotels I have stayed in in a long time. The furnace sounded like a frieght train coming through the room and the occupant downstairs kept pound on what sounded like the ceiling. I was very disappointed.

Family suite was big and clean. Love having room for dogs and all the children. Nice to have breakfast included but eggs tasted powdered and not enough hot water for hot tea. Other than that, very good.

We were very pleased with the Rooms both the layout and the quality. My wife and I have decided th make Homewood one our top choices for places to stay.

I had a good time at this hotel it was great for me and my golf outting I would reccomend this to my friends

Had a great nights stay at homewood suits in Shreveport, great service and the room was immaculant.

The room huge full kitchen, a living area and the sleeping room with two beds. This room was very nice. A little more attention to the tolet and this would have been a 5 star stay.

Excellent Value. Breakfast and weekday dinners are pleasantly good for the price. Would recommend and will return

This hotel was great for the price! Just a short drive to the downtown and casinos. Nice workout room and pool and the suite we got was just perfect for our little weekend trip.

Our sleep was interrupted at 6:30 AM by some kids playing basketball on a court located right outside our room . Why not close the basketball court until 9 AM, so that people can have a decent sleep. Also the bathroom was not clean. There were stains in the shower .

Great hotel, appreciated them being accepting of pets. Two bedrooms with king sized beds separated by a living room and kitchen -- phenomenal. Nice breakfast, too, in a comfortable setting. Only complaints: pool was supposed to close at 10pm. My two kids were having trouble getting to sleep because of teenagers carrying on in the pool past 10:15. A […] quick call to the front desk took care of it. Also, the elevators are not convenient to the back door. They're only near the front or the right rear of the hotel. In the morning, the housekeepers were all bunched up by the elevators, filling them with two carts, forcing me to carry stuff out to the car down the stairs, and weren't very responsive to me trying to "excuse me" my way past them. Was there over weekend with wife and two grandsons, (8 & 13) and it could hardly have been better. Room was very clean and service was outstanding. Enjoyed complimentary full sized breakfast both mornings and grandkids enjoyed pool and basketball court immensely. Would highly recommend!!

Love it! Friendly staff. Staff in dining area during breakfast was very nice, friendly and polite. Rooms comfortable and clean. Free Wi-fi. Will stay there next visit.

Fabulous! Traveled with my family and mother. Had a 2 room suite for about the same cost as 2 rooms. It was great to have a central living room for more family time. Kids loved the sofa bed. DVD player made it convenient too.

Excellent, friendly, and helpful service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and I would stay there again if the opportunity arose.

Was very pleased with almost everything. There were so many good things I almost hesitate bringing up negative. I had reserved and had confirmed a smoking room. There was not one available. We were given a room adjacent to the exit so it wasn't too bad. The hotel staff was great, they treat you with respect and are very courteous. The hotel was clean as well was the rooms. We didn't do the continental breakfast because we preferred to go somewhere else but it was available.

Great for the money and the staff is friendly and accomadating. The only problem i had was that the fridge was kind of loud but overall a great place to stay.

Very polite and friendly staff, clean and very nice room. Price included a managers reception and breakfast, great price for the value. My 6th stay in Shreveport, this hotel ,by far ,beat all the others. They are dog friendly with a small park next to the hotel. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends that we meet in this city every year.

I would have to say this is the best place I have ever stayed at. Would stay at another Homewood after this. This spoiled us on staying at regular hotels. This play was wonderful.

Excellent accommodation. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a quiet area. The room was clean, spacious and besides, it was quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet style was well served. If I return to town, no doubt stay here again.
