Very nice hotel. Fairly priced when booked through hotels.com. Wish breakfast was included with the hotel cost. I would rather pay a little more and have it included than have to pay extra every morning. Good business center. In room internet access was a little slow. TV and bathroom were a little small than I would have liked. However, I liked that […] a frig and microwave were in the room. It was great since we were traveling on business. Great two night stay. Hotel was convenient to major roads, very comfortbale, well appointed. The staff were very helpful, especially Priscilla at the front desk. The breakfast was outstanding. Would recommend this location for business or pleasure travel. Thank you!

Spent one night and received the worst room in the inn. Right outside our window was some sort of A/C vent that ran on and off all night that kept waking me up. Worst night I every spent at a hotel when traveling. I should have stayed at a Hampton, buyer beware.

After a long day of driving the staff made it feel like home from the check in to the bistro staff were all super.

This hotel has everything that a person could want. We had a jetted tub in our room, not the bathroom but in the ROOM itself. How cool is that!!!! There was a jacuzzi and a heated pool that was both indoor and outdoor. The bar and restaurant area was superb. The weekend night waitress and bartender were excellent.

Really, everything was fine...on check-in desk clerk distracted with phone....I understand but it's still annoying when you are checking in and the process is interrupted multiple times by clerk taking phone. Bathroom sink looked as if it had not been cleaned. Rest of room seemed fine. Very comfortable desk chair and bed was good.

This hotel was fantastic! Service was wonderful, the room and hotel was beautiful. My family enjoyed the pool, both inside and out (although it was rather chilly outside since it was Thanksgiving). Took my hubby and son some time to get used to it being salt water though. They didn't care for that aspect, but loved it otherwise. The hot tub was great […] too. The customer service was always great with very pleasant people always willing to help you. The only negatives (and not that big of a deal) were that the elevators had some issues. They worked but sometimes were quirky. We just laughed about it. Also, I wouldn't suggest the breakfast in the hotel. Dinner there was fabulous but breakfast was gross. We spent a lot and ended up leaving to eat somewhere else because the food was hard and dried out and my pancakes were liquid batter inside (not even close to cooked all the way). the only pleasant aspect of my stay was the hotel staff,everyone from breakfast to check in to housekeeping were helpful and friendly. the hot tub was not working, there were ants outside,while i was trying to read and relax and could not.

I loved this new Hilton Garden Inn. Though it has it's own excellent restaurant, it is located across the street from several restaurants, Starbucks, a department store and a discount store as well as other stores. The hotel itself is set back quite a distance from the main street so no road noise is heard from within the premises. The interior is […] tastefully decorated and very clean. My room included an extremely comfortable mattress, new linens and plush bedding. The pool and spa area is heated and very clean with towels provided. The large pool is partly indoors and partly outdoors and private. I liked the overall open airiness of this Hilton as well as the friendly staff and will definitely plan to stay on my next trip to Cartersville. Devamı
