The Sun Inn - Faversham

We had a refurbished room, very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and tea, coffe and biscuits in the room. Pub food brilliant, breakfast fantastic. Well worth the money.

Our second stay at the The Sun and again a pleasant stay. Food good, bed comfy, located in quaint town. Only inconvenience is the car parking, the cost mounts up

The Sun Inn is firstly a pub with a few rooms above offering B&B. The room we stayed in had a very dirty carpet and was above the kitchen which had a noisy extractor fan running during the day. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a typical 'Full English' of reasonable standard. The immediate location couldn't be better--a quiet pedestrian street in the heart of this historic town. This was our third visit. The bar staff, who also run the restaurant and serve breakfast, are excellent. As well as breakfast, we met relatives for lunch one day, and found all the food extremely good. stayed recently for one night,ate at the hotel and the meal was very reasonably priced and very high standard,the manager was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble,was unfortunate to choose a very hot evening and the window was only set to open a few inches at the bottom so had to sleep with the fan on all night but the bed was very comfortable.Hotel […] has a lovely beer garden at the back which was lovely to sit out in in the evening,all in all a very pleasant experience.would definitely stay again Devamı

Conveniently located in town centre, but not noisy at night. Welcoming pub atmosphere, friendly obliging staff.Good food with wide choice in bar and restaurant. Note no private car park, but public pay parks in vicinity.

Any hotel where the reception desk is the bar of an old English pub is a winner in my book! The Hotel is actually a pub and restaurant in a very old building that happens to have about a dozen rooms for rent. Room had all we would want in it, including coffee, tea,buiscuits and kettle, TV (recption poor though), irn, trouse press and iron. En suite fine. Room (room 7) a little small but great value for money at the price and no big problem. Staff all friendly, accommodating and helpful and very good breakfast. Hotel was OK, staff very friendly, room basic but the toilet had a pump which made a horrendous noise when flushed. Our room was over the smoking area which meant that it was noisy when the pub was open as smokers gathered there chatting, and it permanently smelled of smoke. Breakfast good, room clean but a little dated and needed refurb.
