Very nice hotel, room was prestine. Will stay there again if in Hot Springs.

We will stay here on every trip to hot springs. Clean. Friendly helpful staff. Nice room.

It was a very clean hotel!! The pool is a nice size for my kids and it was very convient to all attractions!

This was probably the cleanest hotel I have ever. I am freak when it comes to hotels. I never walk around without shoes on and don't usually even like to sit on the furniture. This hotel was so clean I didn't even work about my baby crawling around on the floor. Even the bathroom was spotless. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there […] again next year. The first night my family and I were on the 1st floor. I was woken up and kept up by noise from people above, sirens to the hospital next door, highway traffic, and lastly the hotel lobby music that was spilling in through the hallway. The second night I had them move us to the top floor away from others. I slept better without the noisy neighbors and […] hall music, but still had the noise from the hallway and hospital to contend with. Very well maintained hotel. Platinum status rated property. My family and I enjoyed our stay there. Dry much and will use hotel again next time we are in the area. Customer service is out the roof here! Very nice.

Great hotel - clean, comfortable, convenient and quiet. Good complimentary breakfast. Loved the pool and hot tub. Only 5 min drive into downtown Hot Springs. Great service from hotel staff. Highly recommend.

Comfort Inn was convenient to the main street in Hot Springs, as well as highways, but there was no street noise in our room. In fact, we all slept very soundly on the the comfy, clean beds in the comfy, clean room. All fixtures, furniture, linens,etc were clean and modern. Sitting area in room was a big plus. Breakfast was great... lots of seating, […] very clean. Housekeeping, front desk personnel, breakfast crew - all were friendly and helpful. Indoor pool was on the small side, but our 5 year old didn't care! Hot tub was nice. In lobby there was a convenient, well-appointed business center we used to print coupons to local outdoor shop. Never had to wait for anything. We had a long weekend and chose Hot Springs as our destination. Booked this room online and were NOT disappointed! Will definitely be back!! Devamı

Great location. Great room. Nice and clean and very spacious. Better get up early if you want breakfast though. And forget about asking the staff if the food runs out... Night clerk, morning clerk, and 3rd floor Housekeeper were very polite and courteous. We always stay there when we visit Hot Springs but bring our own food if we want to sleep in..

We were traveling through, so our experience is limited to one night, but we found the service and amenities to be above expectation. The boys really enjoyed the indoor pool, although the echo was a bit much and the hot tub didn't seem to be working (for my wife and I). Breakfast was free and had a nice selection. I was really surprised at how easy it was to get to the hotel from the road. Clean, comfortable, and a relaxing location. The room was clean and inviting. If you get here, you will be pleasantly pleased with your stay as well.

We were very pleased with our room, location, cost and just the looks of the area. Breakfast was good hard to really say anything bad. We wish the rest of our hotel stays were that good. We tried to stay @ a choice in Branson,Mo but it wasnt as nice so we went to a different chain.

Comfort Suites was the highlight of our stay in Hot Springs. It has been some time since I was there and I was disappointed immensely with the city. But, the hotel was definitely in a good location and clean and new. Only two problems: kinda slow checking in cause the clerk was alone and the fire alarm went off at 12:45 A.M. and did so for at least […] 15 minutes (maybe 30). Comfort Suite staff was friendly, hotel was clean, pool was fun for the kids, great breakfast, and convieniently located close to all the sights. We stayed for a weekend getaway and had a terrific time. The beds are amazing!

Hotel was busy during our stay, but there was plenty of staff on hand to take care of everyone. Lots of restaurants to chose from nearby. Good breakfast and clean pool.

Beds were very comfy, room was clean and new, good location-in the center of all activities.

Hotel was great. Good breakfast. Clean comfortable room. Traffic and location was better for thru travelers than downtown visitors. Very accessible to main highways.
