Hotel Sugicho - Kyoto

Like the large room but wish they provided towels and toiletries.

On a quiet street not much happening in the surrounding area. A bit of a trek to town. This is more hostel than hotel. The reception area was a bit dilapidated. Room was clean with a view of the air con system and rooftops. The bed mats were comfortable so we slept well.

the staffs were very friendly and tried to help as they could. communication was a little difficult but acceptable. room was large enough and was cozy. the only obstable was the hotel was pretty far away from kyoto station.

We stayed one night in the hotel. The room was gigantic--you could probably fit a dozen people inside. Because we booked online, we got a "special" room which meant we had to set up our own futons and had to provide our own towels, which was odd, because they provided tooth brushes, tooth paste, shampoo, a hair dryer and all the rest. The room did […] not have wifi in the room itself--we had to go down to the lobby. The location is a bit of a walk from the old palace--which is worth the visit--and a little distance from a subway stop. The price was a little high for a budget motel which is what it felt like. Kyoto is a hard city to get around in--the public transportation isn't as efficient or well thought out as Tokyo--so I'm not sure one location is really better than another. Being walking distance from the old palace complex is nice, and it's a short subway ride to the main station. Devamı

市役所の近くなので交通の便もよく、それでいて静かな環境なので、心地よく泊まれます。　金額の割に部屋がとても広く、快適でした。たまには和室で布団もいいものですね。

素泊まりで申し込んであったのですが、たまたま期間限定の無料の朝食があり、それを楽しむことができました。 食堂の職員の対応は、なかなか細やかでしかも、気さくに話ができる雰囲気があって、とてもよかったですね。 　 びっくりしたのは、素泊まりで、ユカタ・洗面具なども 一切なしであったことを知らずに入ったので、それに予定外の出費がかかったこと。しかし、この値段で、かなり広い和室を独り占めできたことには大変満足でした。 外国人が結構いるのは、格安で京都の旅館を味わえるという評判があるのかもしれないと思いました。

Quite reasonable hotel in the heart of Kyoto. In a Japanese style room, you will have to move the table to lay out futon. You may have to rent a bath towel or buy a toothbrush, if you didn't bring one. Those are about all the inconvenience I met. 出烏丸御池站後必需走七個街口,對孕婦和小孩來說有點辛苦,巴士站也一樣要走10分鐘以上,飯店大廳有點暗,但服務人員態度還可以。房間沒有毛巾沒有牙刷,棉被、床必須自己鋪,當我們從櫃子裡拿出棉被,發現有一大塊黃色的汙漬,再換一條也是一樣有汙漬,當下心情有點受到影響。之前有在北海道住過和室房間,感覺差蠻多的,就這樣...。

貧乏な観光客でも気楽に泊まれてよいホテルです。

交通方便，距地鐵站只有5分鐘步行路程。

Hotel très agréable propre traditionnel et peu cher; Seul bémol difficile à trouver sur un plan! Il faut le localiser par rapport à la mairie qui est tout pret et facilement identifiable.
