we checked in the ac didn't work we're from maui, hawaii it was 8 degrees celsius so we let the male front desk know he said he couldn't do anything it was 7pm Best Western has 50! hotels in Paris He couldn't do anything? we had NO heat we complained for 30 minutes with this man I asked him to please contact the hotel manager. he went on to tell us […] that he could not contact his boss. that "this is paris, not america. you cannot just call the boss." then he embarrassed my wife by telling her "you're staying near the opera. it's expensive here. you paid for the area, not the hotel." he offered NOTHING. i had to suggest things to him: buy us a heater send us to another hotel. give us a different room ask on of the other 50 BW hotels if they have space heaters. he said no to all of them. at this moment there were 2 units at the same price that we still unoccupied. we asked that we move into one of them. he said we could not b/c our bed was already messy. what?? then, another traveler checked in 2 hours later. i asked him if his heat worked. he said yes. disgusting! upon leaving, your attendant offered a sideways apology and a 10% discount. THERE WAS NO HEAT we didn't sleep. your room was completely unacceptable and we were in a foreign land, and we got offered $19 credit? that's laughable. People must know how guests are treated at this hotel. Devamı

Very good value for money. Clean, modern and very centrally located. 10 min walkto Louvre or big department stores. Nive restaurants available in short distance. Only downside: tiny rooms, but this is normal for Paris in that classification.

The hotel is extremely well located, just off the Avenue de l'Opera, in a quiet side street. There are 4 metro stations within a few minutes walk (nearest is Pyramides) and a variety of cafes and restaurants close by. Our room was reasonably large, by Paris standards, and clean and very comfortable. We would certainly stay at this hotel again.

This was a great hotel for Paris standards. Location is easily within walking distance of the louvre as well a short hike to Eiffel and l'arc de triomphe. Shower was very clean and had great water presure. Very modern room no frills.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, room was small but clean and nicely decorated, hotel price very reasonable considering the very good central location which is 5 min walk from metro, shopping, restaurants, bus tours etc. Would stay here again!

I choose based on lacation, only a few blocks to the Louvre which is a good starting point for seeing Paris. We were in a back room of the connecting building and I'm glad it was just for one night. It was so small we were practically walking on each other. Breakfast does not come with and was very expensive we thought, 15 euro each, so went out for […] coffee and a pastry. The young woman at the front desk did recommend a great little restaurant just two blocks away for dinner and we thouroughly enjoyed it. Devamı

Compared to some other Paris hotels, this one is affordable and convenient (very close to a Metro stop). The only bummer was we checked in a bit early, so we got probably the only room available when we got there...which was room 100 just off the lobby. The room was nice, but since it was right next to the lobby, we certainly heard a lot of coming and […] going noise. Devamı

Jag och min sambo åkte till Paris för att fira hennes födelsedag. Vi stannade på BW Paris Louvre Opera, och vi blev väldigt nöjda. Personalen på hotellet var väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig. Rummen var små men av väldigt god standard. Läget på hotellet var perfekt, ett stenkast från sevärdheter som Operan, Louvren, Notre Dame, och gångavstånd till de stora […] shoppinggatorna, Triumfbågen och mycket annat. Väldigt prisvänligt hotell som jag och min sambo gärna rekommenderar till andra personer som funderar på att åka till Paris. Vi var bara här en weekend, men tack vare hotellet och dess läge så fick vi ut maximalt av helgen. Devamı

Rent och fint, trevlig/hjälpsam personal, mycket centralt.

初めてのパリでした。移動にも便利で、メトロも近く環境が良かったです。清潔で、ホテル内の人も親切な方ばかりでした。近隣は静かでネット環境もよく、部屋でネットが使えました。 ただ、部屋の中に入ると２階建になっていて、１階がトイレとお風呂、２階が寝室という設計でした。スーツケースを２階まで持っ上がるのがつらかったです。２階にスーツケースを広げるスペースは無いので、ベットの上に広げるといった感じです。

Très bien placé Très bon rapport qualité prix L'ascenceur et notre chambre étaient plutôt petits Le personnel et surtout la standardiste était très souriante et aimable.

Die Zimmer sind zwar relativ klein, aber das ist typisch Paris. Dafür ist die Lage super zentral und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich (Tipps werden gerne gegeben). Eine englische Verständigung ist möglich. Also Top!
