La Maison Royale - Roma

Easily reached from Fiumicini airport - 30 minutes by SIT bus to a stop 10 minutes walk from the hotel. I booked La Maison Royale but on checking in was allocated a first floor small double room in the main hotel. The street outside had some traffic noise but when the wooden shutters were closed there was little sound - fine in April but would entail […] use of the air conditioning in summer. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful and the room was immaculate. Football was shown in the lounge when it was local or of interest to guests. It was also available in the rooms. Sky television provided and reception good. The main attraction for me was the location - 400 metres from the Vatican - and the restaurant on the top floor overlooking roof gardens and St Peters. Food was varied and copious - choice of cereal, fruit, yogurt, meat, cheese, rolls, croissants, Danish pastries, tea, coffee - very drinkable - fruit juice. Staff were efficient and helpful. Devamı

Stayed in the B&B which was very comfortable. Had 2 rooms for 3 teenagers myself and wife. You check in at the hotel next door. Write that name down as I had only written La Maison Royale which was the name of the room so I first thought I had been dropped off at wrong place. (my stupidity). I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff. I was […] helped with my bags next door to the B&B and shown to my room. Very comfortable room with a real italian appeal. The continental breakfast included in the hotel next door was great with the most beautiful view across Rome towards the Vatican Gardens. Located around many great cheap Pizzerias supermarket and you walk under the ancient Aquaduct turn right and there's St Peters square and the Vatican. About 300 metres up the road from the hotel is the Vatican Museum entrance. An absolute fantastic location, great room with extremely friendly staff. Highly recommend this place for all ages. Devamı

la stanza non è assolutamente bella e grande e nuova come sembra dalle foto, inoltre l'indirizzo corrisponde a un hotel che poi ti manda a un'altra via. Noi avevamo prenotato la Mayson Royale ma ci hanno mandato in una stanza dell albergo atlante che era oscena, pareva un loculo, vecchia, allucinante! poi abbiamo protestato e ci hanno portato alla mayson […] royale ma non corrisponde proprio a quello che sono le foto su internet, poi ci hanno riportato all albergo dandoci una camera piu' decente, ma non vale proprio le 4 stelle che dicono di avere! inoltre la stanza dava sulla strada e la finestra sembrava sempre aperta anche se era chiusa: si sentiva sempre un rumore allucinante, persino i tacchi delle persone che passeggiavano di sotto!!! e la colazione internazionale, molto poco italiana, non un gran chè. Die Lage des Hotels dürfte in Rom unübertroffen sein. Auf geäußerte Wünsche oder Anliegen wurde vom Personal sofort reagiert. Das Hotel ist in dieser Preislage nur zu empfehlen.

el B&B donde estuvimos esta un poco alejado del centro , esta situado entre el castillo santangelo y san pedro, para acceder a zonas mas lindas hay que cruzar el rio tiber, la habitacion dificil de abrir por las llaves,es comoda pero tiene pocos enchufes y no tiene wifi, no tiene caja de seguridad, si el hotel, el loby pero te cobran por hora, el televisor […] no lo programaron a pesar de que lo pedi y el hidromasaje no andaba, pocas toallas que te las cambian a las 72 hs, resulto caro,en relacion a los servicios que ofrece, el desayuno muy bueno en el comedor con vista panoramica del hotel, tienen servicio de transfer a aeropuerto , eso esta bueno, igualmente no lo recomendaria y yo no volveria si vuelvo a visitar roma.
