great value for Venice, fairly easy to find (nothing is easy to find in Venice...great place to get lost tho), easy walk from the train station,close to the water bus stop too. large clean rooms, helpful staff

Simple no frills quiet B&B at a reasonable price in a extremely expensive city. When we arrived so some reason they did not have our reservation but quickly accommodated us. We had reserved a double room but were given a triple room so it was very spacious for 2 people. Room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable. Great location for those with […] early morning departures from the airport as it is a 5 minute walk to Piazzale Roma for the 5am bus to the airport. It is also a 5 minute walk to the train station and vaporetto (water bus) stop. If you are healthy and active it is within easy walking distance of Venice's main tourist sites. We walked back and forth a couple times a days. Staff spoke fairly good English and was helpful. We reserved a room only rate so we did not have breakfast at the hotel. Met expectations given the known cost of the area. Clean and quiet room and bath, but smaller than mainland. Easy walk over the bridge from the train station and to a variety of restaurants - important when the train from Milan is 1 hr late. Breakfast includes some pastries, cereals, yogurt, coffee, tea (but odd fruit juice). Helpful desk staff.

A little spot with huge convenience. Excellent location close to train station and easy walk to anywhere you want to go in Venice. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Good value for your Euro in the expensive Venice hotel market.

The service at the front desk was phenominal and very helpful. Excellent location to the train station. Short walk to the grocery store to pick up wine and food. Lots of local restaurants nearby. Reasonably priced for Venice.

A good, clean and reasonable hotel in a convenient location. Close to train station, gondola, ferry, bus terminal services. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average. I would highly recommand this hotel

Hotel room was old, but clean. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was nice. Only about a 5 minute walk to the train station. This was the one city it was actually nice to stay near the train station! Lots of restaurants on the water within minutes of the hotel. If you're just looking to see Venice on a budget for a day or two and just want a nice clean […] place to sleep, this is the place to be. Nice hotel, good price, close to the train station and within a 3 minute walk to a vaporetto stop. Average breakfast but great coffee with breakfast. Order a cafe latte while you are there and you get about a $4 coffee for no charge during the breakfast buffet.

l'hotel est très bien situè, près de la gare et du parking de piazzale Roma et en même temps pour la visite de la ville le personnel est très gentil et le petit déjeneur soigné, avec croissants chauds, cappuccino et autre la chambre est un peu petite, mais au fonds on y reste très peu de temps à Venise à conseiller

As duas coisas que mais gostei no albergue foram: 1) A facilidade para chegar e sair: está bem próximo, a pouquíssimos minutos de caminhada, da Piazzale Roma, onde chegam os ônibus vindos do aeroporto, e da estação de trem. Acho isso bem melhor do que estar perto da Piazza São Marco, por exemplo, porque para esta você não precisa ir com malas; 2) […] A receptividade do pessoal do albergue: a dona mostra sincero interesse em ajudar os visitantes a aproveitar a estadia e a cidade da maneira que melhor lhes convier, dando dicas e orientações. We've been there for a single night and stayed in the room 1, which was near the receptionist's desk on the first floor. The superb hotel's location: 3 minutes from central rail and bus stations, quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast was nice. The great value for money. Recommend for everyone.

Mycket bra läge, nära till buss och tågstation. Lätt att hitta dit. Frukosten var det sämsta med hotellet. Rummet saknade mörka gardiner. Personalen talar engelska och var oerhört tillmötesgående. Kan verkligen rekommenderas.

Su ubicacion es muy buena, cerca de la estacion central y hasta de la terminal de navios para quien hace cruceros esta en una buena ubicacion. El personal es excelente y muy educado, el desayuno muy bueno. Lo unico que se puede considerar malo es que no hay ascensor y hay que subir las valijas pero no es criticable con la parte agradable del mismo.

Hotel très bien placé a bon prix! batiment charmant.. accueil sympa
